I have stayed here many times, its always clean . This last time i stayed i reservedtwo nights, the bed was horrible on our first night( room 122 ) and hurt our backs. I tried to speak with someone both on expedia and at the hotel directly, but they gave us the run around and were unwilling to do anything. Neither a refund for the 2nd night that we were going to not stay, nor a different room . Its convenient if your staying in florence, but for the price it doesnt make sense to stay here. Breakfast is minimal, there is no pool, the staff are rude indians and cannot speak english or have a conversation. F this hotel, ill just stay in richland for the same price and have a swimming pool . I stay here at least 2 nights every few months when i come from coast to visit family. From here on out, ill just tske my business to someone else

Nice comfy bed in quiet location. The side entrance was closed off due to remodeling.

This motel is halfway through a renovation but the rooms being used are nice. Big TV with Direct TV and premium channels. Bed very comfortable. Great restaurant next door and walking distance to bowling family center.

Gym is lacking equipment to be called a gym of fitness canter. Washer and dryers needs some cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable bed! Clean rooms.

The hotel was under active construction on one half of the building during our stay. There were mattresses laying against the walls in the hallway. The staff had turned the automatic door off, we had to knock on the glass to be let in to the building for our stay. The breakfast was less than expected and the drinks provided did not appear in date.

We just stayed one night. We needed a place to stay on our way to vacation. I wish I would have looked closer at the amenities because they don’t have a pool. We had my grandson with us and planned I. Taking him swimming. Since there wasn’t anything to do with him in the room we took him to the bowling/skating place that is just behind the hotel. It was clean and fine to sleep just not a lot of extra stuff. No complaints though

Very clean and the bed and pillows were the best. Great a/c we stayed very comfortable...Very well lit parking area and we felt 100% safe . This hotel is hands down the best if your passing through. We stayed there on the way to Florida and the way home we were so impressed. Managment was great and friendly , the man working the night shift when we arrived On Thursday night the19th could use alot of improvment in customer service skills . He was not welcoming with a hi or anything he was too busy on his cell phone texting but i would.not let that be a decision maker in my stay he needs aware of his performance whi ch was poor.

The bathroom reeked, the air conditioner was so noisy it woke us up every time it turned on, and breakfast was almost nonexistent. What we had I feared would give us food poisoning. Also half the hotel was behind caution tape supposedly for renovations

My stay would have been perfect but there was a smell that I could not explain in the room, more like an off-putting mildew smell.

The shower has mold on the corners (need to spray bleach water when it first starts) and floor was sticky (probably from the cleaner that they use). Overall it was comfortable and clean.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Rooms are very clean. Been staying here for the past 3 years on my way to Florida.

My stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Jackson Area was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt safe and cared for the entire time. Staff were kind and welcoming, and everything—from check-in to parking—was smooth and easy. It was the perfect place to rest and reflect while visiting family. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and calm.

This was the clearest Days Inn I have stayed at. The bathroom floor was spotless even in the corners that are often overlooked. The room smelled fresh. The room price was affordable. The breakfast was a little sparse but adequate.

There was urine left in the toilet. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The water was brown in the shower/bathtub. I asked for extra pillows (3 per bed, not 4 like most hotels) and I was told they could only give me one more. It also smelled bad in our room.

The bathroom smelled musty and moldy. It was awful. The breakfast was all gone at 8:00 am. Yogurt is kept in a wine fridge. Not cold at all. Did not want food poisoning. Bed was comfy. Room was clean.

When we first arrived, walking into the hotel it smelled super clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming and made our check-in process very easy especially after an extremely long drive. When I got up to check into my room, the first thing that I noticed on one of the beds is hair all over it. I went down to the front desk to let them know and they were shocked because that’s not up to their standards. They quickly change the bedding and apologized for it other than that, everything else was great. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had everything that we needed. They do have breakfast in the morning but it’s a continental breakfast. Check out was very easy and simple.

The hotel grounds were clean. There was plenty of parking. The walls of the hotel were thin as we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bathroom vent fan was covered in dust. We did not try the hotel breakfast.

The room didn’t have any soundproofing between the rooms. I could hear every word my neighbors said. Other than that the facility was clean and well maintained. That’s why I gave it a lower score. There was a peculiar odor in the rooms.

Overall, it was a good stay, but the Wi-Fi sucked!!!…it virtually did no good, would not work. It seemed like not enough staff working…could not find anyone quickly at time to check out.

The hotel and my room was clean - no issues. The bed was comfortable and the room was mostly quiet. I could hear some road noise. The second night I had a loud neighbor who talked on the phone while I was trying to go to sleep. I am sure the room had been remodeled recently and it was well done. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return next year about the same time.

As advertised. Ask for rooms in East wing, away from traffic noise. Tub was very slick, no hand rails or mat, almost fell twice. A/C fan had a vibration in it I couldn’t fix but finally got used to it. Breakfast was 4 out of 10 with limited choices. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Nice TV. Overall 7.5 rating out of 10.

Older two story hotel in a very quiet area. The room was a bit musty (air conditioner) and worn and could use a remodel. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great except the lack of a mat or no-slip decals in the tub/shower. Tub was very slippery when rinsing off soap and shampoo.

No one to check you in absolutely no one present to check you out. Coffee was dark water. Room was misty and dank smelling. No breakfast to speak of.

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is difficult to understand and uncommunicative. English is not their first language and not one of the 3 we saw ever smiled or made us feel welcome in any way. We are friendly and smiling but it was never returned. Eerie.

We came in at midnight and the man who checked us in was great. So nice and helpful, I wish I could renewed his name.

I had made a mistake in registering and didn’t enter my children when reserving the room. I am traveling by myself with 9 children, five of whom are under age 10. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude in telling me I would have to purchase another room for “my friends or whoever they are”. Despite the parking lot being nearly empty, he said they did not hav any more inexpensive rooms and charged me $50 more than I paid for the same room I had just reserved online. I understand he is accustomed to people evading the rules and being dishonest, but we had all walked through the front door and I had been very honest about the number of people I had with me. I had even come back down to the front desk after check in to pay any additional fees for each child in the room. I am not comfortable separating my children into two different rooms. They are not my “friends” as he assumed and I don’t appreciate being separated from them. This gentleman was rude and completely impersonal. We foster and adopt children and on all of our travels I have never had a hotel behave so rudely and in such an off putting manner.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The front desk service man was extremely unwelcoming and rude. There were people outside the main entrance drinking alcohol, making it very uncomfortable to enter the premises

Great welcoming service. All our questions were answered well. Customer service was pleasant and respectful. Overall great experience. We only stayed for one night after driving for 15 hours.

We were traveling back from Florida and just needed a hotel for the night along our route. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and quiet. My 85 year old mother was with us and the bed was too high for her. We asked the front desk if they had a stool we could use so she could get in the bed. At first the front desk said they had one but we couldn't use it. Shortly after, the front desk clerk came to our room with the stool and said she had called her manager and was told we could use it. Great customer service!

Easy parking, not very many restaurants close by except right next door.Hotel itself nice but bare minimum for breakfast offered.

The signage for this property is not easily visible at night and is overshadowed by the large cross near the highway. This property is set back and the signage is small. It was hard to find. Breakfast was extremely limited. The staff was average and doing a job. It was CLEAN and everything was in working order in our rooms

Clean, quiet not easily accessible from I55, drive 9 miles in country side. Located on Rt49.

Came to the area for a wedding and wanted to be close to the venue. This property worked perfectly as to location. The property is not brand new but it provided me with what I needed.

This hotel is convenient for us as a nearly half-way point for our trips.

This property was very quiet, clean and affordable! It is literally walking distance to Berry’s Seafood. Easy access to fast food and retail stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Fairly new hotel and the only one in the Florence area, but its clean, well staffed and easy to get to from the highway or airport (just look for the 3 huge crosses from the restaurant next door!) Super quiet at night, comfortable beds and overall a relaxing environment. Recommended for the weary traveler.

Very friendly front desk folks. It was on a main highway as we were traveling though. Worked great for our overnight stay.

It was an amazing place to stay, 4 miles from donna produce. Across from barry seafood.

The room had a slight musty smell, but otherwise we were quite satisfied with the room. It was comfortable, otherwise clean, and the price was right. Breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and cold cereal. As others have said, they do not keep an abundance of extra food on the breakfast bar, so you might consider calling them 10 minutes before going to breakfast so they have time to make more!

All was great except breakfast. Biscuits and sausage were provided, but no gravy or eggs.

Over night stop on return trip home. Easy check in and out. Safe location. Breakfast was minimal. Lacking actual fruit. No eggs boiled or scrambled. No pancakes or waffles. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. If needing a place to rest we would stay here again.
