Front desk was so friendly! The pool was really tiny and not very clean. Room was a great size for our family of 6, but the pull out sofa wasn’t comfy at all. Regardless, we would stay here again!

Elevators don’t work. The restaurant inside doesn’t work, it’s closed! The TV local channel does not work either, when trying to contact the reception on the phone, it doesn’t work either. I really didn’t pay for this type of a hotel service, I fully intend to get reimbursed for the 3 days I had to stay there, I’m very surprised that Bon voy and Expedia allow and work with such a facility…

Great hotel. It’s updated and very clean. Breakfast was great and you can make your own Texas shaped waffles. Very convenient off the highway. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool is small but a great way to let the kids get some energy out. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

The pool area was extremely hot, felt like a sauna. You could not sit and watch kids for more than 30 minutes. Complained twice and was never adjusted due to no maintenance personnel.. The restroom did not have a fan and sink smelled bad once water was running.

Room was clean overall, small details such as toilet paper not filled even though it was empty and bathroom mirror had lots of streaks from not being cleaned thoroughly. Bed, furniture, etc was very clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful, did not tey the breakfast but it smelled good and looked like a good variety of food. It was very quiet, I would stay there again.

This is my second visit to this property and the first time was much better. For some reason this time the cleaning staff will not vacuum the hallway carpet. There was very noticeable stuff around the hall floors and I observed the cleaning team moving right past these messes with their carts and vacuums. The breakfast is alright, but the drink machine was inoperable and for water there were limited options. It’s the best hotel in the area that I know of but they could be putting in more effort to keep this newer hotel in a clean manner.

My visit was last minute.I had contacted the hotel directly and was told they didn't have the room that I wanted, they were all booked. I was only in town to visit a very sick friend and to attend a 45th High School Reunion. This hotel was off the beaten path yet close to the interstate, the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I did have to drive about thirteen miles to the city I was planning on visiting, but it was so worth it because the hotel is so fabulous. I did not have to worry about safety or the threat of most common hotel stays, bed bugs. I'm traveling without my husband so being in a hotel where I felt safe, surrounded by truck stops that had people.I knew that would defend me if I needed help was worth every mile I drove to the hotel. I highly recommend this location if you want a lovely and quiet place to stay with many dining options around it. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast as I needed to get on back to oklahoma, but it looked like it was very nice. The hotel is lovely and upbeat with beautiful furnishings.

The property was very clean. We paid for a king room and were provided with a queen bed. The room was very cold for a lot of the night despite adjusting the window air unit since the thermostat in the room did not function. This is a basic but clean room. Felt safe if traveling and near I20 that is helpful for travel.

The restaurant and location were good however the staff at the front desk were not welcoming they totally almost ignored you just not a good experience from that point. However I will tell you Vicky the assistant manager was very professional when I dealt with her on the phone and at the front desk at checkout

Excellent property close to Canton Trade Days. Room well maintained, breakfast well done for quick grab or long sitting. Staff very friendly and attentive. The large trucks moving on service road from truck stop next door were some annoying but not overly disturbing at night. Very close to all major trade and business for events in Canton.

Friendly staff and clean property! You’ll have to travel to Athens or Tyler for better restaurant choices but the property itself is comfortable and rates per night were reasonable. I would stay here again if I needed to. My only qualm is with Expedia. I used the pay monthly through Affirm for my stay but they do not process before hand and process payment upon arrival. I had to use a separate card to pay for the room upfront and the payment is still pending through Affirm. Hopefully, it’ll drop off and I won’t be charged twice.

Excellent hotel and experience. After several days of road-tripping across Texas, we wanted a comfortable, stress-free hotel with a good breakfast. This Fairfield location delivered on all counts. Would definitely stay again, it feels like a very clean, brand-new hotel, breakfast was good, it was a convenient location not too far from Tyler.

I would recommend this hotel for sure. The service was great from the front desk who was very friendly and helpful to the nice women who watched over the free breakfast. The place was clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast was awesome.
