SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Blue Ash

Suite was really nice. Shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast area could use more trash containers. The pool was good. Enjoyed my time there.

Six of our immediate family members stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a row while we went to King’s Island. It was the perfect experience and in a great proximity to the park. Everyone was so kind and attentive to anything we needed. Pool area was fun and very clean and the breakfast was very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed this experience so much we plan on making this a yearly tradition!

Nice location. Front desk staff was wonderful. Pool was nice, temp was fairly nice. Very crowded during our stay as travel baseball teams were staying. Yet it was still very clean. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here for a Kings Island trip. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious. Very clean and up to expectations. We had 6 people who all showered one after another and the water was still boiling hot after the last person. Toiletries provided smelled amazing. The pool was clean and we luckiky had it to ourselves. Towels are provided. Breakfast was better than I expected. They had sausages, waffles, eggs, oatmeals. muffins, bagels, toast, yogurts etc! Great variety!

Very clean room. Disappointed that there was no bar/restaurant. “Breakfast” was just ok. Scrambled eggs and sausage plus waffle making supplies and continental choices.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were all so friendly. There was a lot of people staying there and the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was so good and they have snacks and other things that you can buy at other times of the day

It was a good stay. The place was clean, mold free and had friendly staff. I'd recommend staying here. Was a bit disappointed that the bar wasn't open. I was looking forward to relaxing at the end of the day at the bar. They said they were working on getting it back opened. They dont offer juice during breakfast, like other hotels do. I'd recommend getting some from a local retailer. The bed was comfortable too.

Room was nice, but it was dirty. Stains on the bed sheets, stuff all over the mirrors. The shower looked like it wasn't scrubbed down at all. And the towels were fallijg apart.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean.

The only thing I wish is that they had cleaned our room. Otherwise, great stay.

I only have a couple complaints... Esp after spending more to get better.. The biggest one was, I didn't feel our room was cleaned properly. There were crumbs and a coffee mark, on the coffee bar counter in the room.. The bathroom counter had a few pieces of hair on it and the faucet did not look cleaned, looked like dry soap suds. The pull out bed was going to be used until we pulled it out, they def don't clean the mattress protector on that bed, as it had stuff all over it, and there wasn't even a sheet to put on it. I couldn't go ask for clean bedding or feminine products my daughter ended up needing, because no one would come to the desk to assist me. I went to the desk 3 different times and no one came to help so I went to the store in the middle of the night. Then had to walk all the way around the building bc I was told we could use any door, but it was locked when I came back.

The property was very nice. The locks on the bathroom doors were broken so we couldn't close the bathroom door. The staff said all the bathroom doors are like that due to a defect where people were getting locked in the bathroom. We also had a dirty/used wash cloth with hair on it hanging from the shower curtain rod. I informed the front desk staff, they said they'd send someone up to get it but they never came.

I’ve been to many Springhill suites and the one in blue Ash has been by far the best location. It’s very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean with the exception of something splattered on the curtains and a stain just above the toilet paper rolls on the bathroom wall. Otherwise, comfortable.

Very new clean property but at check in it was explained to us we would only have every other day for housekeeping services. Which is completely fine except we had none. Spoke to the gal at the front desk and said they skipped us yesterday and again today so they had towels brought in and emptied trash but that was it. I expected more from a Marriott property.

Good for a short stop in. Pros: clean, spacious, feels upscale, safe area outside of Cincinnati Cons: bathroom door slides and did not fully close so privacy may be an issue if you’re with family/friends. The pillows are also super tiny.

While I appreciate the space efficiency of the sliding bathroom door, I\'ve yet to stay in a Springhill room where the door worked properly. In this room the door would not close completely, leaving a 2" gap. Also, I wish they could find a way to make the sofa more comfortable-- maybe a couple of throw pillows?

The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was the perfect location to fit my needs. Really, the only negative I have is that yhe beds were uncomfortable.

The suite was poorly lit. Spot lighting, but no area lighting. the microwave was in a cabinet where light barely shown. The front desk was vacant for most of the day. The couch, which was actually a rollout bed, was uncomfortable for sitting or reading.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and room very spacious. It was very quiet, as well. Only problem we found was lighting in the room was a little inadequate. It would have been nice to have more lighting overall in the room. Otherwise, this is a great motel and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Selected this property as it had such a high raiting. The room we booked (king) was not available because of a “flood in the room”. They gave us a double Queen which was not a problem. The room was just a disappointment 1 - stains everywhere - carpet, desktop, ceiling in the bathroom (?) 2 - one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in in a hotel of this level 3- had to pay for streaming Wi-Fi. I know this is probably listed in the details but almost standard to be free in these types of hotels I have stayed in, in the area. 4 - could not use my own streaming stick without the tv volume being outrageously loud and the tv remote would not control it 5 - just an observation. For the size of the room, bathroom and walk-in closet, this place has TINY sinks!!! 6 - poorly located lights (the room is very dim) and outlets.

The staff were all so very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and managed perfectly. The pool is pretty and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend.

The pool was closed when we checked in. The morning desk clerk was great. Got us checked in early and even went to ensure rooms were ready. The evening staff was a complete opposite story. They were very rude and unhelpful with the issues we had.

Our stay was great and the service when we checked in was amazing! We got in super late after a concert and was offered a later check out time due to how late we came in. That was very kind and thoughtful!

Comfortable place for our family to stay during a visit to Cinti. Even though it’s not downtown, there are restaurants within walking distance.

This place was very nice and perfect for our family. It was super clean and seemed brand new. The rooms were very spacious. It’s in a fairly quiet business area with eating places nearby and it’s pretty close to shopping and Kings Island.

The property was very nice and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to the day. Came into town for the bengals game and it was so close to the stadium. Perfect stay

I had a short stay here for work. Property was clean and safe. The only slight negative was that there were no restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good though.

This seems like a fairly new building. It was quiet, affordable and ver clean. Not hard to access. Will stay again!

One of the best chain hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Newer, clean hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Check in staff was polite and efficient. Good breakfast

Room was mostly clean some trash in waste basket under desk. Check in person was very cordial and gave us water for the room. Quiet atmosphere. Wonderful breakfast!

The biggest issue we had is that we were there with girls volleyball team (around 40 people x2 teams). Friday night I asked if they may be able to get Breakfast out alittle early Saturday as the teams all needed to leave alittle after breakfast started at 7. Lady said no as Breakfast started at 7. Ok fine. Saturday morning was horrible, worst I have experienced while traveling with teams. 7am pan with eggs, expored sour waffle mix no utensils our for anything. No plates, plastic warehouse and everything still locked up. Guy comesnout and I never thought I would see anyone move as slow as this guy, earbudsbin his ears and ignoring everyone. Asked for napkins and got side eye and he walked away. 7:15 comes strolling out and unlockes the juice dispenser for the line of people waiting...everyone dishing out eggs in cups with plastic spoons as there is no serving utensils or plates out. People throwing away waffles as its sour and there is still no syrup out. 7:30 front desk lady comes over to check and were like we need utensils syrup... all the girls left with empty bellys with full day of vball and with no time to spare to grab something on the way. We held out thinking that hebwould bring more food out... Bad attitude, didn't care and if possible moved even slower we felt because he was mad there was so many peoole waiting.. IDK. It was unreal! Talked to desk when we got back and explained the situation. Sunday was better, however alot of team ate elsewhere
