Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District

Fint og praktisk hotel hvis man gerne vil have køkken. Køkken dog sparsomt møbleret med tallerkner, knive, glas etc. Rengøring hver 4. dag - men kan altid spørge til nye håndklæder etc. i receptionen......

Breakfast was excellent! Better than hotels costing more for the suite.

Arrived at 12:00 PM with hopes that an early check in was available. Agent advised that no suites were available and requested that we come back at 4:00 PM which is standard check in time. He held our luggage for us. We returned after 4:00 PM. Our suite was still not available! We waited about 20 minutes while two front desk agents kept calling housekeeping (or someone). They were not the least bit apologetic. Don’t think I would ever stay here again after paying $400.00 plus for one night in Charleston.

we were pleasantly surprised with how nice our room was...kitchen , seating area etc. The breakfast was excellent every day. The staff in the breakfast area were very kind and pleasant, helpful. The people at the front desk were very short with responses and certainly were not going to go above and beyond to answer questions we had about getting transportation etc. I shouldn't say all of them, but there was a lady that just was not very inviting or friendly at all.

Staff was very responsive to needs.
