The hotel room was excellent and very big. Beds were good. We had a handicap room with a kitchenette. The Wi-Fi did not work in our room at all. We did mention it, but the staff was unable to fix it. The breakfast was less than expected. Items that were out were not replaced. We would stay again, but plan to fix our own breakfast.

We were not aware this was an outdoor motel, not a hotel. Property worked well but there were no handicapped parking places near our mobility accessible room. Far end of the complex. Also, wifi didn’t work. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and availability long hours.

Nice clean useful comfortable rooms, staff, and location. For the elderly and physically challenged, please keep in mind that all rooms appear to have an outside entrance... and there is no elevator... where possibly half the rooms are on a second floor.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were perfect. The blow dryer did not work, however I always bring my own. The ice machine was always empty so they need to invest in 2. Other than that it was a great place to stay and affordable. Good location.

It did not appear the room had been thoroughly cleaned. We found hairs on the pillows, a few tiny particles we had to hand-sweep off the bed sheets and used soap bars left in the shower. Considered going somewhere else but too tired that night to make it an issue. Just passing on the info.....

We stayed for 1 night. It was clean but need a lot of attention to detail. In the bathroom walls you can tell there were some kind of residue especially near the toilet walls. Felt safe, it was quiet.

Bathroom had clean towels and fresh toiletries but there was urine on the floor and toilet and someone else’s trash (used tissues) in the trash can. So literally a housekeeper restocked the bathroom but didn’t bother to clean. Front desk offered to give me a different room but never offered to clean my bathroom. It was raining buckets outside, so I didn’t feel like trudging all the way back to the office and then to a new room. NOT work $108.

The property was fine. The room was great. It was other patrons that were there late at night that were loud. Because of how the property is made you can hear those in the parking lot very well. I heard yelling and shouting.

This was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The bathroom was small which probably explains why there are a lot of scratches/paint damage on the door. The kitchen was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly enough…the young man on duty more so than the young lady. She seemed focused on something on her cell phone. The food was average for a chain hotel but the chocolate chip cupcakes were very good. They served breakfasts starting at 5 AM which is earlier than most hotels.

I was really impressed on how spacious the room was, and all of the nice features and amenities that came with the room as well a pullout sofa, couch, and ottoman a small table that acted as a dinner table for my family whenever we ate, and the room was very clean, very well lit And just had a really good vibe and the location was prime. It was surrounded by pretty much any food option you wanted shopping options were there and it was quick access to any of that I would highly recommend this location. My only real issue was that our room while awesome was Directly across from the highway so it was fairly loud but nothing some earplugs or AirPods can’t fix again not really ideal but hey, that’s really not a knock on the hotel. That was just the way the cookie crumbled as far as high noise and position of the room but what I do it again oh yeah, that will definitely be the place I stay if I ever go back to Port Arthur.

We arrived at 2:30am and the night desk clerk was anything but hospitable. She appeared to be primarily focused on her computer screen as when I walked up she did not even look up, but mumbled something about "help you?" Overall she was disinterested and was very abrupt and short when dealing with me. She let me know in no uncertain terms that she was not happy to have to check us in. When I called the property 2 days later to report the issue I was met with a stubborn refusal to help in any way. I was not even allowed to speak to the property manager. All in all a very poor showing and so I can\'t recommend this hotel as the hospitality is non-existent. Additionally there is no water pressure, even at non-peak hours.

Front desk had an attitude when I mentioned I did the pre check in process online. Had to do the exact same all over again when we got to the hotel. Very dumb to offer pre check in then. The room we were in had a lot of tiny roaches. The bathroom the kitchen area very disgusting not sure how it had a 9.0 rating on Expedia. Do not recommend this stay

The front desk staff is unmatched here! Taneka is AMAZING!! Paula at Days Inn (sister hotel) is AMAZING!! These ladies went above and beyond to make a stressful, sleep-deprived week bearable. When I tell you I never thought people could be so kind just because — I mean it. Truly a wonderful experience and I am thankful for y’all. Truly! Book your room now! You won’t be disappointed.

Upon our arrival for check in, Star made everything so smooth and easy. She informed us about breakfast and even told us some places that were near by to do things with the kids.

The property was clean and quiet. The people staying there were nice. I loved the kitchenette that was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The complimentary breakfast was both hot and cold. Just about anything you could ask for. Definitely a bargain for the price!!

Very clean and inviting property. Well maintained. Room was spotless as was restroom. Bed was very comfortable with good linens. Great night sleep. Very quiet property. Breakfast was ok, arrive at a half hour before closing, items were out (Hot items) and not replenished. Had cereal and coffee. Pet Peeve- only non-dairy creamer available. No Half & Half.

everything was almost perfect but the breakfast portion was not...coffee machine and juice machine were out of order. the hotcake machine did not cook the hotcakes
