The place was well kept up, clean, and would definitely stay there again. However, there was an issue with the phones. They would randomly ring with no one on the line. This happened 5 times while we were there so we disconnected the phone so we could sleep. Also, the pool was nice and warm but needed a good shock. Warmer pools require more chlorine and this one was a bit cloudier than I would have liked.

We stayed at this property specifically because of the pool amenity. However the pool was closed during our stay. This was not mentioned on the website and when we arrived the desk clerk said the pool was really busy the day before and it wasn't properly cleaned. Well it never got cleaned and my daughter was highly upset because that was the whole reason we chose a hotel with a pool. Very disappointing.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times over the years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and helpful, and they were again on this stay, BUT there were 2 issues that I encountered. There was a large group (a club of some kind) staying at the hotel who were allowed to prop an exterior door open late in the evening for easy access in and out of the building. They were congregating in the parking lot. When I raised this as an issue with the front desk staff, they already knew about it and explained that the door was propped open so the group could get in and out. I was uncomfortable with that from a security perspective. The 2nd issue is that the workout room was at 72 F before I started my workout, and at 75 F when I finished. A workout room should be cool and crisp, not warm and stuffy.

We wish the pool was warmer !!!! The last 2 steps leading into the pool are STEEP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was very clean and there were towels waiting on the backs of the chairs which was VERY convenient !!!

The room was spacious and quiet. The room seemed clean until I noticed my feet. The floors were filthy. A good carpet cleaning would help. The staff was great except for the Thursday morning breakfast staffer. We showed up one hour into breakfast time and there was no eggs ready, hard or scrambled/omelette. Coffee was lacking. I really love this hotel and we use it at least 2 times a year locally. I do hope a few things can change to bring them back to excellent service.

The pool was murky, and we could see dirt and things floating in it. The whole pool area was strewn with trash and dirty towels. No clean towels were available. We attempted to eat breakfast at 8am and there was half an egg, cold yellow sausage, and no other hot foods. The non hot foods were few and far between. Whenever we saw staff they were gathered around the front desk, clearly not working. We normally enjoy Hamptons but I'd definitely skip this one.

I was disappointed in this hotel, for the amount I paid this hotel it should have been cleaner. The whole 4th floor smelled like Marijuana very strongly & it was coming into my room. The walls in my room were filthy with black marks all over them, there was a huge stain on the headboard, my pillows stunk & had hair on them. I went home exhausted from the lack of sleep I got because of how loud it was from ignorant people in other rooms.

All around, it was good. What I didn't appreciate was not being able to sleep in a dark room. Not only were only sheer curtains available to cover the window, but a two story parking light was outside & directly visible from the bed.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The bed was comfy and clean but the pillows were tiny, not full sized pillows on our king size bed. The four little pillows could be fine for a queen but not enough for two people with a king. this can be resolved by adding two more or just bigger pillows for the king beds. There is an oddly large amount of space under the door(all of them). Some one had the wrong room number and not only tried to get in, looked under the door and could see me very well as i was in the middle of getting dressed. It is at least 2 inches. This also allows for sounds to come in from the loud hallway where the doors close very loudly. Providing some sort of door draft pad that could fit against door, could remedy this well enough. I didn't see any evidence of being eco friendly except for the wall mounted soap/ shampoo products. But i was afraid to use them as someone could easily open them and put glue in or something. I wish there were more useable outdoor space. Like picnic tables in the grassy areas. Also, it would be nice if there were some trees planted. it was nicely maintained but barren aside from grass. I would be happy to pay more for a place with these things. Love the studio rooms. Great value for the price.

My only gripe was the beds. I could feel the springs. They were not poking me but the upper cover seemed very thin and felt like I was on a trampoline. Just a thin foam topper would improve it a lot.

Was not happy that we were locked out of our room due to the failure of the desk staff to get a credit card for incidentals. After coming back to the hotel after a long day of business, we were locked out of our room and had to go get new keys made. The room was fully paid for in advance. They said they tried to call, but I had no calls on my phone.

The staff was so welcoming and nice! Breakfast was fresh and was kept restocked. Delicious and lots of options! Highly recommend. My only concern was the loudness of the housekeeping carts. Felt like it was in our room the entire day. It was so loud. However, if you weren't in the room, it wasn't an issue.

The Staff were nice at check in and polite. The problem was that I booked 2 rooms 1 king and 1 with 2 queens. The rooms were confirmed with Expedia but we got 2 kings. Confronted the staff and was told that Expedia made a mistake on the rooms and asked me if we had a pull out bed. The room did have a pull out the was super uncomfortable. The staff advised me that the hotel was full up and could not replace the room so we were stuck. Not only was I lied to by staff about Expedia, but then when we got into the room, the couch looked like WWE Super Slam had just happened and found an empty rum bottle in what I think they were calling the wet bar. The room smelled musty and it was hot when we walked in. I have pictures of the bottle and the confirmation if you would like to see them. The elevators shook when moving but the breakfast was good if you like powdered eggs. I would go with the raisin bran! The hotel is located next to a busy intersection where you can hear bikes and loud exhaust vehicles take off from the light late night racing up and down the street. So not only did I not sleep much for 2 nights, my back hurts from the cross bass on the fold out bed. The price that I paid for these rooms I expected better and do not plan to stay at another Hampton Inn.

The stay was overall wonderful rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and overall property was clean. The staff that we encountered were all friendly. The only concern I had was riding the elevators. The elevators seem to make a rumbling loud noise upon approaching our floor.

The pool area is so hot and chlorine is so thick in the air it is hard to breath. And the breakfast crew is understaffed or under prepared , had to wait forever for food, it was a busy weekend and I feel they should know in advance how much food would be needed, at least close.

Nice, comfortable, clean room. Nice hotel staff. Only thing was the breakfast. Hot food, like eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, biscuits n gravy ran out and took 15 minutes to refill. Lots of people waiting...I stayed 2 nites and it happened both mornings...was yummy though. Will stay again!
