Got the studio and it was huge. Very nice. Full kitchen so if you're needing a place for a few days. They do charge for parking $36 a night which I don't like because I'm already paying to stay there. Staff was very nice. Pool is not heated but the room is. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Target right behind the hotel. Outdoor mall with tons of food options. Sunday's places close early so keep that in mind for dinner.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The "business center" is a joke: just a printer and an ipad that does not even connect to the internet. Also, the parking cost is unreasonable especially for self-parking. And there are not enough spaces. We had to park across the street at a bank.

There’s a target opposite the hotel which is super convinient, the hotel delivers on everything it advertises. Well, I thought the pool was going to be bigger but, it’s not a train smash , overall it was a good experience, staff were super welcoming and helpful.

This was the worst hotel room!! It smelled terrible, the bed was worse than sleeping on the floor. It was lumpy, slanted and very uncomfortable. We couldn’t even stay the whole night. We couldn’t get a different room/ bed or a refund. I was very disappointed. The room had ants, the shower was falling apart, we will never stay in another Marriott again!

I always love staying here. Good complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Hotel is always very clean. We had the pool to ourselves for a relaxing time. Rooms are awesome, very spacious. Will be back again. Just wish parking was a bit cheaper.

I got a hard time to communicate with the staff there. I made reservations for two nights but with different reservations. The first staff said he will help me to keep it as the same room. But the second morning, another staff said I have to switch room. It takes long time to get my second room ready. The second room's towels is not clean. It has a lot of blood which is scary. It's not a good experience.

First of all, the staff were fantastic and professional. They’re so friendly. The rooms clean enough but the sofa was super worn down. The main problem was the bed. Besides being worn down, our sheets were stained all over and there were tons of hairs on them. We got some replacement sheets but those also had hair and stains. That’s a deal breaker for me. If the bed sheet issue gets sorted then I’d stay there again.

Our room and the hotel were very clean. The bathroom was updated and pristine. Cons: One of our overhead lightbulbs was out and the walls/ceiling/floor could use a little more soundproofing, but overall, it was a good place to stay.

Spacious and comfortable, kitchen had everything you'd need to cook in, shower pressure was great, room was clean and modern. Considering we were in the US (we don't rate American hotel breakfasts unless you are in amazing five star hotels) the breakfasts were decent. We were near a Blue Bike docking station to cycle around Boston for a reasonable cost. The only suggestion is to include hair dryers in every room.

The hotel itself is nice. The beds were HORRIBLE. The king bed was so broken the box spring was touching the floor when I sat on it. The mattress felt like two buffalos had slept on it as the divots were so deep I keeps rolling off the bed. The couch was completely broken and the pull out couch was uncomfortable. When I checked in the desk associate took my credit card for incidentals but didn’t tell me how much the hold would be for. I checked my account and it was $100, which was fine. But then the next day the amount of the hold changed to $230, without notice. I asked the front desk and they said it was for parking and incidentals for the four days I would be there. Another item the initial check in associate didn’t tell me was that parking was $30 per day… a little annoying but ok. At breakfast one day my toddler said the milk tasted funny, I tasted it and then looked at the expiration date and it was expired. All the white milks that were set out were expired. Other than these items everything else was nice. The room was clean, the food was good, the pool was nice. If the beds had been not broken I probably would stay here again.

We could not sleep at night because people above our floor were running and jump around too much, making too loud noise...the walls are too thin, so we could hear everything what next door and above people were saying...it was very unpleasant experience

As a lifetime titanium elite member, the interactions my 10 guests had with the staff at this hotel were deeply unprofessional. Inclusive of the manager, they have little or no training in understanding loyal guests. I do not recommend patronizing this specific hotel until they have fixed the personnel issues.

Our stay started off rocky but Derek and Roger and their team made sure we enjoyed the rest of our stay. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality! They really went above and beyond. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

So close to shopping, and dining options. Staff was over the top helpful. Front desk clerk named Roger was AMAZING!! Gave us so much info on places to go, tips to get there, and even coupons to go eat. So nice, and polite.

Arsenal Yards across the street is great as is the Charles River nearby. A 10 minute drive to Cambridge and Harvard Square topped it off nicely. That and pool time w our 5 year old!

Our room was nice and clean. Not your typical residence inn that has the divider wall but more like a studio. Checkin was easy. They were upfront about the parking fees. Which is stupid at $30 a night but oh well. Room was clean. Good size. Breakfast on a Sunday morning sucked. Flat out disgusting. The women that worked there were rude and not helpful. There were eggs. Turkey sausage and potatoes. Eggs I didn’t eat cause it’s that crap from a bag or powder. The sausage wasn’t even warmed up. It was cold. The potatoes were soaked in oil. The best thing I ate was the muffin that I toasted and buttered. I came back at 10 and those rude workers closed the kitchen right in your face. Not sure if they’re union workers but they sure work like they’re in a union. They don’t give an F about pleasing anyone. So do yourself a favor. Eat the stuff they don’t cook. Grab a banana and toast yourself a muffin or bread. Overall. Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast sucks.

Really great staff and rooms. The hotel is nice and is right next to a small mall and Target if you need to grab anything. My only complaint has to do with the breakfast options, there was nothing for vegan options except for a banana. Usually there is at least potatoes to eat but they only had eggs and meat.
