We had booked a place for two nights. First of all, they said that the room we booked wasn’t available so they had to move us and wasn’t offered a discount off the nights we were there. We got to the place and the staff was pretty rude and was not very helpful. When in our room we were told the fridge would work but it was not even powered on but it was plugged in. We told the staff and in a snarky way said that we had to plug it in and turn it to 7. This kind of information would have been helpful and should have been posted in the room somewhere.

Had problems with lock. Electric lock kept going off on our last night. We left at 10 pm due to feeling unsafe.

No hair dryer, no shampoo or conditioner. The room was very hot. AC only on bedroom. Pillows were awful, very hard. Dirty walls.
