Nice small hotel, we were able to see northern lights. Reateraunt dinner was great and included breakfast had wide variety of hot and cold food. The fresh bread was the best! Hot tub nice and clean.

We loved staying at Hotel Vos. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the hot tub. They had a fridge near the front desk that you could check out beer and other drinks. The continental breakfast was amazing, so many selections. We would definitely stay here again.

Property is in the middle of nowhere. The hot tub was nice after a long day of driving and exploring. Hotel charged C$15.21(2ppl 1 night) for tourist tax which i was not aware of when i made the booking. It was more like a motel not a hotel.

This property had a very small room with paper thin walls. You could hear everything your neighbors were doing. We did not try the hot tub do to the high winds. We were able to see the northern lights just from walking out back from our room. Nothing really around this location at all. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly

Had a single night stop over here and the hotel was conveniently located for the trip. I didn't dine but other guests told me the menu was limited. The walls are quite thin too so noise from other guests is easily heard from room to room. Generally fine for a one night stop and the breakfast was good.

A bit of a drive from the main road but I think it was worth it. I would stay there again. Breakfast was one of the best I have had an Iceland. The only drawback are the thin walls as you can hear people in the next room if they are loud.

Was pleasantly surprised by how modern this hotel is, though it's literally in the middle of nowhere (which we actually liked). Room was clean, well designed, everything felt new. Nice modern shower, comfortable beds. Breakfast simple but totally adequate. Note: GPS took us to the right from road 25, you actually need to turn left.

Never used the hot tub so can’t comment. Comfy bed, linens and pillows. But Literally in the middle of nowhere. The photos make it look like you are close to the beach but you’re not. Should have just drove further and stayed longer in vik or maybe even hella.

Great place off of the beaten path. Easy check in. Great breakfast. The only fault I could find and it is something so small I hate to mention, but the flexible hose connecting the shower head to the valve leaked a little. I would stay here again.

We love this little charm in the middle of nowhere and enjoyed our stay! We initially booked 1 room of triple beds but needed another bed. Upon arrival pretty late in the evening the receptionist was very helpful and gladly to set up an extra bed in the room. I noticed they removed their shoes when entering the room to setup the bed, it shows how much they cared for the facility. It's very quiet and felt like meditative to be there. My daughter used the common area to work on her laptop until 2am and she really enjoyed the quietness and beautiful night. I wish we knew ahead of time that there is a kitchen serving dinner till 10pm. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good with many healthy, delicious items, including home baked bread. The room was very clean, spacious bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed walking around the property and liked the horses they saw. Overall, it felt almost like glamping but in rooms, very relaxing and therapeutic. Will stay again if we ever make it back.

Had a single night stop over here and the hotel was conveniently located for the trip. I didn't dine but other guests told me the menu was limited. The walls are quite thin too so noise from other guests is easily heard from room to room. Generally fine for a one night stop and the breakfast was good.

Great place off of the beaten path. Easy check in. Great breakfast. The only fault I could find and it is something so small I hate to mention, but the flexible hose connecting the shower head to the valve leaked a little. I would stay here again.

Nice small hotel, we were able to see northern lights. Reateraunt dinner was great and included breakfast had wide variety of hot and cold food. The fresh bread was the best! Hot tub nice and clean.

Hotel Vos is about 13 minutes away from Route 1 in a small village. We loved how it seemed isolated and was so quiet! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had the wonderful heated floors we loved in Iceland. The TV has Netflix and we enjoyed using the hot tub as well. Breakfast buffet was great with a good selection. We recommend this place!

Friendly staff, clean but tiny room and bathrooms. Restaurant not open late enough. Maybe having longer summer hours for bar and restaurant would be good idea. Never used the hot tub so can’t comment. Comfy bed, linens and pillows. But Literally in the middle of nowhere. The photos make it look like you are close to the beach but you’re not. Should have just drove further and stayed longer in vik or maybe even hella.

The staff was super flexible and helpful. Rooms were always clean! We stayed on twice a few days apart and the rooms were like brand new by the time of our second stay.

My experience at Hotel Vos was unfortunately very poor. The room lacked proper cleanliness, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my stay. There was no television in the room, which was surprising for a hotel in this price range. Breakfast was minimal and felt more like a budget hostel offering than a hotel service. The entire place gave the impression of being the demonic child of Ikea and AliExpress: cheap materials, awkward layout, and little attention to comfort. I cannot recommend this property.
