I booked with your company becuse it is always amazing. My grown kids wanted to swim and your chain is always clean and well maintained The only problem we encountered was there was an unrully group of teanagers there that were without adult supervision and made swimming impossible. They were jumping in doing cannonballs, slapping the watersurface with a wet towel. Throwing each other in the pool. There were at least 20 of them and it was all evening. The front desk said its a sports team? But that is unfair to other paying guests.

Very, very nice location and amenities. Parking was $5-10. Pros: Breakfast was set up very efficiently and was delicious. Room was clean and very comfortable. Cons: no microwaves in rooms, so we had to use the microwave in the shop just next to the front desk.

Clean hotel in a great location. Gym was nice and breakfast was good. Grass area and dog bags for your dogs to walk and do their business. The only thing I wish they had was water or water bottles in the lobby or room.

We love to stay at Hampton’s. The Wentzville location was not that great and the cost was much more. First, they do not have microwaves in their rooms. We were given a wheel chair assessable room which was not what we asked for (you could not put anything on the sink or it would roll off). The staff was not very friendly. You could not use the pool due to it being taken over by a large group of wild teenagers the 4 days we were there. Then when you tried for the 10th time, they closed it. What we did like was the outdoor patio and location to the event we attended.

Not enough parking. We’re old and had to park a block and 1/2 away. Breakfast scrambled eggs at 7:30 am were cold. Also we paid $300+ for the room. A fellow checked in next door paid $209. Tell me, why should we use Expedia? Surely there’s a better rate we’re entitled to.

We appreciated the space in the room. The staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were good. Our only complaint was that the floors were just not clean - at all. Also, staying in Wentzville, MO wasn’t exactly “big time” but $158.00 per night plus $75.00 for our dogs, for a “pet friendly” hotel when we didn’t dare walk on the floors without shoes seemed a little overpriced. However, the room overall, had most amenities we required - other than no microwave.

Tile floor filthy! Obviously clean with a dirty mop. Given the floor, what else would as not cleaned? Shower curtain dirty too. Bed was not comfortable like other Hamptons. Breakfast was usual for Hampton. Price was high for a sub par Hampton. Won’t stay there again!

This is a fairly new Hampton, in a good location with lots of free parking. As a Hampton property, you expect it to be nice neat and clean. Our room smelled like dirty feet and the tile in the bathroom had a trail of dirt that did not look like it had ever been cleaned. Our shoes stuck to the tile so needless to say we didn’t walk barefoot in the room. I took a rag and cleaned a spot on the tile so someone would hopefully see how dirty it was and mop. I did tell the checkout person when we were leaving, so maybe someone will clean it. We were on the ground floor and it’s a busy place, with lots of noise from other doors closing, the exit door, dogs barking and we could hear the people above us stomping around. 😞 we didn’t get much sleep. Otherwise it was good stay.

Breakfast was terrible. The eggs tasted stale & sausage was dry and cold. found hair in the corner of my bathroom & in the shower upon entry. a piece of trim came unglued and we had to lay in under the sink in the bathroom. outrageously overpriced for what was provided. A new hotel is going up in the same parking lot which is what I will use the next time I visit Lake St Louis.

Everyone working there was just beyond friendly. They were so helpful and nice. BUT THE BEDS ARE SO HORRIBLE. I can't believe I paid so much for a week of sleeping on those horrible beds. My room smelled of mildew and I purchased air freshener and lysol to try to rid the smell. Through no fault of the workers, the rooms are old, dingy, and need some TLC. The beds are horrible. If they don't update their rooms, they need to be much, much cheaper.

Very loud, it seemed like you could hear every person coming up and down the hall. I’ve never stayed at a motel with this much noise especially late at night. The bed was very worn down, it was as if you could feel the springs on the mattress. The air conditioning said that the room was 68 degrees but the room consistently hotter, when you walk into the hallway it was cooler in the hallway than our room. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the facility was well maintained, staff was kind, and the location was great.

Room 213 is right above the automatic sliding front door. Constant noise source in the room made sleeping difficult. This room would be better suited as storage or anything other than living area.

We love to stay at Hampton’s. The Wentzville location was not that great and the cost was much more. First, they do not have microwaves in their rooms. Some sleep would haver been nice. My hotel has a lot of noises all night. There's the usual things like the mini fridge, heater fan, traffic on a nearby freeway, and apparently a racetrack for locomotives having a horn blowing contest. A dance party combined with a construction remodel upstairs, some kids traveling sports team using the hallways for a track meet and last but not least, a very impressive sound show being put on by a very excited pair of lovers pounding it out late into the night. So impressive that I now am tired from no sleep and also feeling quite inadequate.

Check in went well but things went downhill after that. Next day I found front desk staff (especially manager) to be unfriendly, irritable and downright LIARS. I have 3 grandsons in Wentzville and am recently retired. I plan on making numerous trips but I will not step onto Hampton/Hilton properties EVER again. I am also due a 1 night refund from Expedia for not being able to complete my stay.
