Las almohadas no son tan cómodas y el colchón no tan bueno, y no tiene estacionamiento eso fue lo malo

No me gustó pagar 350 pesos por día de estacionamiento

El hotel es bonito, su limpieza buena. El valet no existe como tal, es una persona externa que tienes q esperar por 10 a 15 min en lo que va por tu auto. Pague 350pesos por noche de valet (no lo vale). Mi habitación era super ruidosa "mexicana" se escucha hasta el drenaje de la hab de arriba, mucho ruido en general.

Exlente atencion, el personal muy amable, el restaurante en la terraza con una exlente vista al templo de Santo Domingo, la hanitacion con muy buen gusto aunque puede ser un poco ruidosa por la noche debido a los restarantes y bares, sin embargo nada que un poco de musica hambuental dentro del cuarto no pueda solucionar.

La ubicación y las vistas son muy bonitas No me gustó que no tiene estacionamiento, tenemos que andar buscando estacionamiento

Es muy difícil hospedarte llevando auto particular no tienen estacionamiento y los públicos están muy llenos tardas hasta una hora en estacionarte cerca

Muy céntrica, excelente servicio de todo el personal. Hay limpieza en las instalaciones y los desayunos están muy ricos.

Mi cuarto siempre olio mal a desague ademas q la habitacion no tenia vidrios o puertas a prueba de ruido, por lo q en la noche no se podía dormir, habia ruidos de cocina hasta tarde en ma noche. Fuera de eso el servicio excelente y el personal muy atento

Está súper ubicado las habitaciones limpias y originales. El desayuno incluido es delicioso y buenas porciones. Un poco ruidoso en las mañanas deberían de ver la forma de aislar el ruido. Es excelente

We came for a wedding in Oaxaca with high expectations for this hotel. 4 nights costed us $16747 Mexican pesos (just over $1600 NZD), and although we were charged a premium price, our room only had a window that was about 10cm wide, no fresh air coming into the room and much less natural night. The street where the hotel is located is closed so our taxi dropped us off at the corner, there are no ramps or lifts, so you will always need to get the assistance to carry your bags if you’re placed on a higher level. The hotel is noisy at nights as there’s a bar within the hotel. The facilities and rooms are old. Also, the reception is a resemblance of what the place is like, as this is located in a small, old room that belongs more to a crappy hostel. The breakfast is included but for that price they should deliver with a lot more items and actually delivering with what they offer (eg. The menu states that the juice is 300ml but you’re lucky if you get 100ml). The rooms are filthy, the towels are old, I was given one with stains on it and when I requested fresh ones I was asked to signed a paper stating I received fresh towels like if we had any interest of stealing their old stock (yuck!). The cleaning lady (Luz Delia I believe) was very kind as well as the reception lady. The restaurant stuff was mostly rude, and asked for a tip since day 1 after breakfast, also every night we got asked if we were staying at that place, I didn’t want to be reminded every time I was staying there!

Los cuartos muy lindos y la atención excelente

El cuarto olía demasiado a humedad, había un tragaluz que no estaba tapado en el techo y pegaba directo a la cara en la mañana, todos los días nos despertaban ruidos de construcción, demasiado caro para el servicio y las instalaciones, el servicio al cuarto lo realizaban muy tarde y volvíamos al cuarto a descansar y seguía sin hacerse.

El hotel y el servicio de primera, al igual que la comida de sus 2 restaurantes, el problema es que nuestra habitacion olía muy fuerte a drenaje y nos tuvieron que cambiar, la otra recámara sin ningun problema, otro aspecto a considerar es que es una zona de mucho ruido y es dificil descansar.

The architecture and design was amazing, but the service was horrible. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived, and upon check out they charged us $7 for a small wash cloth we had used to clean the edge of the bathtub with. Additionally, they ruined one of our suitcase telescopic handle, had five maintenance staff trying to fix it,and failed, and refused to reimburse us or credit one night. Horrrible experience. Sad with such a beautiful design and view. I have travelled the world professionally for 25 years and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The wi-fi dint work we have a trouble to connect to internet. I love that place very convenient

Rooms TOO small. Read carefully to see the size of the bed you’re booking. Beds are not that cumfy. Pillows feel cheap. It gets noisy at night, because they have a loud bar. Didn’t have a good rest.

The hotel is in the best location of the city and with the best views on the roof top restaurants, breakfast was great, the room was very dark and no windows very pokey, The hotel was a bit noisy early hours of the morning when staff are getting the restaurant ready, however I felt the hotel staff would easily rip you off as I enquired where is the best place to do a pcr test and was told the hotel will do it at a charge of 7500pesos when it's a 2min walk to find a laboratory that does a pcr test for 1500 pesos

Rooms in the red building are pretty noisy since 7am, they have the kitchen beneath.

My room had its own terrace with a view to El Templo de Santo Domingo. It was beautiful.

La habitación no tenía wifi, a 2do día nos cambiaron y mejoró un poco Y también el nivel de ruido es alto en la noche y por la mañana, el hotel lo hace saber en su mensaje pero es demasiado el ruido

We had the superior master suite with a private balcony, the views and the vibe from this place is simply amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Pros: Location is excellent for great shops & restaurants. Food is excellent and terraces are beautiful with beautiful views. Most of the staff was very friendly. Cons: Room was next to kitchen, very noisy from 6am onwards, also can hear very loud music coming from their terrace bar until around 11pm. Room had very little natural sunlight.

Super loud party on the roof until 1am - we asked to move and even pay for an upgrade and the hotel refused. If you are coming for sleep, avoid.

I choose this hotel because of the proximity to downtown. The location was great, but I got a bait and switch with my room. I booked a large room, 413 sf with a long size bed and when I got to the property, they only had a 250 sf room with a queen size bed. This was very frustrating as the small room did not have the space needed for our luggage given the amount of time we were spending there. Upon checking they admitted they gave my room to another couple, and that they could not take them out. I overpaid for this room because of the size and them overselling was very irritating. No attempt to make it better during the stay, they actually pointed me to Hotels.com because that was my method of payment.

Great hotel! Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Definitely a good spot for music, food and entertainment since there is a restaurant on the terrace. There is noise in the evening but that was expected when I booked and I had no issues.

Es mi segunda ocasión en este hotel y me gusta mucho lo cercanía del centro, la recepción amables en caso de tener disponibilidad si te ofrecen early check in

Todo muy bien, solo falta capacitación del personal. Le pedí a la hostess de la entrada que me ayudara con algo de room service, pero ella me dijo que solo trabajaba para el restaurante. Cuándo le pregunte que era parte de Grupo Amantes, me hizo una cara de fuchi. Creo que la hospitalidad lo es todo, por más del excelente producto que tengan (habitaciones, restaurante, bar).

Hotel is beautiful but way too loud around. They do warn you about the noise so it’s hard to reduce the rating but they aren’t kidding. Noise all night and all morning. The nightlife noise is understandable since you are at the center of it all, but the morning noise is hard to get away from. You can hear people talking, walking and cars starting at 6-7 am. The trucks delivering water was very noisy. Location is great!

It was a great experience to stay at Loas Amantes, they have a great location and it can be a little noisy but definitly worth it.

I loved staying at Hotel Los Amantes. Close to everything. The staff was amazing. The area is super safe. Loved the vibe and decor. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is lovely and the service excellent. It is also centrally located near lots of good restaurants, cafes etc. The only downside is that it is extremely noisy. The hotel is open and honest about this.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel that is divided into two separate hotels across the street from each other. The rooms are old and in desperate need of upgrading. They don’t have any type of safety railings in the platform where the bed is located crating a very unsafe condition especially at night. Also the included breakfast is somewhat underwhelming and limited to four items. If you want anything extra you will be charged a fee. One positive is the friendly staff and terrace restaurant. In short if your looking for a centrally location in Oaxaca and can put up with the nightly noise from all the local restaurants until 2 AM then this is your place to stay.
