The staff at the front desk was asleep at 8pm. When asked multiple times if there is a lost and found collection, they said no. Really - no one loses anything while in a hotel? The hallway carpet was very dirty. The hallways reeked of weed. The pool was not heated. This was a poor experience for my young family.

We didn't particularly like the location. The desk clerk was nice, but he told us the pool was open and the water warm. It was not at a temperature anywhere near comfortable.

I have stayed here for several years when visiting family. I have never had an issue. This time was awful! When I checked in, the marijuana smell would knock you down. Not a good first impression. I get to the room and the refrigerator did not work. Other family members didn’t have hot water the first night. All the ice machines except one were out of service with no help in finding it from the front desk. The WORST part is the fire alarm. It hummed in my room off and on the first night. The second night it went off 3 times (1am, 3 am, and 4 am). Called to the front desk the first time and they said not to worry, there isn’t a fire. They had been having issues with the alarm system. They would not answer the next 2 times. We asked to speak to the manager before we left and were told he would be there in 30 minutes. We left and called back 2 hours later and were told he still wasn’t in. One of the men said “I don’t speak English well to talk with you.” Definitely not staying again!

The parking lot had not been cleared of snow and we needed handicap parking access. The handicap spots had not been cleared either and there was not any access to the sidewalks themselves from the parking surface. Also the sidewalk only had a snow shovel width path cleared all the way around the lot.

The bathroom handle fell off, the indoor heated pool was COLD and the rail into the pool was not attached to bottom of pool. The flooring in the pool area is slippery & we fell. 3 out of 4 of us. There was some mold or dirt in corners of tub

1. Half of the elevators did not work. 2. Toilet took 10 minutes to refill 3. Although they knew 1 or more days in advance, they failed to have all the breakfast foods & drinks that are standard. No Orange juice or meat. 4. No attempt by management to go to a local grocery store. 5. Staff offered excuses but claimed they could do nothing. Unbelievable!

Hotel was nice, clean, well lit hallways. Pool was clean and decent sized. Only thi g I would suggest, is that they need another waffle maker, there was a line for the one. Sammys burgers are right next door. Good food. But they do have a surgcharge to use plastic.

In the past we stayed across the street and the Holiday Inn, but this hotel is our new “go to” when visiting the Cincinnati area.

The room they put is in smelked strongly of urine and had a big yellow strain in the middle of the carpet. We were surprised they would even open such a room to a guest. They did relocate us to another room next door which was better but also not up to the standard of cleanliness I would expect for a Hilton property.

Mold in shower in the corners. Bleach would take care of that if not putting new grout otherwise clean but not attractive. Also beside TV under the counter there was trash behind the waste basket. Cleaning person emptied waste basket but didn’t check floor.

When I got to my room, I noticed a large stain on the carpet, and the carpet was wet. I assume housekeeping cleaned the carpet, but it had not completely dried, nor removed the stain. There were orange colored marks on the wallpaper by the toilet, and also on one couch cushion. The TV was not working so I contacted the front desk, but no one came to assist. The room was near the elevator, and very noisy from people yelling in the hallway. I will never stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights on this trip. Our room was exactly as described online. The room was clean. We did not have any shampoo or conditioner and didn't realize that until the following morning when one of us took a shower. As soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they supplied the missing items. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Either fairly new or recently remodeled. Had a king room with sofa bed, very spacious. It was nice to be actually have room to pull out the soft bed and still walk around. Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. Shower was setup properly so the floor didn't get soaked when using the shower. Breakfast buffet was solid on a Sunday morning.

The property itself was nice and the room was clean however, the beds were TERRIBLE. It felt like sleeping directly on the box spring the mattresses were so hard. Also the complementary breakfast was subpar at best. Limited food options, which included no protein (no bacon, sausage, etc. options). The quality of the food was poor as well. For the price we paid $971.97 for 3 nights, the quality of every aspect of our stay should have been execellent! I'm a HHonors member and I've never had an experience litke this at one of their properties.

When I checked in, they informed me that they had given my reservation away. No notice prior to my arrival. They blamed it on a plumbing issue with two of the rooms, and my late arrival (midnight). Although later they claimed it was a problem with the air conditioners. He then called another hotel (Hilton Garden) , where he said his “cousin” worked. “Gi tjere, he will check you in”.. Which he did. But it was a full check in, and took forever. He also insisted on charging me $1. No explanation why. I know things happen. But they should have contacted me if there was really a problem. And while the additional charge was minimal, it was …weird. Something odd is going on with this property and the Hilton Garden Inn. I’d avoid both.

We stayed 4 nights on this trip. Our room was exactly as described online. The room was clean. We did not have any shampoo or conditioner and didn't realize that until the following morning when one of us took a shower. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the festival. It was great for us, (over 45 folks). We didn’t want all the noise and action of downtown. We wanted peace and quiet and the ability to relax before and after the concert. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and checked on us daily to make sure we were enjoying our staff. Breakfast was amazing. Many choices to choose from. In the past we stayed across the street and the Holiday Inn, but this hotel is our new “go to” when visiting the Cincinnati area.

The surrounding areas near the hotel is very quiet. it is near stores (example grocery stores, drugstore, etc for all of your essential needs)and only 9 minutes away from a major Mall, Kenwood shopping center. That shopping center is gigantic. and additional 16 minutes away from hard Rock casino. It was very clean, which I take that part very seriously. the breakfast was good. The layout of the breakfast was great and everything was fresh. The staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby was decorated beautifully, went during the holidays.And above all of that the price for everything I experience was well worth it. It has a pool, gym, in my room ahead of microwave and a refrigerator miniature. if you enjoy a quiet area and quiet hotel then this property is for you.

This is a great location close to downtown Cincinnati. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping services were excellent. The are a lot of dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again. You get a lot of value for the room rate and are a short drive to downtown.

The area was very nice - close to many dining and shopping options. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Some things like doors and carpet in the hallways, etc. are showing signs of wear but can’t beat the cleanliness and the price for the area.

This hotel was fairly nice for the price but was a bit off the main travel path. I would say that the service and breakfast was absolutely fine for our stay and that I might stay again. The main factor is that it appears it may be in or on the edge of an industrial or corporate park area that wasn’t the most appealing for safety, but overall was not bad at all.

The breakfast provided was so-so. Housekeeping did not occur daily; in years past, daily housekeeping was standard. I doubt that I will stay in a Hampton Inn any time soon. It's simply too pricey for the services provided.

Our stay was fine. Room was nice and bathroom was big. 2 things I didn't care for was that the air conditioning was loud when it came on and the hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns) were not hot at all. Had to use the microwave to heat them up and it was a fresh batch of eggs that had just come from the kitchen.

The property and staff were great. The only problem was breakfast. There was no orange juice, no apple juice, no forks, and no pancake syrup. Things do go wrong especially on a holiday weekend but after breakfast on Saturday, you could have picked up forks. You could have also bought apple/orange juices and put them in a pitcher. Also Pancake syrup could have been purchased locally. No excuse for two days in a row shortages.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Either fairly new or recently remodeled. Had a king room with sofa bed, very spacious. It was nice to be actually have room to pull out the soft bed and still walk around. Nice shower with hot water and good pressure. Shower was setup properly so the floor didn't get soaked when using the shower. Breakfast buffet was solid on a Sunday morning.

Our room smelled like someone had been giving themselves a home perm… we were so tired when we arrived, that we just stayed in the room anyway. There were stains on the carpets in our room & down the hallways. And unfortunately the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was advertised as starting at 6am, but when we arrived at 6:20 there wasn’t much food out. We waited as one employee SLOWLY put food out, but we could hear her on her cell phone in the kitchen arguing with someone. Finally at 6:45 I went to the kitchen door to ask for the waffle mix, and she was scrolling on her phone! So frustrating! When we finally got the waffle mix to make our waffles, we were told that they didn’t have forks… so we had to eat our waffles & syrup with our fingers!!!
