Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Pittsburgh - Monroeville by IHG

I've stayed here many times with zero complaints however I reserved #2 Queen beds and when I went to the room after check in, I found 1 King bed. When I went to the front desk, the 2 women acknowledged that indeed I had reserved 2 queens and "somehow" it got changed. They tried to call 2 separate managers and each time got voice mail. Told me nothing else available. After asking them to find me a room at another nearby hotel with 2 queens and that they foot the bill, they suddenly found a room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival to the room, quickly noticed a "dark red large round area on the carpet between the beds.

My family stayed during a basketball tournament and having access to laundry facilities were a huge help. The location was perfect close to food and the event venue with the breakfast included helps hungry growing young men. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a great selection. There was hot items such as eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and oatmeal. Cold cereal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, juices and hot beverages provided as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent. As I was checking in, something went wrong. On their computer, it was saying that payment was not received. There were 3 ladies at the desk. I don't know there names. They went into warp speed to find the problem. They solved the problem in under 5 minutes. I usually get a room on the same floor as the check-in desk. These ladies were so kind, that they gave me a room on the 5th floor at no extra charge and no incidental charge. Thank you for a great room. This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.
