Beautiful cabin and beautiful view. Very clean and warm. The front desk staff at the reception/restaurant were kind and helpful. Of note - there is a ladder to get to the bed.

Very disappointing, especially considering the high price. The cleaning was poor, with dirt here and there and bird droppings on the window. The furniture is old, and both the door and floor make a lot of noise. The booking information was also unclear. The listing shows many beautiful mountain and fjord views, but we were given one of the few units with no view at all. Definitely not worth the price.

Our family had an amazing stay at Hemmingodden lodge. We stayed in a beautiful large home with amazing large ocean views and a very well equipped kitchen. We made breakfast ourselves and dinner a few times after a long day of exploring. We also booked the sauna, it was great and also had a great view as well as the possibility to go swimming. The Lodge also organized a fishing excursion which my husband and son loved! The perfect place to relax! Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Hemmingodden Lodge! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Ballstad was a great location to explore Lofoten, the resort is in walking proximity to a grocery store as well!
