The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

Water from shower had no place to go it got into the bedroom. No Airconditioning in hot weather.

This is an incredible property with incredible, accommodating staff! Ali and his team helped us plan out our time in Goreme, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Hotel staff helped us organize our hot air balloon ride, a sunset horse ride and even massages in our room.
