The house itself is fine. The basement has many amenities for your children to enjoy. Showers are hit and miss with water pressure and temp control. The screened porch furniture has black mold. The pool was relatively clean for swimming but the entire back area needs maintenance work. With some time and attention it could look just like the photos.

We have rented this house before for family event - and we rented it this weekend for family who came to town for our child's graduation from Hillgrove Hill School. We used it to 'hotel' just over a dozen folks who came in from out of town. The location and set-up of the house is ideal. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts but it was large and convenient. It is a family friendly home with a great location for a family gathering in this area.

It’s an older home and the property mgr will nickel and dime you to death. Great location and perfect for large families, easy to find. Pool is beautiful (it was too cold for us to use). Great areas for all ages to enjoy being together.
