The Studio room was perfect for our family of 4. We were visiting the area for my son’s basketball tournament and booked last minute. Price was great. Room was spacious and the pool was open till 11pm and the hotel had an outdoor basketball court. The kids loved it!! My husband and I took a walk outside around 1030pm and were pleasantly surprised to see a lit outdoor fire pit! Chairs were damp but other than that seeing the fire pit blazing was a perfect end cap to our night. The continental breakfast we had in the morning was actually really good! Fresh eggs, bagels, orange juice and a make your own waffle station!!!! Our family had a really nice weekend out! The accommodations here were great, AND IT WAS ACTUALLY CLEAN!!!! Highly recommend!

Very clean property and rooms! Great space, pool, gym! Nice hotel! The only downside is that if you want to consume adult beverages in the lobby or the outside area that they have, you must purchase it at their bar. We came in a big group and had already purchased adult beverages to hangout later and could not use it, very frustrating for a lot of the people that came. Hope they change that rule in the future! However, very quiet and great play to stay!

I was here for a conference in town. The staff greeted us immediately and it was a very quick check in. The room was large and very nicely appointed especially for a corporate type hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. Convenient parking. Breakfast was included and had quite a few options. A very pleasant experience!

Great stay we enjoyed the pool perfect temp not too cold. Our room was clean and not crammed like some other multi bed (2 queen beds and pull out sofa) hotel rooms. Full sized refrigerator and cooking amenities in the kitchen. Plus front desk staff and housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure i had enough salt and pepper for the mashed potatoes i made with my dinner that night!! Also housekeeping does a very good job at cleaning the rooms I book hotel rooms quite often and almost every time there is Grime in the sink drain holes I always notice it however this time at this hotel everything was spotless way to go Bridgewater Residence Inn housekeeping staff your attention to detail is wonderful!!!

Did not like the EXTREMELY LOUD room A/C unit. During entire time it was operating, it was extremely loud - like a jet engine. So loud TV needed to be turned up. Not relaxing. Maintenance mentioned all A/C units at hotel were the same - very loud. Did not like NO A/C in the bedroom of the one-bedroom unit. Called maintenance; he mentioned only a very small vent was in bedroom. The small vent produced little to NO A/C in the bedroom of one-bedroom unit. Liked the pool. Liked the nice lake-side location. Liked the nice, friendly staff. Liked the breakfast. Liked the housekeeping staff. Cannot recommend this hotel due to LOUD a/c unit and NO A/C coming from small bedroom vent in the one-bedroom unit.

We booked our trip for one price and were charged an extra $200 unknowingly and were not told why. One elevator broke(with people inside) and the staff present were not communicating that, just were yelled at to use the stairs at the moment. The gym smelled awful during the entirety of our trip. However, I will say that checking in on Christmas Eve after driving 4 hours, we did have a nice staff member offer to make us little pizzas because no one was open for restaurants in the area. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings was nice too. I just did not appreciate the charges to my account without any explanation and even still their itemized receipt doesn’t match what was booked.

Asked for 1 complete cleaning for an 8 night stay and housekeeping did nothing but leave 2 towels and a roll of toilet paper and pulled up blankets on bed..didnt ask for any other cleaning to be done since i was staying due to a surgical procedure and thats why i only wanted 1 good cleaning mid way so i came back to a clean room..didnt vacum ,clean or anything, had found a rusty tack in slipper from living room took it to front desk and thats when i requested a full clean and good vacum..nothing done and hotel didnt offer any form of compensation for having a dirty room and no upkeep on the 1 day requested..got excuses about being understaffed, but if i only ask for 1 clean half way thru the stay they should have accommodated us and at least cleaned the room/bathroom..

Everything was great except for my check-in. I arrived very late in the evening (morning) and there was no one at the desk. I waited for 45 minutes and finally the desk person came out of the kitchen after taking a breakfast break. I understand the need for. Break but disappearing for a length of time was frustrating as all I wanted to do was go to bed.

It is about 35 minutes from the Boston Airport.The staff member was great as we checked in at 4:30am. He was very polite and helpful. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was included, it wasn't big but good enough. Highly recommended.

wonderfull place. great rooms. quiet location. decient breakfast too. kind of off the beaten path. you need to drive maybe 3 to 4 miles for food. but for me it was well worth it. for those looking for an alternative to around foxboro this property is just off the interstate. I think it was 20 min to patriot place. And much nicer for the price than anything within 5 or so miles of the stadium.
