Front desk person named “V” was very helpful when my son got sick that night and asked how he was doing when we returned from emergency room front desk Makayla was very knowledgeable about amenities and very welcoming. I do think that it was a bit pricey and suggest maybe adding in free breakfast and the cereal to buy for the kids was quite expensive $1 cup in store was $3. Also your hotel is located near a facility that hosts basketball and sporting events and maybe y’all consider selling Gatorade or Powerade I had to go to store to get those things. The pressure in bathroom for water was great. Thanks for having free laundry. That room needs a little better ventilation was quite humid and messed with my asthma. Parking was great even though there were men drinking in parking lot.

Everything was pretty good, except for the smell in the hotel. First floor was OK with the smell of Pine-Sol, elevator smelled horrible. Second floor smelled even worse.

Very nice hotel! Convenient parking everyone is very nice and helpful! Picked this hotel again for another trip to the area. And most of all the absolute best is since extended stay hotel the laundry machines are FREE!

I arrived late in the evening and the staff was prompt, kind, courteous and attentive to my needs! I entered my room and it was extremely clean, spacious and the bed was comfy. There was a strange smell when I walked in, but it could have just been the cleaning products they used. I went downstairs to get water, but there was not any sort of filtered water system, you had to buy bottles of water. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but this wasn't a big problem in my opinion. They did have tea and coffee complementary. I slept soundly through the night and the morning staff member was very gracious and courteous as well. They do not serve breakfast, which I already knew when booking, but they do have snacks and frozen mini meals for purchase. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Buda.

We had the King Suite with the full kitchen, King Bedroom and pull out couch full bed.So much room for the price we paid as we had three people.Very clean and on the second floor was close to the gym and pool on the first floor.We were 2 miles from my daughter who lives in Buda having a baby shower that weekend.55 inch screen TV in the King bedroom and 40 inch screen in the huge living room area.Loved the convenience to restaurants and grocery stores as it’s centrally located to almost everything.Will be coming here again soon and definitely a 5 star experience.

Candlewood Suites in Buda, TX is a very comfortable and friendly Hotel to stay at. I have stayed at the Buda location a few times over the past few years, and they always impress me with their friendly service and spacious rooms. I like that they have each room with a fully functional kitchen so that you do not need to get out to eat if you don't want to. They also have a nice pantry in the lobby stocked up with whatever snacks, food or supplies you may need. I will continue to give Candlewood Suites in Buda or wherever I'm going since I know I'm going to be treated well and have a comfortable stay.

This was our first Candlewood stay. We were pleasantly surprised! There were quite a few shopping/dining options available. Both Dutch Bros and Starbucks were a short walk away and the staff was extremely friendly!! The only downfall was the weird smell in the elevator we couldn’t figure out, but the stairs are always an option.

I like the location. Even though they don’t serve breakfast, breakfast options were nearby and even in walking distance of the hotel. The heavy perfume smell in the hotel was overpowering. It did cause me some discomfort in breathing and even a slight headache at times.

This was one of the most immaculate hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. The place just looked and smelled so clean. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and it was quiet; we didn't hear any noise coming from anywhere. Which doesn't happen normally when you stay at hotels. We will be back for sure!

Very clean room...had kitchen area, nice work area, very open. It was quiet and the area has plenty of dining options. Small issue, they do not clean you room...I believe it is only 7 days or more. I stayed 5 days and feel the room should be cleaned during that time.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times because of its convenient location. Two issues concern us: 1. maintenance issues on various visits, e.g. phone not working; bedside lamp missing bulb; microwave not working; dishwasher not working. 2. Pet fee does not distinguish between small and large dogs, e.g. nightly fee of $25 is same for a 15 lb. dog as it is for a 150 lb. dog. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and professional.

Booked a room with a sofa sleeper. No sofa sleeper. Room smelled. Toilet barely flushed. Worst part… the fridge made a banging noise all night when it cycled on. I barely slept. Of course, I was charged for breakfast on top of it. Stayed at this hotel several times. It has gone down hill. I want my money back.

I asked for more towels and they told me to go to the laundry room with the dirty towels so they could give me clean ones. I had never heard anything like that before, the room was not clean properly, there was hair on the bed, in the bathtub, I told them if they could clean it the room the next day since I stayed two nights and they told me that they only clean once when you leave the room. 👎

They do not offer housekeeping unless you stay 7 days :0 this is ridiculous. You can get clean towels or get your trash cleaned but you have to go to reception and get your own towels or trash bag and change it yourself. More hotels are doing this and their fees are not adjusting appropriately They should reimburse for no housekeeping.

Amazing stay....staff was extremely accomodating since I had an issue with the guest above me making noise after 10:30pm. This issue was dealt with and resolved. The room was clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped to stay on an extended trip. I was only in for one night. I would stay here again anytime! A+++++

Check in staff was very nice and explained all the amenities available. Asked night staff for makeup remover wipes since I forgot mine and she brought some to my room and included a cleansing face soap… nice touch. Overall a great stay!!

It took 30 minutes to check in because we had to wait as the room was still being cleaned even though it was after the allotted check in time. We were in town for a wedding and thus had no time to freshen up and literally arrived 2 minutes before the procession started. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Its in a area off the highway which makes it convenient. There is plenty of hotel, restaurants, gas stations within a couple of miles. The hotel is clean. The hotel staff is nice. They do need more people for housekeeping which will keep you from checking in early. The first guy i spoke to told me the earliest check in is 2:30 which is only 30 minutes earlier from the usual check in time.

This hotel served me very well for a quick one night visit. There is no breakfast served or amenities, but each unit has its own kitchenette. Units were clean and spacious and everything was in order. There are coffee and taco places in walking distance, though this is not a very walkable area
