Property was clean. Good small hotel gym w adequate dumbells, weight machine, peloton bike, and treadmills. Nice well kept small indoor pool. TV/ cable had spotty connection on every channel. Unwatchable. Mattresses were collapsed and uncomfortable and not up to Hilton standards. Breakfast hot food was terrible and highly processed. Reception staff nice and courteous.

We have dogs. We love to travel. Finding lodging that allows pets is difficult. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Clean, updated, well kept. We saw several guests with dogs, we fit right in. They even provided dog waste bags outside at several grassy locations with trash cans to make walking the dog easy! Breakfast was plentiful, pool was clean... this place was great! We will be back!

Checked into a dirty room! (Including clipped nails on the floor from prior guest in bathroom and stained couch, horrible smell!) When I tried to speak to the front desk staff, nobody was available at the desk. When I called in, the staff members were unable to help resolve the issue. Will not return. Would not recommend.

First, the virtual key is not an option as their management company doesn’t allow? Then why is it a suggested way to check in? Someone’s dirty towel is hanging in the bathroom. Pubic hair in bathtub! Food and ? coated on the wall by the bed. Was my room even cleaned? Charged additional 25 at check in for incidentals? I would never recommend and this was under “wonderful’ ratings! SMH

This place made a first great impression with the well kept and modern lobby. I got to my room and it smelled great in there, like a Vegas casino type good smell. The room and bathroom were so clean and modern and well kept also. I really appreciated the wall hooks and lifted edge on the counter to store products off of the precious counter space. Comfy bed and pillows too! I would definitely “go out of my way a little” to stay here again since I made a mistake when booking and it was farther off my route than I thought. But the property made it worth it and gave me a peaceful night. Great area too; a Target and many stores and restaurants are nearby.

Great clean room, little noisy but right by a mall so it wasn’t too late. Hearing/cooling system was a little difficult to figure out but I was able to get the room to a comfortable temp. Bed was comfortable, not too hard!!!!! I would stay here again

The property is nice for the area and it is maintained well. Just didn't like that I was charged a 350 deposit for the room which was more than I paid for the room and won't be reimbursed for 5 to 10 business days. How do I know that this type of deposit was required? I wouldn't have never booked here. I feel like this practice is discriminatory and I also feel like every guest here is not charged the 350 deposit.

Breakfast was excellent. Restrooms and pool area were clean. Property was hard to find. Signage from main Road was lacking. I am not a physically challenged person but I'm somewhat older. Toilet in suite was exceptionally low I thought. It would have been good to have grab bars.

We frequently stay at this hotel on our trips to see family in Pittsburgh. We've always been impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. Typically, the continental breakfast is quite good. Sadly, on our most recent visit (Aug 2025), the breakfast was very poorly stocked. No sausage, eggs, milk, or a handful of other items. The only thing still stocked well was the waffle maker, so that's what we ate. We hope this is not indicative of a trend. We'd love to keep staying here!

We were not impressed at all with the breakfast. Ham was dried out. The cheese omelets were sticking to the warmer. Only one piece of bread available for toast. Whoever was working never came out to check on things. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Housekeeping is by request only. The bathroom fan runs 24/7 whether or not you have the light on. The food was terrible. Cold, bland, and paper plates and really cheap plastic flatware.
