Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something.

La primera vez que me aloje con mi pareja, nos regañaron por tener la música muy alta y me disculpe con ellos. La segunda vez que nos alojamos allí nos hicieron esperar dos horas hasta que nos dieron la habitación, pero aun así durante la estancia tuvimos mucho cuidado de no hacer ruido. Sorprendentemente me escribieron un WhatsApp diciendo que si volvíamos a reservar allí, anularian la reserva y no nos aceptarían más, por que habíamos hecho mucho ruido, algo que es rotundamente falso. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

La habitación no estaba insonorizada como se indicaba lo cual por culpa de la habitación de al lado pasamos una noche donde solo se podia oir golpes, gemidos, toses y un poco de todo, por no mencionar el olor a tabaco y otras sustancias
