Thoroughly enjoying our stay here. Superb location and hospitality

The room was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room itself had a nice whirlpool bath which was very good to use after a long day exploring Cappadocia. The hotel is in a very good lication and the views at breakfast of the town were good. Definitely a place we will stay in again

Check in was terrible. Wait a long time to get the room. Room was small, bathroom was smelling. Breakfast was good.

Very noisy hotel. The rooms have a window which is next to a restaurant, so you can hear other guests late into the night. Also, there is no air conditioning, fan or any kind of ventilation whatsoever. WIFI was extremely poor. Finally, the manager of the hotel rudely woke me up at 2a.m because he thought he heard "running water" in my room. There was, in fact, no running water. I've stayed in 500 hotels throughout the world, and this was the first time that the manager of the hotel decided to wake me up intentionally in the middle of the night.
