Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Sheets smelled musty and carpet was old. Tv was basic. Walls were very thin. First night neighbors partying till 7am. 2nd night could hear snoring thru wall. Pool was heated but small and used for kids class on Sunday morning. We could’ve stayed while class in there but really would’ve been tight. Needed keycard reset twice despite following the initial instructions to keep away from phone, laptop and other cards. Breakfast was impressive!

While the elevator is always broken and the carpet needs to be replaced in the hallway, my family and I enjoy our stays here. The staff is always pleasant and someone always brews the best iced lemonade tea accessible in the lobby. I look forward to having a cup when I check in.

What about the lobby was nice but the rooms have a lot of wear and tear. The bedding was ripped. The carpet squares were coming up and the blinds were ripped. The bed seemed clean the bathroom was clean. The gym was out of service which was inconvenient since it was cold and snowy out. Breakfast was okay. It was the cheapest option in the area, but I don’t think I will stay here again.

Location was excellent room was very spacious furniture could use a little updating. The bed was very comfortable. We did encounter a roach in the bathroom as we were leaving this morning. But overall, the breakfast was sumptuous and extensive selection. Staff very hospitable.

The hallways in the hotel need to be shampooed, they are dreadful. The shower in the room I was in would not drain correctly and I was standing in a pool of water when I had finished. The carpet squares in the room were lifting all around the edges. By far, the place needs some TLC

If you use a towel and need a new one you must take it to check in and exchange for a clean towel same if you need an extra bedsheet. The breakfast is microwaved items sausage , eggs microwave coffee was weak.We passed on breakfast. Air conditioner we turn it on came back to the room it was off shuts off after certain temp room was warm . Set the air again was on a timer

We are accustomed to staying in different branded hotels of this type, but this one is surely the noisiest one ever. Our room had a shared door with the neighboring room, which is nothing new to us, but this one passed sound, so that we could hear the conversations in the next room. And the neighbors left their TV on all night. Worse was the family across the hall with three barking dogs. The kids were playing some physical game, and the adults were having frequent loud, aggressive arguments. Sleep was difficult. On the positive side, the hotel is relatively new and quite clean. The staff is very polite. The free breakfast was nothing special, but it was tasty and varied in its choices of hot food, cereals, and fruit. While one of the two elevators was out of service, the other was fast, silent, smoothly running, roomy, and always clean -- a rarity for a small hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Our room had a fridge, a microwave oven, and a coffeemaker. The climate unit was easy to adjust for small changes in temperature. Other than the need for more soundproofing, this hotel is a bargain.

Great place for overnight. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Several restaurants but you must take the car. Great breakfast including nice cheese omelets, sausages. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Just a one night stay traveling on business. The woman at the desk was very helpful and she checked me in quickly. The next morning both of my iPhones were dead because I forgot my charger. She loaned me hers and it was a lifesaver. Great service.

Check in took 45 minutes. There were guests that they couldn't find their reservation and instead of one of the front desk staff helping the remainder of people in line they both continued with one customer. I had to be somewhere and this was extremely inconvenient.

The woman working the front desk was on her personal phone with her son upon check-in and appeared annoyed that she needed to check us in. When we walked into our room, it was freezing cold. 48 degrees to be exact. The window was open and the heat was turned off. It was December 14 in NY. The heat would not turn on. I went to the woman at the front desk and requested a new room. She then informed me she could not provide a new room because she only had single rooms. I said that was fine because it was just me and my wife. She said, "Well I cant give you that room anyways because its more expensive than the one you booked." My response was, "I also didnt book a room that was 48 degrees with no heat." She said, "After I finish this phone call, I'll come up and reset the heat." I told her to come up and fix it now or give me another room. She hastily followed us up to the room and did something to reset the heat. 3 hours later we were at 65 degrees and could take our winter jackets off. Awful customer service, but apparently that is the new norm.

This was the perfect stay for what I needed. The staff was very accommodating when I needed to stay an extra night. I work night shift and I didn't what switch rooms in the middle of my sleep. They were able to keep me in the same room and I got my full uninterrupted sleep.

Everything was just fine, except our check in process. It seems that our reservation was given to someone else and then they could not find ours. It took about 20-30 mins to figure it out, but we finally got a room. The front desk person was very kind and tried to work out the issue. We presented all of our Hotels.com confirmation which included the verification of prepayment. She called her manager and eventually it was all squared away.

On check in, the woman at the front desk was clearly in some stage of training, but had no one there to train her. She had to call her supervisor at home and walk thru the process over FaceTime. First night, the people staying on the floor above us were stomping around and yelling until around 2am. When contacting the front desk to intervene, desk attendant stated there was nothing she could do, and some people were just “noisy at night”. As if 2am is the time to be loud and obnoxious in a hotel. Next morning, I had to be up early for a race. I was shooed out of the breakfast area shortly before 7am, even though everything was already set up. When I asked to grab something to take in the road, as I couldn’t wait around, I was told “breakfast is at 7, not before”. Second night, someone set off the fire alarm around midnight, causing an evacuation. It was never disclosed whether this was due to actual smoke, or someone pulling an alarm, or some other malfunction, however we had to wait until the FD arrived to go back to bed for this false alarm. I will not be staying with this establishment again. One of the worst hotel stays in recent memory. The only reason this was not a 1 star review is because the rooms were all updated and clean.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Very clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed 5 nights and breakfast was different every day…. Fried eggs, scramble, omelet, sausage, bacon, empanadas, waffles, it was excellent!

I stayed here to take my five year old to legoland. The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and it was not too far away from Legoland. There are not a lot of restarant options in the area, but my kid was happy with McDonald's anyway.

This was the best hotel stay I have had in a while. I booked based of reviews and the proximity to Legoland and it did not disappoint. Service was impeccable, everytime I ran into someone from the desk they checked in with me on my stay. The pool was heated and the breakfast was unmatched! Breakfast empanadas?! I’ve never been to a hotel with such a unique and delicious assortment of breakfast. The staff were also great about making you aware of amenities when you checked in. Also the room was clean and cozy I’ll definitely be back!

Everything you need when coming back after a whole day of walking. Comfortable bed, clean clean room, not a single stained sheet or towel. And then woke up the next day to a fully stocked breakfast. The service workers just kept on refilling the foods, they were the best.

It was clean enough. The breakfast was sub par. It was very busy. It needs to be set up differently. The staff was not good at keeping things refilled. Also, the sign says breakfast is open until 10 but they closed it at 9:30. Also, only one elevator running which took forever.

The hotel is fine. Easy to get in and out of, staff was very friendly. Only issue we experienced was they were packing up the breakfast 30 minutes prior to it ending so the selection was very limited. But it’s a free breakfast so I can’t really complain.
