Indoor heated pool, gym, friendly service, well stocked breakfast buffet which changes daily, and quiet rooms with comfy beds. It was a perfect stay.

The hotel was good. I have no complaints about the room or the staff. The breakfast was money saving for sure. The pool was out of service which was upsetting but issues happen sometimes. I would stay there again.

This property seemed well maintained. When I checked in the guy working didn’t seem too enthusiastic but all the other front desk people were amazing. I got good sleep and felt safe. The property also seems very clean. The breakfast was pretty good with eggs potatoes and sausage. Along with waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and juices all being available and was pretty good. I also loved the electric vehicle charging stations as I needed and used them. The tesla chargers were a little worn down and probably need fixed sometime soon but the j1772 charger was in good condition. There’s a top golf and Walmart next door. Overall I’d stay at the property again without a doubt. If your thinking about staying here I’d definitely recommend it

Hotel room was clean. Pillows were flat and some of my family members got stuck in their elevator multiple times. Only one elevator was working in the whole building.

It is 1:30 am and the air conditioning just came on to cool the warm room. It sounds like a jet engine. I am laying here at 1:30 am writing this, disgusted by how f’ing noisy this machine is. The pool was an embarrassing little puddle. We asked a blanket earlier in the evening to put on the couch and apparently they have no housekeeping staff and told us we would have to come to the front desk to get the blanket. I am used to hotels that provide services to the customer instead of making the guest meet them somewhere for a blanket handoff. I wonder if I will have to help them make breakfast? 0 sleepless stars out of 100. Unreal.

Had a bad experience checking in. Lady seemed fairly new or just not very good. Took about 15 minutes to check in. Rest of the staff didn’t go out of their way to say hello. Other than that it was great and would stay there again. Gym was excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast food food was delicious and different every day. The staff was always kind during any interaction. Our only problem was our request for housekeeping being ignored.

Only stayed one night of a four night stay (got very ill after got into town). Shower was dirty and A/C was very noisy.

I was very happy with the shower. It was a large walk in with non skid strips in the tub. It was so clean. No mold and fresh white grout. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking easy.

Bed Bugs!!! Was covered in bites after a 2 night stay

Everything was fine until I started getting bites all over. Bed bugs tore me up.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights, room never got cleaned once. I went downstairs and notified the front desk twice, they just chuckled and said they would 'let them know'.

No maid service. Poor

Khyla was amazing! She made the whole experience. The bed was hard but the stay was overall amazing.

We're not really into the "minimal' or "industrial" look properties so weren't impressed with the pegs that replace a closet nor the tiny refrigerator with no freezer compartment.

The beds are harder than most Hamptons are.

Our stay was wonderful. Every employee was knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. It may be about time to replace mattresses.....ours was not particularly comfortable. Sheets and pillows were great, though

My husband and I were in the Denver area for business. There were key issues the first full day that we were there but otherwise we enjoyed continental breakfast, a clean room, friendly service and great air conditioning. My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit was very noisy when it was running.

Hotel was clean and safe. Only negative is there isn't a microwave in the room but there is one in the snack area you can use. Will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is in great condition. The rooms are clean and spacious. The included breakfast is very complete. The first night we couldnt sleep well because the people upstairs were walking a lot and we could hear the steps over us. The next morning we complained in the front desk and they changed us to the upper floor and that solved the problem. I advice to ask for the upper floor. The staff is friendly snd helpful.

It was a nice hotel. The only problem is the receptionist was unable to access the check in on his computer and was unable to make us a key for the room. It was malfunctioning and the receptionist was not happy. We never did get a key card, so every time we left and returned, we had to wait for someone to walk us to the room and unlock the door. It was frustrating.

1. Room Not Honored: I reserved a specific room to accommodate my family’s needs. Upon check-in, I was not given the room I reserved. Richard at the front desk acknowledged this and assured me that notes would be made for the proper room to be assigned the following day. However, when I followed up, I was told the requested room had been given to another guest. The room we were provided was not suitable for our family, and no effort was made to correct this. 2. Disturbing Incident During Breakfast: On the morning of June 30 at approximately 7:10 AM, while having breakfast, a male guest began aggressively yelling at another guest for being on the phone. He then continued confronting and verbally intimidating multiple guests in the breakfast area. I suffer from severe anxiety and am currently under treatment. This incident triggered a significant anxiety episode and left me in fear for our safety. I was too afraid to speak up or leave the area. The front desk staff did very little to intervene and merely told the guest to “be quiet” rather than properly de-escalating the situation. These experiences made our stay stressful, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing. As a paying guest, I expected the room I booked, a safe environment, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met.

The staff were polite and the room was clean. There was a good variety to pick from for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip up to Denver. The hotel was also convenient to restaurants and some local breweries.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. Very bland food. One day undercooked and the next day overcooked cook. Should use milk when making the oatmeal, not water

This property is always amazing and I always stay here every year! Great breakfast, great rooms, always clean, friendly staff, great area! I have stayed here over eight times in the last 5 years and every time it's been amazing!

The stay was great. The only problem was the kitchen worker for breakfast didn’t speak any English and there was no one at the front desk to even ask for help with breakfast. There was no juice and we had a couple of other questions about what was in some of the food. She said no se’ espana and smiled and walked away. It was sort of frustrating. We didn’t get a receipt when we checked out either which I need for medical expenses as our trip was for medical purposes. The hotel was nice and cool during the hot summer days. Super clean and the staff other than the kitchen hands were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. We left our dirty towels outside the door hoping the maids would put clean towels in the bathroom for us but they did not. Overall a nice place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Responded quickly and cheerfully to any request. I wasn't crazy about the breakfast which was probably on the burner too long and dried out. Also, dark coffee not very strong.
