When the lady at the desk gives you the key card and says, "Go check the room and see if it is to your expectations" you know its not good. It was smelly diety and not fit for human standards. It should be condemned.

This is an older hotel. With that being said, quality for price is not bad at all. Pest control could use a little more work but is satisfactory. The pool is not open in the summer time. No breakfast even though they have a restaurant and banquet hall that is non-operational. There are snacks and beverages available at the office which is convenient since the 7-11 next door is usually closed most of the day and/or evening. I’ve only been in there twice because they’re never open. Staff is spectacular, professional, and friendly. This is a very respectful atmosphere. I was a little worried about safety at first but late night hours are quiet here. No nonsense. For price and value I give 5 stars out of 5. Hotel conditions need updating but is in good condition.

Near Disney... though it didn't matter. "Resort fees" which includes WIFI that doesn't work. Advertised price doesn't include it show the resort fees that almost double the price. Short staffed. Not a resort in my opinion. More like a cheap, dumpy looking hotel. A guy smoking pot with loud music next door. I won't go back

It is what it is. I needed an inexpensive place to stop close to the interstate. It met those needs. Staff was pleasant to deal with and it was clean enough. Terrible part of Town though.

As soon as we cut the light on a roach came from behind the beds headboard. The bugs kept us up all night long we killed at least 2 roaches and a spider. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and it only stay hot for 2minutes if that

The worst! I am a single guy and I have stayed at cheap motels before because I only needed a place to sleep, but this was beyond that. My room was given to someone else because I arrived just before midnight, so they put me in a different room. Fair enough. This other room was next to a 7-11 that was blasting opera music to keep thieves and bad elements from lingering around, so when the opera singer hit a high note, it sounded like someone screaming outside through the paper thin walls. My room had no bedsheets and no real blanket, no soap, and no shampoo. The guy working overnight was kind enough to find me a blanket at 1 AM. This place is not even worth staying in even for a couple hours.

First room had no heat stains all on the toilet seat and in the toilet. TV didn’t work, door didn’t shut door didn’t open . We switched to a second room it wasn’t the right bed size and it was damn near on the floor. The third room was OK for the price.

Property was very much in need of maintenance. The sink in the bathroom did not work. The drapes were falling off the window and the door had gaps in the door frame. The beds had only one sheet and a spread.

The best thing about the property was the staff and I was seriously concerned for her safety, as she was elderly and very sweet. It was a stark contrast to the actual property. This is not a nice place by any account. Sorry.

I admit clerk did warn us prior to booking. Room needed maintenance. Had roaches. Book at own risk. Not surprised if end up seeing a chalk outline outside the room. Client was to be expected there. Clerk was nice and helpful.

The property was very unsafe. Upon arrival the desk clerk said, Oh, Honey you don't belong here, I don't think you should stay. What kind of car did you drive here, it isn't a nice car is it? Let get you a refund from Expedia, this is not a place for you.... all this after she lock us in the office since it was later at night. The desk clerk was super nice and helpful and I very much appreciate her honesty and looking out for my safety. She gave me names of other hotels in a much safer location.

This place is an apartment complex to some. False advertisement: no fridge, microwave don’t work, roaches, no toiletries, dirty bedding, junkies, and a person unfortunately over dosed next door to us! Police were everywhere. One tenant informed us what drugs are we on, I was so appalled. She informed me that only users and pushers stay there!

i didn't know places like this still existed. i've slept on a concrete floor in africa, and that was less sketchy than this place. i think we stayed in the same room as the guy that mentioned the 7-11 opera. my wife and daughter will never trust my judgement again!!
