Check in staff was very nice, hotel was clean and the pool area was clean as well

It was in a nice location. The check-in staff was very friendly. The pool and the hot tub were lovely.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and the indoor pool. Definitely will be going back.

I LOVE Home 2 Suites. The hotel was amazing. BUT, it is by several busy restaurants. Parking was an issue if you arrived after about 3 in the afternoon.

I would have enjoyed my stay more if there had been smart TV's in the room that allowed you to stream your paid subscriptions. Additionally, the indoor pool was dirty. Otherwise, the location was near restaurants in walking distance.

Parking is tight but otherwise a good place to stay for sports tournaments in Ft. Worth.

Very nice room with two queen beds. Lowest price compared to others. Stayed only one night. Amazed with kitchen, no stove. Had dishwasher. Breakfast was excellent. As good as they come. They had Bacon! Nice indoor pool and gym. Overall excellent. If all of our stays were this good for the rest of our lives we would be blessed. One more thing. As you go into the indoor pool area, there is the largest ivy planter I believe I have ever seen. It’s huge and beautiful. Really nice. The point I am making is that they or someone is taking excellent care of this plant. Therefore, they must be taking care of hotel guests as well.

Convenient to restaurants, breakfast & pool

I really enjoyed my stayed, the room was very convenient and clean. The thing that I didn’t like was the lady that serves breakfast had negative attitude towards me, and I had asked for the people to take out my trashes in the morning before I left and they did not, but the afternoon lady came to take out our trash. But from there it was enjoyable and the pool was so much fun.

Nice large room with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. Good breakfast and coffee. Well appointed gym with everything you need for a good workout. Check in was quick and easy. Parking right in front. It’s right off the freeway but I didn’t hear any noise. I would stay here again no problem.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Would stay here again

I spent one week here for work. Upon arrival the entrance of the hotel looks decent. After checking in and entering my room I was immediately hit with the smell of dogs. Greeted by a ragged sofa, computer chair and ottoman complete with cigarette hole. The first few nights were ok but I quickly realized the room was making my allergies flare very badly. This was remedied by the complimentary allergy medication given at the front desk. The next few days passed which were a bit hard to endure due to allergies, dogs barking, families running up and down the hall, babies screaming and the most uncomfortable bed. Needless to say I was eager to check out when the time arrived. However I noticed that the hotel had been overcharging my bank account so upon check out I requested a receipt. I was met with much attitude and push back by a woman named Nadia. What should have been a quick interaction became quite a long one. First I was told that I couldn’t get a receipt because I booked third party. Then I was told that she didn’t allow her staff to print receipts because I told her I saw one a few days ago. Next there was a question of math and what I was being charged. Then I was told who should charging me. I told her I completely understand but my bank statement is NOT reflecting that. After this encounter it made me late for work and flabbergasted. I only wanted a piece of paper. Needless to say, I will NEVER stay here again.

We have stayed here several times over the past two years and always had a good experience. It was our standard “go to” for lodging. However, this time was different. We were originally put in an ADA compliant room. I asked to be switched in case a customer with a disability arrived and needed a room. The front desk agreed to move us. They were very helpful! Just to note, the ADA room was very dingy. There was an apparent water leak which caused stains on the walls and rotting trim in the bathroom. So we moved rooms and the new room had the same issue with apparent water leaks. The walls and trim needed to be repaired. Additionally, the room smelled dirty. I’m not sure if it was mold or residual body odor. The room just did not feel fresh, clean, and sanitary. I am very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. We probably won’t stay here anymore.

The room was not clean

Whenever I’m in the FW area I always book here ❤️ it’s always clean and front desk receptionist are always quick to help. Only problem I had this stay was only that our room had items from previous guests. We were about to check out and looking everywhere to make sure nothing was left and we ended up finding an earring and a child’s croc under near the bed that wasn’t ours as no children were brought on our trip. Other than that, everything was good! Cbat what he back!

Large room! Very clean and comfortable.

The room was dirty. The cushions on the pull out couch were ripped in multiple places with the stuffing coming out, there were stains on the couch, and there were cheerios inside the couch. The matress in the couch was thin, old, and poor quality. There were even some old cheerios in the couch. The kitchen table was dirty, and so were the bathroom doors. The room overlooked the parking lot, which is next to two busy bars. It was very loud with large pick-up trucks revving and driving around for hours at night, making sleeping difficult. The toilet was broken and ran loudly after flushing. The a/c units were loud and didn't work well. The carpet felt and looked dirty. I'm shocked that Hilton has its name on this place.

Not clean

plenty of restaurants nearby and was very close and convenient to Defender Outdoors where we were attending an event. Room was not very clean with what appeared to be stool on the bathroom door and possible drink spillage on the bedskirt.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was limited. The room was spacious and comfortable overall. As with a number of hotels, the king sized bed sagged in the middle, which lends to discomfort during the night.

The front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was well laid out with plenty of lighting for reading. The room had blackout shades and was cool and quiet for sleep. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was great for having small meal/ snacks. The front desk had a portable cooktop with skillets to use if you needed to cook more. Overall a great place to stay!

Spacious room, quiet, good location

We had a lovely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Southwest Cityview! We especially loved that our king suite room was spacious, with a bedroom (with a door that closes) separate from the living/dining/kitchenette area. Doors to the bathroom from both the bedroom and living area. Large TVs in both the bedroom & living area. Kitchenette had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker & basic dinnerware, glassware and utensils. There were 2 nice desk spaces for working and a table big enough for 4 people. Large dresser/storage chest and space for hanging clothes in both areas..We were only there 2 nights, but would have been very comfortable staying for longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel lobby was modest, but adequate and very convenient. There is tons of shopping (Target, Costco, among others) and several restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. Great stay for a very affordable price!

The hotel is nice, in a good location. Check in went well. Our room had an issue with the sliding bathroom door. It wouldn't stay fully open or fully shut. The lock was broken, so the bathroom door was always open at least an inch. Biggest concern was housekeeping. The sign said we'd have service every other day. In four days we NEVER got service. I had to take the full trash cans out into the hallway to the maids and dump them into the receptacle on the cart. I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I never had to wait long for their assistance. Breakfast was fresh and the variety meant different choices every morning. I would definitely stay again, but if the same housekeeping issues occur my review will be far less generous.

Big spacious rooms

The king bed was so hard, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Sofa bed was better than the king bed. They really need to upgrade the beds at this location

Our room felt and sounded like we were next to a roller coaster. All night long there was a vibration and noise that came and went every few seconds

The entire time, day and night, we heard rumbling sounds that were very annoying.

Very family oriented Sylvia at front desk was amazing

We arrived to the hotel the night before Thanksgiving and there were no available rooms for the type that we had booked, we were put into a room that accommodated us, but was not ideal for the first night. The next morning, Jocelyn did everything she could to make sure that the rest of our stay was ideal. She worked with the manager to accommodate us multiple times until she was finally able to get us into the room that we had booked. Jocelyn was very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Amanda, the GM, was very helpful after our stay when I reached out to her as well!

Very easy and fast to give me my room and service was 10/10

I had reserved my handicapped mobility accessible room 3 weeks in advance with a credit card. I get there on Wednesday the 25th to check in and was told "no rooms are available that it is first come-first serve". I said what, I had a reservation with a credit card. She then said, " we give it to who is here at the counter because we don't know if you will show up or not" i was just shocked. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is so unusual for Hilton.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very impressed, will definitely stay there again.

I was very impressed with the team staffing this hotel. Everyone was friendly and professional. Team members visibly took pride in their work, even when not interacting with guests. We've stayed in dozens of properties, and I would rank this crew among the very best we have encountered.

We checked in at 12 am and they had no room available. I even did the early checkin! So disappointed and angry!

The gentlemen working the front desk was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and organized. I would stay here again.

Easy to get to and lot of fun things to do close by

The stay was good. Staff was friendly and assisted with all needs. The establishment next door did make it difficult to sleep in the evening with the loud music and car's doing burn outs in front of the hotel on the feeder road. No law enforcement presence at all when this went on.

It was easy to get to and near several places to eat or shop.

The room was great, with all the amenities. However, it was difficult to get to that wasn’t from the freeway. We had to drive behind the Costco and a Main Event in order to get to a main road that was not the freeway. Only one waffle maker at breakfast. Several people waiting in line.

This hotel was in a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Rooms was spacious and beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again

Good breakfast options. Rooms and shared areas were clean. Overall the hotel is dated and in the 3 days we were there we witness a big fight outside the property, another fight/altercation out back (backs up to a restaurant/bar) a semi parked off to the side of the parking lot for 2 days.

Location was great and easy access to highways. Lots of restaurants within a few miles. Staff was very friendly.

This property is very convenient to the freeway, shopping, dining, and hospitals. Very clean, accommodating, and professional.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in DFW. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. The room was awesome. Super spacious and the little kitchen was stocked with dishes, which was so cool. Plus it’s in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town.

At time of booking we selected the place for Javi g daily housekeeping this was not the case they did it every other day. For long stays as ours it is a little bit uncomfortable after a long day come to the room and just have it as you left it tin the morning. Besides that all good

The suite had a nice kitchen area, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was better than most motels we've stayed in - loved the yogurt parfait bar.

I would’ve given all my reviews a 5, but the breakfast area had no bread to toast no yogurt after I asked if someone could refill it the girl at the front desk said “ I’m not the kitchen help but I’ll get someone to refill it lol no one ever came by. The kitchen staff was just standing around talking. Everything else was top tier. The ladies working the counter at night those ladies rock!!👍Thank you once again. See you again soon.

The beds need a bigger blanket and the pillows was awful they need to be updated. Breakfast Sunday they had no meat like bacon or ham or sausage they had chicken strips and the worker lady said fish patties? For breakfast?? It could of been better,
