Whilst the property has many good features, and is of a very good size and location it is let down by a number of issues. The pool area requires maintenance and the additional pool shower was left unused due to it not having been cleaned for many months- full of debris, with a whole in the roof. The outdoor room with games and additional kitchen is tired and does not have functioning air conditioning, the toilet is broken and the whole area needs a refresh and clean. There were ongoing issues with plumbing and a leak in one of the bedrooms, whilst it was dealt with, it was disruptive to our stay. The main kitchen oven did not function properly. The overall issues could be resolved with a total refresh of the property, considering the cost of the rental this should be dealt with prior to any further lettings.

We loved the stay at casa chimo. The pool was wonderful and also easy to find places in shodow. The youth loved to play pingis and pool.
