Fátima cooked us delicious local dishes which her daughter served and explained. Angela is the perfect hostess, answered our many questions and made sure my birthday was special. Susan

I hope to return to this area someday just to stay at quinta da marka! We were fortunate to have the whole place to ourselves and everyone made us feel like we were at home! If you have the chance to have dinner here during your stay you must, its beautiful home cooked foods. Annabelle and her mother took great care of us and made sure we were happy with our meals and would even ask us what we would want nex time. The house is huge and there is plenty to do, from the pool if the weather is warm, plenty of games and books and just watching the beautiful landscape. They also serve food throughout the day if you are hungry whilst there. Don't forget to also try their wines! Thanks also to Angela who was very kind and also took great care of us! Thank you to everyone who took care of us, truly an experience we will never forget and will tell for years

An exceptionally lovely setting with an extremely warm and friendly staff. All of them treated me as if I were a family member. The food was excellent, the room very comfortable, and the scenery spectacular.

The room was perfect, food delicious but the best part of all was meeting the family that ran the Quinta. Angela, Anabela and Fatima(mama) were so helpful and generous with their time. My kitchen visits were the highlight of my week.Thank you, dear new friends
