There was no one at the front desk for check - in. I had to call the property to let them know I was at the front desk. On my last day at 10 am housekeeping use their key and entered the room. I quickly yelled at them. They asked if I was checking out and I said yes in an hour. No apology. I told the incident to the manager at duty and they were gas lighting me saying that it is policy that if they knocked and no one answered they have the right to enter. I told them that I am still the owner of that room until I checked out and that my privacy should be respected. I also asked for that policy in writing - no response. They desperately need staff training for customer service.

Excellent location. Right across the street from Seaworld and one block away from aquatica. Starbucks is foot steps away. This is a Clean and well maintained hotel. Very friendly environment. I always stay here twice a year.

The room i had booked said sleeps 5 with 2 queen beds as well as a pull out sofa bed. The room had no pull out sofa and we were told since we had already used the bathroom that they couldn’t switch us and that they could give a roll out. I said no thank you because then the room would have no space for anything. I requested to be compensated or speak to a manager and was told there’s no manager there at that time and no compensation would be given. To top it off the ac was terrible and we were hot all night. Stay away from room 533 if you must stay here. It’s definitely not worth the money. Also they don’t have enough parking so you get to spend 15 minute s driving around looking for a parking spot.

I stayed at the hotel for eight days for a volleyball tournament. Everything was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was so convenient to have. I didn’t do anything at the hotel besides sleep, but it was comfortable. The staff was so great. My daughter left her jersey in the hotel when she checked out along with some new clothes she had bought. She was distraught that night when she realized she didn’t pack them. I called and the housekeeping staff had saved them for us and we were able to get them back. We were so so grateful for that. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
