Stephanie in Gerona / Girona

This is a very nice house and the description reflects it all. It is very conveniently located at the outskirts of L'Escala, very close to nice beaches and literally next door to the wonderful Empuries Museum. Vicinity of Empuries Hotel with very good cuisine and nice view over the seam is a plus. What surprised us negatively was that it was quite cold in the house when we arrived. In the hot weather it would be an advantage but it was 17-18C outside when we arrived so it was a problem. The manager of the villa reacted quickly and delivered three electric radiators within two hours so it worked out well. Lastly, the gardeners came at a random time an without a warning when we were all enjoyng sunshine by the pool and started cleaning with gasoline-run sweepers making it very noisy and smelly in the garden. We asked them to stop and so they did. All in all, a great villa for a spring or summer holiday.

Agréable d’être proche d’une belle plage et avoir en plus une piscine

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour dans cette villa idéalement située a 200m de la plage. Points forts: -Super emplacement sous les pins à 2 pas des plages -Terrain spacieux et parking pour 3 voitures -Coin repas extérieur -L'agence qui gère la location a été très réative et a l'écoute. Points faibles: -Pas de clim -Villa qui meriterai un rafraîchissement extérieur et un jardin mieux entretenu -Cher compte tenu des points précédents -Terrain
