My stay here was awesome! I’ll be forever grateful for the team here finding my family a room when another hotel didn’t have the amenities available that were a large part of why we booked. The pool was great, breakfast was awesome and the hotel was clean and well kept.

Door to outside open to the public (broken) most of the stay, felt unsafe. Couch dated, bed was comfortable. Only cleaned every other day and missed many things when cleaning. Coffee was bad, breakfast was ok. For the price I would say it was average although a convienient location and good size room. Staff was very nice.

I love Residence Inn. We've stayed at this location multiple times while in Woodbury visiting family. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are like our own little apartment. Having a warm breakfast before starting our day is great. The only let down for me is that the last two times we've stayed, the hot tub has not been operational. While they do allow you to use the hot tub at the hotel across the parking lot (Courtyard by Marriott), when it's winter in Minnesota, you don't want to be trekking across the parking lot in a wet swimming suit.

The young woman that checked us in seemed up set they called her to help from the back! Not very friendly! However there was a young man also working the desk and he deserves notice! Smiling and very kind and patient! I pulled out the roll away and found what looked like food on the bed!

Woodbury was beautiful, location was very convenient. Unfortunately front desk was not trained properly & I was charged for three days which I had already paid. When I told the front rest of the mistake I got magnet different responses & NOTHING was solved! I was out that extra money for my trip! They showed no remorse! I was offered 10,000 Marriott points but that was for the molded sheets & pillow case I showed them I was sleeping on!!! Like please do better!!!!!

The room I got was a one king size sweet non-smoking. It was a corner room on the first floor so it was easy access and very private. I did not hear any noise from any other rooms and I felt like I was in my own little apartment with a full size kitchen. The king size bed was the farthest away from the door so I did not hear any passing hallway traffic. Stuff were helpful and nice. Staff made it easy to book another night without having to leave the room. This will be my go to place if I ever need to rent a room again in r twin cities.

For what this place costs I expect a better breakfast. Cold sausage links and powdered eggs is sub optimal. Also, before I went through Expedia the front desk erroneously quoted me $4,000 dollars for the stay. When I asked her to repeat the cost each day she would not. Finally, housekeeping stole cash from my jacket.

Our stay was fine - nothing that really stood out as extra special. I was really disappointed in the response of staff when we had an issue arise. There were kids running up and down the halls and they pounded on our door multiple times. We contacted the desk to share our concern and their response was we have some soccer players staying here, then said she would see if she could send someone up to do a walk through. I understand that they don't have control over a soccer team and what parents allow their children to do. However, it would have been nice if the response would have been - I am so sorry, we will look into this and if it continues please let us know. Rather than make excuses and a sense that there was no care or concern that it was going on. I am sure that we weren't the only ones that were having issues.

They didn’t have my room. Sent to the hotel across the parking lot to another hotel owned by the same group where the room was an additional $80. I didn’t get a king room or a suite, and my room was right against the noisy highway and I got no sleep. I need to be refunded for my room, and compensated for the additional expense at the next hotel, as well as inconvenience.

Check in at the front desk was very slow should be able to check in Via an app. Good place otherwise . Texas road house and sushi with in walking. Check out the cutest breakfast place called Sweet Paris crepes 😍. There is a Cub foods grocery across the road if you need stuff to cook or that you forgot. Lots of places around to grab a snack .

Door to outside open to the public (broken) most of the stay, felt unsafe. Couch dated, bed was comfortable. Only cleaned every other day and missed many things when cleaning. Coffee was bad, breakfast was ok. For the price I would say it was average although a convienient location and good size room. Staff was very nice.

For what this place costs I expect a better breakfast. Cold sausage links and powdered eggs is sub optimal. Also, before I went through Expedia the front desk erroneously quoted me $4,000 dollars for the stay. When I asked her to repeat the cost each day she would not. Finally, housekeeping stole cash from my jacket.

My stay here was awesome! I’ll be forever grateful for the team here finding my family a room when another hotel didn’t have the amenities available that were a large part of why we booked. The pool was great, breakfast was awesome and the hotel was clean and well kept.

I love Residence Inn. We've stayed at this location multiple times while in Woodbury visiting family. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are like our own little apartment. Having a warm breakfast before starting our day is great. The only let down for me is that the last two times we've stayed, the hot tub has not been operational. While they do allow you to use the hot tub at the hotel across the parking lot (Courtyard by Marriott), when it's winter in Minnesota, you don't want to be trekking across the parking lot in a wet swimming suit.

I was not able to check in @ 4pm because the room was not ready, when I asked why the woman at the front desk (EMMA) told me that I can take it up with Housekeeping, I responded with "EXCUSE ME" because I was in shock that she actually said that to me, I was not rude or anything I just asked why the room was not ready in a polite way. Her attitude was Nasty to be working at the front desk, also when I finally got cheeked in, I found that the tables had not been wiped down and in the master bathroom it didn't seem like the shower had been cleaned (there was visible hair on the shower floor) and the tube was not wet like in the other bathroom (remember I had to wait almost 40 min after my check in time because they were so called cleaning the room). I noticed there was a housekeeper a few doors down so I asked her if she could come back and wipe the tables and clean the bathroom in the master bedroom. She entered the room with a nasty attitude and arguing with my daughter saying that she did not see anything in the tube until my daughter had to point out the hair, which was visible to see, she then proceeded to clean the room all while talking under her breath aloud so she made sure we heard her. It seemed that the staff is very comfortable being rude and nasty to the customers at this hotel which tells me there aren't any consequences for this type of behavior with customers. This hotel was not cheap to stay for only 1 night and be treated so rudely by the staff. NEVER AGAIN!!

Al the food, kitchen and sitting areas in the hotel were great. Our family's were able to meet and visit in the lobby area. The only issue was the elevator broke down over the weekend.
