The only problem was I was there for the pool and it was only open between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Which was a great inconvenience to me and my athlete who needed to pull after their event. So in the future I will not stay at that particular hotel because of the pool access

The hallway smelled like dirty water. The room coffee machine was dirty. The pillow case was dirty and the two bath towels had holes in it. The pool was also closed for something. This was my first stay on this property and I was not impressed.

As we entered our stay, we were told the pool (which was advertised) was closed for the season. Also, quiet time was to be from 10 pm to 6am. It was so noisy and there was little to not resting at all. Then, I had to put towels at the door as the smell of marijuana reeked the elevators and hallways and the smell was coming through the doors of our suite. Even though it was an ask for cleaning (which I do not have an issue with), we had to ask for additional wash clothes as we were only provided one in the room. Breakfast was okay, and general. However there was no variety and the same items were served everyday. There was no waffle or pancakes at all. Finally, I was charged $75 incidentals for each room reserved. This was not a favorable stay and I will not book here again.

I chose this place based on reviews saying it was a very clean hotel. It was not! Bed had MANY unidentifiable stains all over the fitted sheet which front desk had me send pics then gave me 2 sheets to change them myself. One of the 2 also had stains on them. One bed pillow had a hair between cover and pillow. There are signs stating quiet hours (10pm-8am) and I should’ve taken that as a red flag. Walls are PAPER thin, you can hear neighboring rooms entire conversations so clear as if there was no wall in between. Children staying next to us and above us were literally bouncing off walls and stomping feet at all time. They were slamming doors and walls and anything they could. We barely slept and couldn’t stand being in our room so we had to keep ourselves occupied out of the hotel till closer to quiet hours at 10. Bathroom didn’t have enough towels.

The room and property were nice and clean. The overwhelming smell of pot is wafting through the entire place. Outside, what appeared to be employees, were smoking out back. People were clearly smoking in rooms. I won't stay again.

Our room had the potential of being excellent, except we had to wipe down the toilet and sink ourselves because of hairs left on it. There was a honey packet left opened under the hair dryer bag and was sticky and nasty, and The entire hotel smelled of weed in the guest hallways. However, The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was nice and helpful.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights, but I didn’t end up getting a room the first night because the hotel was overbooked. The hotel also didn’t inform me of this problem until I checked in at 9pm even though the hotel knew they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me earlier in the day. I was able get a room the second night, but the comforter visibly stained with something black and of the hand towels looked used and had brown streaks on it.

The rooms and lobby were spotless. I had a room for several people yet only 2 towels and no linens for the pullout bed. The front desk provided them but they were out of wash cloths. The shower drain was cooked and we had to stand in water while showering. The plug was fastened in place and there was an obvious significant amount of hair trapped under it.

The other guests were very loud and kids running and screaming music and all of that until about 4am so I didn’t get much sleep but the hotel itself was great! I did notice signs about noise hours needing to be quiet starting at 10pm but I’m guessing not everyone reads that or seemed to care.

We had to stay there for 2 weeks while we were between homes. Our only issue is they did put two children next to us with special needs who were very loud and disruptive at all hours. The hotel should have had them move to the end of the hotel so they would be disruptive to the least amount of people. We have 5 nephews with autism and feel for this family. They should be accommodated in a way that works for the most amount of people.

Adam was amazing when we checked in. He was quick and personable and took good care of us. We stayed 2 nights and the only complaint I have is we were on the first floor by the laundry and both mornings around 7:30 what I assumed is the cleaning staff were VERY loud and woke us up. I understand they have a job to do, but they know there are guests sleeping and I feel its common courtesy to be quiet and not disrupt the guests. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend this hotel tonother people.

Booked 2 nights for me , wife and grandson, We had an issue with the AC first night it was not working properly, and it was very hot , but we had help from this very nice Spanish gentleman which I forgot his name he was in room service in the morning and David the manager , very nice people a rapid response the gave us another room and responded very quickly to our call. I would stay there again when in Maryland again.

There needs to be more staff available, this has happened twice at this location before. The staff member, Adam was very apologetic, but we had to wait behind three other couples to get checked in because the staff was dealing with the elevator not working. I will not be back. You should consider dropping this location from uour website.eyour

The property and room were clean and well kept. The free continental breakfast service was decent, not great but no personal complaints. There's also an available gym and pool for guest. My primary complaint was during my check-in. I paid and reserved a room with a king size bed for 2 nights. I presented my ID and reservation information to the woman at the counter only to be told that I would be staying in a room with 2 queen size beds. She said rooms you reserve on line aren't guaranteed. Having been a long standing Hotels.com member, this was a first. After asking her why and telling her that she'll need to refund my account the room price or cancel my reservation she was able to fulfill my original room request. Kinda interesting since the hotel wasn't packed and housekeeping was finished (it was 2 hours after checking starts). Lastly, housekeeping is only available upon request, which wasn't told to me at check in. The next I wanted fresh towels and the HOSEKEEPING manager and staff were accommodating. Overall, everything else was fine, since I flew in town for a friends birthday.

From check in to check out the staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. This is our second stay at this location, and anytime we visit the Owings-Mills area we will be staying here!

The stay was nice. There was a little hiccup with my reservation but the staff was kind and quick to resolve it. The room was clean and the hotel itself looked and felt well maintained. Hearing “welcome back” when I had to leave and then returned made me feel “seen” as well as the staff being connected to their guests. Would recommend them and would definitely stay here again!!

This property is very close to busy hwy’s shopping houses etc but it is peacefully tucked away in the woods very quiet and pretty setting!! All the Staff is amazing, breakfast is great!! This hotel is nice, but it's a good 4 miles which is about 10-15 minute drive to food. If you stay here, plan ahead and get your food before you get to the hotel. Always tough to go get food after you arrive and are dead tired. I guess I was hoping there wold be something somewhat close driving distance.

$275 WASTE OF MONEY…Manager on duty the morning of my stay was rude. There was a lacrosse team occupying the breakfast area so I had to est in front lounge. When asked if TV worked I was told he has no clue and didn’t know how to fix anything. Waffle make-BROKEN / Whole Milk - NONE / Breakfast area over crowded and food was gone.

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience, VERY clean and a nice stay. Only negative comment was breakfast was served until 10am, but when I went at 9:20 to have mine, I was disappointed. They had a pancake maker, but it was broken. Ok I get it, it happens. The other hot options were two varieties of eggs, or biscuits and gravy. Don’t like eggs, so that’s a pass. Went for the biscuits and gravy. They had plenty of biscuits, so I took one and cut it up before going for the gravy. Opened the lid for gravy only to find it completely empty. Waited for a minute or two for an attendant to ask for more. No one came so I went to the door and said excuse me to the one guy in the room was leaning against a wall with his back to me. As I asked for more he said no, very unapologetically, there wasn’t any more. It was frustrating that the only option left was cold cereals, toast, bagels or muffins. I just wanted a nice fulfilling breakfast, and that didn’t happen. I will give kudos to the face that they had amazing hot cinnamon rolls! Not what I needed, but I will say it as delicious! Overall, the stay as a whole was a nice experience.
