Instead of having the ability to pay a little extra for a later check out like most other hotels offer, we had to pay for an additional nights stay. Recommending to the hotel management… in order to be more customer centric a late check out option should be available based on room availability and not membership. You’ll find most people will pay a bit extra for this option.

The staff were consistently professional and helpful. When I had an issue with my key, they were able to quickly set it right. My room was immaculate and very well maintained as were the hallways, public areas and grounds. The breakfast area was clean and well organized and the food was all fresh. I was traveling on business and incredibly busy during the days. It was a balm to come back to the hotel which was quiet and relaxing. They also welcomed my dogs and they have a nicely maintained area for pets complete with bags. And they allow pets to stay in the room while I'm away for a bit or when I go to the pool. I highly recommend this hotel to business and vacational travelers alike.
