Not a big deal, but somewhat annoying as we were expecting to freshen up after our drive. - The room smelled terrible, like someone had just run a carpet cleaner over urine. - Found food crumbs around the room and hair on the beds. - Parts of the ceiling were flaking off and part of the wall had come away. - The pool was dirty and murky. The water was FREEZING (yes, caps are necessary) Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again, especially at $280 a night.

This hotel is very unsafe. Our car along with about 30 more was broken into. All of our windows shattered. Hyatt took no responsibility. We were told that it was a city parking lot and we parked at our own discretion. As you can see in the pictures it was a Hyatt parking lot. I could see my car from the front desk. There was no security no cameras nothing. I called the main Hyatt number and was told the same thing. Not their responsibility. Do not come here. I could only imagine what would had happened to someone that may had walked up on these ppl breaking into our cars at the time. Very unsafe!

Two things irritated me. 1) TV was not working and after three calls to front desk and ended up having to move to a different room. 2) No toner in computer printer in business center. 3) breakfast shut down by 9:30 am. 4) A couple front desk staff unfriendly, ignorant and unprofessional.

This is the worst Hyatt hotels I ever been to, the whole facility is lack of maintenance, one elevator doesn’t work at all, the other one is very very slow, waiting time is super long for a five floor building, I waited sometime for 15mins for the elevator. Check in is also super slow, 3 customers in front of me took 40 mins. The front desk went somewhere and took a long time to come back. The worst is I got bitten by bed bugs from the extra blanket I borrowed from them on the second day. 6 huge bumps in a role, which may not be a big surprise for a place lack of maintenance like this. Breakfast also not good, no fruit, very few choices, no oatmeal. Definitely won’t come back any more.

This hotel is horribly managed. Our room was extremely dirty upon check in, with no option to get a new room bc the hotel was fully booked. For example, the floor, the table and walls had green frosting or paint smeared all over. The pull out couch was left dirty, like slept in sheets, the bed was covered in filth, the mattress is stained, brown and likely infested. We slept on top of the couch with two sheets between the dirty couch and us. The king bed has a mattress liner on it but it’s so destroyed it’s not protecting you from anything. The bed in our room was clearly so old and saggy, it completely sunk in to the middle. When I checked the bed it had stains and hair all over the matress cover. Bathroom door was falling off the tracks and hardly able to stay on. The pool was brown! The sides haven’t been cleaned in years, it’s covered in filth. To no surprise at all the pool was closed two of the three days we were there. The breakfast was horrible. Clearly made at 6:30 am and left out until it’s all gone. Sunday breakfast is supposed to go to 10 and they didn’t refill anything after 9. Leaving people scrambling for scraps and there was trash filled to the top, unwashed tables and no one trying to facilitate the breakfast. The staff seemed to accept the conditions and just say “sorry”. One person at the front desk told me “you know people don’t work that hard in America and this is just what you get out of some cleaning staff” do not stay here!!!!!!

We requested our 2 rooms be adjacent, but they weren't. There was blood on our bedding. Staff did not want to refill coffee because it was 20 minutes before breakfast closed (10am). Elevators out of order. Surprised there was no microwave in the room but the spa shower was great! Overall, we were very disappointed. We expected more from a Hyatt property.

Checked in the lady was so nice but she had bad news, the room i rented 2 beds and a couch was unavailable to people who rented from 3 party ( hotelscom) she said if i had rented thur them it would have been available, sorry about that they said a full refund or 1 bed and couch, had no choice but to take it, 4 adults, shower was awesome, breakfast was terrible cold food 2 days in a row and always out of food , no microwave but did have a fridge, kind of loud bringing by the interstate, would i stay here again. No was not worth it, this was my 1st time staying in this brand hotel and my last.

I liked how quiet, and clean the hotel was. It was also located near all of the places we had planned to visit. Parking was very convenient as well. I like the fact that a full breakfast was available to us, but the eggs and sausage had sat out too long. The room was nice but the lighting (all lamps) did not provide enough light. And the mattress was very soft in places and left me with a sore back. Not enough support. Firm mattresses should be used in hotels because of the multiple times they are used. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a great visit, just an uncomfortable sleep.

I enjoyed my stay. The pull out sofa mattress was too uncomfortable for my teenage granddaughters. They are small and thin. I bought an inflatable mattress for the pull out sofa. Disappointing

Had a great deal of trouble checking in. They blamed it on us booking on Hotel.com. I’ve never had trouble checking in anywhere else. I tried to stay very nice because it seemed they were working very short staffed. As I stood there for over an hour waiting with two toddlers to check in, several people were turned away for extra towels and pillows. Then at breakfast there was a shortage on silverware and plates. The staff was very nice although this was stressful for them as well as those of us trying to feed our families. My pregnant daughter also slipped and twisted her ankle in a puddle of water that I believe was from people exiting the swimming pool with no towels to dry off. But the beds we’re comfortable and clean.

The wonderful lady, Desiree who took care of us is amazing. She took care of us at the desk, then also got our drinks at the bar, took our food order and cooked our food. She did all this and was as pleasant as could be. Kudos to whoever hired her. Amazing lady. She definitely deserves a raise.

We love this hotel and have stayed at it before for the Horrorhound Convention. I would have given this all 5 stars if not for the mess at the end. We were staying Friday night. Saturday was sold out. I asked at the desk if Saturday had become available, hoping for some last minute cancellations. There was availability! The only issue was it's a different type room and we'd have to move. Not a problem - if it kept us there through Sunday we were happy. She said check back Saturday morning and hopefully the same type room opened before we pay. This was now going to be 2 separate bookings. Saturday the same room wasn't available so we had to pack up and wait until around 3p to check in for the new room. No problem - we're happy to do that. Go back around 4p and no room. She said the room had been cancelled the night before since their employee didn't attach a credit card, keep in mind I already talked to someone that day and that wasn't the case. Due to their agent mistake we lost the room and by that point we drove home. We were hoping to hit the convention again on Sunday but wasn't worth trying to find another hotel at that point. Never even really got a "sorry" or anything. The room for the first night was outrageously priced so a little discount or something would have been nice for being out of a room. Just poorly handled. Other than that the stay was actually great.

The property was incredibly understaffed. There was only 1 person running the desk and 1 person for the restaurant and it was a sold-out week. I felt bad for them because they were running their butts off trying to keep up. Even being understaffed and very busy, they were very friendly! The burgers and fries were incredible!

Our experience with this Hyatt was GREAT. There was a slight mixup due to the website I booked the room on and the front desk staff was AMAZING. Especially Kris, she was the sweetest lady ever and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. She deserves a raise for sure.

The room was not ready for 3 hours past the time it was supposed to be. The staff didn’t seem bothered that it wasn’t ready. Just that I will get an email when it’s ready. Very rude! We finally got to the room. It wasn’t what I had booked. It was 2 queen not a king. The iron didn’t work and the shower didn’t drain. The phone did not work either. The only thing I can say good is it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was awful. And when I told the guy over the phone that we could not check in before our event which was a hassle for us. He said ok cool! We will never stay here ever again. Disappointed is an understatement!

A clean hotel with friendly staff. Connected to the convention center where I was attending an event. Great location for food not far away if you have transportation. It was quiet and the room was comfortable I had a peaceful nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. Good location for visiting Kings Island. Slept well, breakfast options were good. We stayed 2 nights and breakfast had something a little different each morning. The computer and printer available in the lobby also saved me! No complaints here.

The rooms were good, the hotel itself is nice but the breakfast situation was terrible. They advertise complementary breakfast till 9AM and they do serve an okay selection. The terrible part is they refused to refill stations when they got empty even at 8AM. Their answer was, this is the last of the food and there will be no refills. They need to manage this better, no breakfast would be okay but offering a substandard service ruins the whole stay

The rooms were neat and clean, one of our rooms, the sliding bathroom door would not close or lock. The breakfast was a disaster and disappointing, at 820 am, most of the stations were empty, cereal was stale, coffee pots empty and tasted water down. Asked the staff to get simple stuff like plates, spoons, and creamers numerous times, overall very disappointing

The rooms and common areas were very clean. However, we booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and we wanted a way to get our kids’ energy out after a long travel day. Unfortunately, it was very murky, gross, annd smelled bad. It wasn’t being treated effectively for the amount of people using it, so we weren’t able to make use of it. The free breakfast was surprisingly wonderful, but if you don’t get there super early, all the food is gone and they don’t refill it. I saw several families come down and be turned away because they cleaned all the breakfast stuff up already even though there was still another hour left of breakfast. It would have been nice to know it was more of a “first come first served” situation because I would have brought my family of 5 down much earlier.
