Huttopia White Mountains

It was a very clean room. Staff were very friendly. It was a very cozy hut to stay in. We loved the lake and we loved all the leaves in that area. It was a very nice day and I also really like that you had a playground for kids and overall, it was a very clean and cozy stay for the night. Thank you, staff members

My husband and I had an overall good time. We would go again but there were a couple customer services things that could be improved upon. Firstly my husband and I were planning on a campfire for dinner and smores. We bought all the stuff and then when we got there we were informed that there was a burn ban in effect that no one had let us know about. We totally understand about keeping the forest safe however we felt like they should have emailed guests prior because not everyone is local and would have known about the burn ban like us out-of-towners. Another issue I had was with checking in. We got an email prior to checking in that reception desk closes at 9 o'clock. We raced over to try to make it before reception closed because it was going to be our first night staying there and we had some questions about how everything worked. We pulled up about 30 minutes early but reception people had already left even though it was not yet 9 o'clock. We had very little information about how to get firewood with the store being closed and we needed the firewood to stay warm as the night got down to 34°. Luckily we ran into another camper who helped fill us in but we were pretty stressed. Additionally there is no information about the water on-site. A tent we stayed in had a sink and water cups but no information on if the tap water was safe to drink and of course no reception to call and ask. Smallish issues but first time experience could have been better.

Great environment for families - liked that there were programs for kids & snack options. Didn't like being so close to the highway, as we could hear trucks at night.

We decided on a last minute girls trip. Huttopia was a reasonably priced option. We stayed in a canadian tent. It had a full size bottom bunk with twin top bunk and then a queen size bed as well. Wood stove for heat and a small fridge. With a table and chairs to eat at. Outside was a picnic table two camping chair's a full grill and fire pit. We called about an issue with the grill. Staff was there within minutes and replaced the propane that was just running low. They also brought us wood so we didnt have to go to the reception area to get it. Its $10 a bundle so a little pricey but not an issue you can bring your own wood if you prefer as well. Bathrooms are up the hill but also clean for being in the woods. Everything was well kept. We will definitely be back

Hébergement parfait pour se ressourcer. Très familial. Beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants. Logements non accessibles en voiture ce qui procure sécurité et tranquillité. Tout est disponible sur place. Un seul feu au gaz (celui du BBQ) pour la cuisine malgré le matériel. Ne pas oublier son réchaud pour plus de possibilités. Manque des bornes de recharges ou des prises dans les espaces de stationnement

oh my god i love here，This was the most wonderful time during this period for me. I'm sure I'll come again. Although it's close to the lake, the bed is not damp at all. The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat

The property deliveries all of the stuffs is described on the website, so the site is quiet, safe, and wonderful. The tent was clean and tidy when we get there. The bathhouse is cleaned everyday. We were there for 4 days, and I do not have been any troubles.

There was a dead mouse in our tent (but you’re in nature) so other than that it was great!!

The tent was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and spaced nicely out. Definitely will return

Great place! Super dog friendly with attentive, friendly staff. The surroundings are beautiful. The tents are perfect for those who want to feel like they’re camping but want a bed, hot shower and electricity! Had a blast!

Amazing place and beautiful huts!

Staff could of been more friendly way to noisy

Check in was great. One of the main reasons we chose this location is because my son wanted a pool to swim in, however at check in we learned the pool was out of service. It would be great if places notified you of unavailable main amenities ahead of time so you can change your reservation. It’s in a relatively remote part of NH, however the noise from traffic kept me up for most of the night. Overall, a nice location that my son enjoyed.

Very nice camp site, but overprized. Our hut was at a very dark location, clearly different from the pics on the website. The foodtruck is badly organoized - long waiting times for simple food, even if there were not many people waiting.
