Great place to stay! Will stay again in the future

Literal roaches in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was the lack of availability at the front desk—there were multiple times when no one was there to assist, which made it difficult to get help when needed. Additionally, when I requested to switch rooms, the staff was not very accommodating. The process felt dismissive rather than helpful, which added to the frustration. To make matters worse, the room itself was not fully clean upon arrival. This is a basic expectation for any stay, and it was disappointing to see that it was not met. Overall, the service and attention to detail fell short, and I hope management takes steps to improve both staff responsiveness and cleanliness standards.

The internet was listed by room number. I only found my room number listed on one day and then it would not connect. The shower had hot water and worked well but the tub filled up and drained very slowly.

They are very accommodating. Their staff is great.
