Hotel environment and the hygiene was good and excellent just the front desk reception was not honest, claim that already inform the car owner need to scratch the coupon for parking during check in, but for me is that is no inform during the check and they did not provide or offer the parking coupon and the next day vehicles is getting the saman, and after the reception only ask me to purchase parking coupon for RM 6 Reception is asking car plate number, since we choose your hotel for staying you should give a hand help for the parking coupon, as a tourist we did know that malacca is using parking coupon For me if you did inform during check-in time, I should have the parking coupon and scratch before morning and just put in front of car.

Hotel is great value for money, staff are lovely and it’s located close to attractions, food in restaurant was tasty and also great value. We got a parking ticket outside so watch out it not obvious it’s paid parking. Only stayed one night but would recommend

Staff were always very helpful and courteous. Our room was good, better if there was a small table to sit and have coffee. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Minor negative was that the in room from fridge was more like a cooler. Breakfast was good, but not necessarily for Western clients eg no yogurt and only white bread. But there were Malaysian options which were very nice.

가성비 아주 훌륭함 가격대비 넓은 방, 넓은 twin bed, 아주 밝은 실내 조명, 깨끗한 실내, 숙박비에 포함된 훌륭한 아침 식사, 샤워시 온수를 사용하려면 욕실 밖 벽에 있는 water heat 스위치를 on 해야함 잘 때 에어컨을 껐는데도 자꾸 켜져서 살펴보니 에어컨을 꺼도 설정온도가 낮게 설정되어 있으면 저절로 켜짐. 에어컨 켜지는 게 싫으면 설정온도를 높게 해야함.(이런 것에 대한 안내는 없음) 네덜란드 광장까지 10여분 이상 걸어야 함. 하지만 유럽스러운 거리와 이것저것 구경하며 걸으면 그리 멀게 느껴지지 않음. 호텔 주변에 식당 몇개만 있고 다른 편의 시설 없음. 호텔 벽 둘레 하수구에서 약간의 악취가 나지만 피해서 가면 됨. 방 카드키를 하나만 줘서 한 사람은 방에 있고 한 사람이 로비나 외부에 나갔다 올 때 엘리베이터에서 가려는 층을 누를 수 없어서 불편함(카드키가 있어야 층수를 누를 수 있는 시스템). 카드키는 두개를 제공해야 한다고 생각 함. 여러 불편한 점과 단점을 고려해도 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔임.

Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit, ich hab noch nie so wenig Auswahl an schlechtem Essen gesehen. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht im Zimmer selber regeln, das ist anscheinend generalisiert. Haben bei eingestellten 16 Grad gefroren. Hatten auch ein Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Aufzüge und zur Straße raus, was sehr laut war.

Unfortunately I was sick the entire time I was in Melaka so I didn't see much outside of the hotel. Good thing Moty was a great place to stay! The staff were very kind, the room was spacious and clean, and there were ample room service options from the onsite restaurant. I didn't get to sample the other facilities (pool, sauna) so I can't comment on those. The staff were helpful when I needed to extend the stay for an extra night. Thanks to Moty and their staff.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a good choice - we loved it. Staff was really helpful - my husband forgot his glasses in the room and they promptly send them to our next hotel. Really a great hotel.

Good value for money Hotel a short walk from the city centre! Clean, comfortable & convenient, the staff were very helpful especially Mastura who arranged a taxi when l left for KL! Breakfast was okay, but obviously catered more for the Malay diet. Had dinner on the first night but was told no alcohol was served to respect the Muslim tradition (was told l could BYO but l had already ordered food)! There was a Lounge/Bar in the hotel but, for some reason, it looked to be permanently closed (l didn’t ask)! Notwithstanding, l did enjoy my stay and would recommend the place!

The property was in a great location, very accessible to sights, shopping and food! The staff was friendly, welcoming and very efficient! The breakfast selection was wonderful… the only but i have …. Is the coffee or teh Tarik were always cold at the breakfast buffet! No matter what time we arrived the beverages were not hot! We stayed at the hotel during Ramadan …. Which should not be an issue!
