We selected the property based on the shuttle. Shuttle service at this hotel is a farce. It's misleading to say they have it when it's incredibly limited. There's no food after breakfast.... no restaurant. The wifi crashed. And we were placed in a room right next to the elevator.... which is noisy. The breakfast crew was pleasant.

The property was clean as well as the hotel itself. Great coffee, good breakfast. Front desk was not as welcoming when I checked in, room was not available and it seemed she was annoyed. Not in a great location, so it would have been nice if it had its own restaurant.

Up to date property that is convenient (enough) to the Newburgh Airport. They advertise a shuttle to the airport, but the service is not available when you need it. I wound up paying 30 bucks for a taxi. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay, what you'd expect.

I always stay here when I travel to Newburgh to visit family and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is the nicest I’ve ever encountered, rooms are immaculate and the breakfast and bar are great perks.

Booked this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport; when I checked in I was told there would be no shuttle from July 18th to September 30th. Had to pay $35 to Uber to the airport.☹️

Everything was good but we’ve stayed here twice in the last six weeks and both times they’ve shut down the pool for “routine maintenance.” Both times it was a busy weekend and they shut down the pool for several days. I asked when it would be open and they said they had to change a lightbulb and didn’t know when it would be open again.

The air conditioner was making a continuous, grinding unnerving noise. When I asked the front desk for assistance I was told that couldn't get a different room I was told that my reservation was for "an Expedia room" and the available rooms were not . Maintenance was not immediately available. I was not aware I should expect Second class treatment by renting through this agency.

Plenty of parking, receptionists were friendly and welcoming happy to help and even gave us free bottles of water. The hotel is clean, rooms spacious and nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Didn’t use the gym or pool but was a good size. Breakfast was also delicious. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you!

Staff upon check in was the friendliest and most helpful of any in my history of traveling. The young man went out of the way to accommodate an early check in, discussed the event we were going to attend and left my husband and I very happy to be staying at this hotel.

Overall the room was nice. It was a quick stay but check-in was a bit problematic as the person I originally spoke with didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I had to come back later for checkin and someone who knew what they were doing was able to answer my questions and seamlessly check me in

We arrived in the morning and were told that the room won't be ready until 3pm. So we went out and came back after 4pm. But the front desk lady told us that our room is still not ready. When I asked her how long it will take to have it ready, she looked like annoyed and said she has no idea and it's being worked. We are not happy with that level of service.

The water frequently was only hot in any setting of the faucet and shower handle. It prevented showering as the water was too hot. The front desk clerk at checkout was unable to understand how to check us out when we paid cash. She mentioned the wrong rate, then gave us the correct price. When we gave her more than the price and we were waiting for change, she said we owed more money. This went on for a few minutes until we convinced her about the math. She also had difficulty counting the cash we gave her.

Property was close to major roads and close to the City of Newburgh where we visited Washington's Headquarters. Hot breakfast was a plus and very good. Rooms were clean beds were nicely made, but mattresses were a little soft would have preferred a firmer bed. Bathroom had fluffy towels; in the shower; shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in individual bottles- very convenient. Hair dryer too.

The Hotel its self was nice and clean. Staff was okay, not overly welcoming. The area that we were in was not the best and that was coming from a Sheriff we had met at the hotel. Area has high drugs and crime. We actually saw someone being arrested for theft at the gas station down the street. We were there just for an overnight so it was okay.

The room was very clean. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The breakfast was not good. All cereals were sweet no healthy choices. The waffles were all flavored. The pastry choices were poor-just one or two items. No fresh fruit.
