Hopeless and disgusting experience. Staff is unfriendly and lousy. Checkin time is 2 PM which is quite late considering that checkout time is 12 pm. The rooms were not ready till 2.45 pm. Highly unprofessional and non-responsive staff least bothered about guests. Location is not easy to reach with bad approach road of 2 kms and there is no support from rude staff. Site gives almost zero scenic views unlike claimed in the photographs..Just concrete structures on different floors. DONOT be influenced by Propaganda reviews. Charges are exorbitant and unjustified. No welcome drinks or so. They agreed for the refund of booking as their services were sub-standard & unprofessional and issued a refund slip also. But later on unethically they are refusing the refund. Recommended to avoid at all costs.

This property is made really tastefully and located so damn well.it is just in the lap of nature. Place at night looks so out of the world with all the pine trees , breeze ,nip in the air and yellow lights. It is the perfect combination of nature meet art. Staff was very very good every single one of them. Superb view from observation point is awesome. I would go again for sure. Excellent food.

I have travelled around the world but this was one of the worst experience on new years. They charge you for everything as if this resort is in USA. We did pay $600 for a day for a presidential suite that had two rats in the bedroom. The staff had to come to remove the rats from our bedroom as the kids did not want to enter the room. Charged for everything but they did sell it as all inclusive. We booked for 6 adults and 3 kids but the suite had only 3 king beds and wanted to charge us again for extra bed. Worst part was I had a very bad food poisoning event eating the non-veg section of the buffet. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. There were 4 other families at the resort who thought as if they owned the resort. They were so loud in common areas that we had a headache. Fraud people are running this resort. Please avoid it.
