Disappointed that checked in with 4 people and reserved a 2 queen bed with a pull-out bed reserved. Had no idea that a third party booking doesn't guarantee the room that you reserved. So ended up with two adults on an uncomfortable pull out. The hotel was sold out and couldn't provide any additional pillows, and one pillow came with the pullout. Had to go to the desk to pick up more towels since they were too busy to bring to the room. Hotel must be very understaffed. It is clean, but I am extremely disappointed in the inability to get the room we reserved. I will likely no longer book through a third party since it's not worth the risk.

The hotel was clean and staff was nice . The pool was a little cold but that was to be expected. The breakfast was ok.. it wasn’t the worst and it wasn’t the best , my kids were bummed that there was no waffle maker lol . I would definitely stay again.
