Lovely, well-appointed Hilton in Port Washington/Roslyn. Nice gym, indoor cool & hot pools. The area is steeped in Gatsby ambience. Convenient to many terrific atractions: North Hempstead Beach Park, Sands Point Preserve, many museums, harbors, USMMA etc.

The front desk was skways smiling, accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. I Loved the jacuzzi and pool🙏🙏 The option to order fresh omelette at breakfasr was the oerfect touch❤️

I love staying here every time we visit this area. Very clean and organized with friendly staff. There's also a Pool, Jacuzzi, and Gym. Big bonus ✨💖

Nice pool and fitness center

This was only a two nite stay. My first attempt at connecting trains using amtrak and long island rail service. Used taxi from port washington railstop to hotel. I then used uber service for rest of stay. The hotel has excellent bar and restaurant so i didnt need to venture out. Room was very clean and comfortable at a very good price.

Our room, the staff, the breakfast in the morning were all amazing and we have zero complaints. The only issue we had was the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was very dirty (we couldn’t even use it) and the pool was not very clean either and the water smelt awful. If these two things were fixed this would be the best hotel we have stayed in.

I did a one night stay with 2 pre-teen girls. One of which was my daughter, the other was her friend. Room as nicely designed and updated, however we found a few things odd. Bathroom door was a sliding barn door - great for design horrible for privacy! You heard everything going on in the bathroom. Then some weird alarm went off at 8:30am with no explanation just a “we’re working on it”. I had to call the front desk to get more towels in the pool area because they were all out.

I am disabled as is my husband we both use canes to ambulate. Our son was with us and just had a knee replacement. We were given room 110 on the first floor, not to far from the front desk. We were pleased with the convenience and location of our room. We were in the room about 40 minutes and a bug came out of the pillow case and proceeded to crawl across the bed. I called the service desk. Explained the situation and said I have a video of it crawling across the bed. The person who answered asked us to gather our belongings and come to the front desk for a new room. The new room 450 was a long and difficult walk for us. No one offered to help us or offered a luggage cart to assist us with this move. Upon our arrival in this new room we proceeded to tear apart the beds looking for any unwanted BUGS!!! We were already grossed out and feeling itchy from this horrible experience. The room appeared clean, but our peace if mind was destroyed. My son refused to sleep in the bed and sat up in the chair all night. We did not feel safe, comfortable or secure during our stay. Upon check out. I asked what happened with room 110. They didn't know what I was talking about. The night shift did not inform the day shift, apparently no one knew of our ordeal. I was told management would contact me shortly to discuss this matter. No one has contacted me as of yet. No one apologized for the bug, the inconvenience, the whole horrible ordeal!

Bartender and wait staff was all we cared for. I will never stay in a “Hilton” named place again. No ventilation in the bathrooms. The doors don’t actually close to the bathrooms. There were dirty cups of coffee in the room when we checked in. Called the desk and the said someone would be up to take care of it. No one ever came. I would have switched hotels had I not paid through Expedia, and I will never make that mistake again either.

They raised their rates to $1,000 a night which is triple what they normally get because of the Ryder's Cup. SO, SERIOUS PRICE GAUGING!!! Then charged $2 each for the 2 bottles of water left in the room. The microwave didn't work. The mini fridge was barely cold. But more importantly, while the hotel is maintained, it's TIRED!!! The hallways smell mildewy and the rooms smell like feet! And with $1000 a night for a room in a very mediocre hotel, riding on the coattails of a beautiful town, maybe throw in a complementary breakfast!!!!

Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar although food service was slow due to volume but staff was apologetic and let me know before I ordered. I would have given the property 5 stars but the shower pressure was variable at times turning off and then coming back on. Despite that, will definitely return!

For some reason the room I slept on the first night has some extremely loud vibrations in the ceiling/wall and it was difficult to sleep. The next night was fine; however. Clean property, night outdoor area, easy to park in the lot.

Would not give us a complimentary water as Hilton Club members because we booked through Hotel.com. Lights would flicker out of the blue. The black out shade broke. The hot side of the sink handle leaked. The bathroom “barn door” would not stay shut. Not worth $208 for a Sunday night stay.

First room had defective blinds that could not be closed. You would think housekeeping would have figured that out! Second room was conveniently located off the lobby, but you could hear everybody talking in the lobby all night. Rooms are spacious, plenty of free parking (which is unusual in this highly congested area.

The TV didn't work. I called the front desk and they didn't answer. Disappointing. It had been a big news day, it was 10 PM and we wanted to watch the news.

We’re doing renovations to our house - needed some sleep . They gave us a room next to the elevator on the 1st floor!!!!! Could not sleep very noisy. Hated it.

Clean new hotel, Comfortable bed, very nice shower! The only negative we had was that we reserved a room with a king bed but when we got to the hotel we were given a room with 2 beds and were told the hotel was sold out.

Had a lovely stay, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well kept, and in a nice, quiet area. My only complaint is that the walls seem to be super thin with no insulation, because I could hear every single thing in the rooms next to me (walking, beds creaking, footsteps, toilets flushing, etc). This could be remedied by adding insulation or even cheaper providing sound machines to the rooms.

Property and Staff were great, accommodations were acceptable. However, check your bill when you leave. They over charge and then claim it is an authorization only. The authorization gets posted and does not come off. Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the over charge. Accounting staff had a lackadaisical attitude towards this. This happed to three different parties that stayed at the hotel. Will be looking for another hotel when we are in the area next time.

The hotel itself was fine. My issue is with 2 different staff at the front desk. When we checked in, the man looked as if I was bothering him by being there at 4 pm. He was abrupt and rude and didn’t give me any info about breakfast or any other hotel info. He asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay and I said yes, which also seemed to annoy him. The next day, I see housekeeping on our floor. We went out for a while and came back. Housekeeping was past our room now but our room wasn’t done. I go downstairs to ask and the 2nd rude person said “well we have until 5 pm” and I said “ok but they went past my room”. He said “maybe you were in the room.” No I wasn’t and if I was I would have let them in. We also had a handicapped room. They should get longer shower curtains because the floor was wet every day no matter how I positioned the curtain. It didn’t reach the floor.

Billy Joel concert on NYE! The staff at The Garden were very personable and upbeat, early checkin? No problem. How about a room upgrade? Thank you! Great coffee. Beautiful lobby, romm was clean and comfy! Great stay.

Excellent Staff.

Staff was exceptional! I was there 5 days so staff rotated and they were alk great. There was a wedding and a teenage traveling hockey team my last night, assuming i woudnt be sleeping i mentionwd it at the deck and they assurred me they was 2 security guards on duty just in case. I called at 2am. Noise ended immediately. I love they had they prepared! Rooms were clean and will def stay there again!

The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Extremely disappointed with the breakfast service. My mother and my girls went down to eat and continued to wait while other tables got a service. The waiter was extremely rude and my mother and girls ended up having to go out in town to get breakfast.

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Issue was noise and a lack of addressing the issue. We laid awake listening to a bridal party next door from 2-5:00 am. We called front desk around 2:45 am and they sent someone up, but the party did not stop. I called again and they said they would send someone again but nothing changed. Loud music, yelling and the smell of marijuana was beyond obnoxious. I finally opened my door and saw a party member who told me he would get them to quiet down and about an hour later it finally did. That was not something I wanted to do. I did not want to get into any confrontations. We did not sleep at all and were in town for a family party. It definitely put a damper on our family reunion. Very disappointed in the front desks response and curt answer the second time we called. Thought a Hilton would be better then this.

Our stay was perfect! The room, the staff and the food were all top shelf. Your front desk and dining room representatives were friendly, professional and helpful. They are an asset to Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn.

The property and the service at this location were exactly as excellent as I have come to expect from all my Hilton Garden Inn experiences. My kids and I are fans and will be faithful to the brand, which is reliable as it is affordable. The only drawback to this location is that it is across the street from the transfer center, so though it is convenient, it is not exactly picturesque.

Breakfast was horrendous. Buffet but you have to order hot food? It came 20 minutes later than the fruit we ate from the buffet side. The head waiter and chef kept yelling at each other. Couldnt even get pancakes as they "sold out"!?!?

Very surprise there were no continental breakfast served. Very confusing going down to breakfast having to pay 17.95 for breakfast.

The Hilton Garden Inn made our time very comfortable, convenient and accessible to the hospital of where my husband had surgery. Having breakfast and dinner at the hotel was so convenient and the food was delicious.
