Endroit absolument magnifique avec une plage privée pour les clients de l'hôtel. Il y a deux bâtisses, la plus récente des le Spruce et la moins récente, mais tout aussi jolie, est la Cedar. Attention, certaines chambres, dont celle que nous avions, n'ont pas la climatisation par contre, on nous a prêté un ventilateur. Je ne sais pas pour les autres chambres, mais notre matelas était très très mou par contre. Le service est impeccable et très chaleureux. Je recommande fortement cet endroit malgré le matelas mou et la chambre sans clim. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied au Parc régional de Val-Morin où nous sommes allés faire une randonnée enchanteresse.

Les murs sont plus mince que du carton. On entendait la personne dans la chambre voisine chuchoter, même respirer. Les couloirs sont pleins d'insectes écrasé, et en vie se tortillant sur les murs... degueu. On arrive dans la chambre et encore plusieurs de ses insectes en questions dans les rideaux et dans la douche. Le personnel très gentil à la réception malgré tout. La vue sur montagne est un mensonge, nous étions presque dans un sous sol avec vu sur terrain de tennis et banc de neige.

Property is really nice, and the area surrounding it is gorgeous! The bedroom looked like it was recently renovated, the bathroom was modern and the shower and toiletries were very good. Staff was friendly. Only thing to note is regarding breakfast. We were requested to book a 30 min time slot (for example 8:30am, 09:00, 09:30 etc) but when we got there we had to wait as there were no tables available, some people stayed over 1 hour. And the breakfast is a plate of fruits, they offer yogurt, cheese and some options of bread, but it is not self-serve nor all you can eat, so be mindful of that. Overall it was good and I'd stay there again

Reception was not particularly welcoming. Walls were not soundproof so we were awakened at 7:30 by very noisy children in the next room. Water pressure in shower was very low. Breakfast was ok, but not we’ll set up. Rather than being able to serve ourselves cafeteria style, we had to wait for someone to serve us. The food was ok, no great.

1. Room shown in the website is different from what we got. There are 2 buildings, newer and older. We received the room in the older building. 2. No air-conditioning and TV in the room. 3. Small spiders found in the bathroom. 4. Breakfast will be served only at the time slot what the lobby decides. We are not happy at all and not worth the money staying at this inn.

Le 3 étoiles est simplement dû au manque d’insonorisation dans les chambres (surtout le bloc les cèdres). Sinon le personnel est très avenant et sympathique et ils ont réglé la situation rapidement. Dans le bloc principal rénové, le lit est ultra confortable. Merci pour l’accueil.

Property was nice. It was a peaceful location on the outskirts of the city. Staff were good and friendly. Having a kitchen and fireplace sitting area was great. Rooms are a bit smaller but sufficient. Overall a good experience.

This property was an absolute treat, especially the beach and dock areas! It was quiet and stunning down there, the lake glistens and the water was beautiful. The Inn itself was nice, the beds are super comfortable and the room was clean. It’s basic, with no bells and whistles but was perfect for what we needed. The only reason I’m giving this rating a 4 star instead of 5, is because when we arrived, they confirmed to us that the room was ready, but would not let us check in early unless we paid a $25 fee. This bothered me because they literally confirmed that the room was ready, and the Inn was practically empty, so proper customer service would have let us check in early (especially cause we were celebrating a big birthday) Instead, we changed into our swimsuits and left our things in the car and headed down to the beach. It was a great day and night after that! Would definitely stay here again!

I was allocated a basement room where an intermittent strange noise persisted throughout the night. Additionally, peculiar markings adorned the ceiling and door frames, raising uncertainty whether they indicated mold. The bathroom emitted an unpleasant sewer odor. The initial two days were marked by full motel occupancy, thus I was assured a different room by the third day. However, upon my return to the reception around 9:30 PM, I encountered a locked door. My attempts to contact emergency services yielded no response for approximately an hour. Despite my efforts to ascertain room details and entry instructions, I was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I reached out to Expedia, yet they too were unable to facilitate assistance. Consequently, I resorted to utilizing the original room for which my access code remained functional. Beyond the evident deficiency in service quality, I find myself perplexed by the absence of a responsive emergency hotline within a large hotel. The potential consequences of a dire situation occurring without immediate aid is disconcerting. I am genuinely disheartened that Expedia promotes stays in such establishments, where safety can be a legitimate concern.

Nous avions demandé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et réservée avec confirmation, car ma mère est à mobilité réduite. Nous sommes arrivées, il y avait plus de 3 paliers de marches et la chambre était au 2e étages. Nous sommes reparties sans y passer la nuit et demandons un remboursement.

Cet hôtel est superbe situé au coeur de la forêt. C'est très calme. Notre chambre était parfaite. Le seul hic qui m'empêche de donner 5 étoiles, est que nous avons sélectionné cet hôtel compte tenu qu'il y avait un restaurant sur place (et selon l'horaire, ouvert le samedi) ainsi qu'un déjeuner buffet inclut. Or, il s'avère que le restaurant n'était pas ouvert et le petit déjeuner buffet non accessible. Je crois qu'il aurait été important que cette information nous soit communiquée au moment de la réservation pour que nous puissions faire d'autres plans. Pour le reste, tout était vraiment bien.

Pour commencer sur une note positive l’endroit est bien situé et c’est au goût du jour l’ambiance et la décoration ! Par contre, insonorisation terrible, on entend les conversations des autres dans la chambre très bruyant ! Et que dire du petit déjeuner offert très limiter. On n’a droit qu’à une assiette et y’a très peu de choix. Très déçu de la quantité autorisé à manger pour le déjeuné !

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Tiny room, no TV, poor WIFI, smelled like bug spray. Breakfast was a joke, 1 croissant, 1/4 slice of cheese, 2 thin half slices of orange, 1 thin half slice of grapefruit, 1/2 boiled egg sitting on 1 small spinach leaf. Overpriced, not even worth half of what it cost.

Stayed here for the ultranza trail race and it was perfect, so good to have a room walk distance from the start line where everyone else is parking. Staff were very friendly and meals were great. Breakfast slightly more limited than some other hotels - don’t expect the full buffet - but is included in room and did the job perfectly well. The common room areas and lodge vibes were a big plus. Would be a great base to explore the outdoors from.

The property was newly renovated and so the rooms were nice and setup well. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The lake nearby was very beautiful and wonderful place to visit in the morning. Do take plenty of bug spray as there were much around the wood area near the hotel.
