SURPRISE….. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE I was disappointed that there was no shuttle unless your a pilot. They have special shuttle service for airline employees. Just not regular guests. Other than that it’s a beautiful clean place. Beds are really soft. Room was large. Breakfast was great Just don’t book this room thinking you’re going to get a shuttle to it because they have no service. Yet they advertise as if they are a hotel near the airport. Takes a little more than 15 minutes to get there. Beautiful place when you arrive at least. That was a Godsend.

Only 1 Elevator functions…..pray you don’t get a room on the 5th floor…it’s a 5-10 minute wait…. waste of time, just use the stairs. Carpet near the pool hallway is a trip hazard, needs to be replaced. Nice area, but hotel needs attention. Not clean or user friendly.

Everything about the people running the hotel was excellent! The building itself was a little run-down with 1 out of two elevators broken for our entire 5 week stay. The other elevator was inoperative several times, and our room was on the 5th floor. The indoor pool is 3 feet deep and greenish... I wouldn't let my children in it. Other than those two items, I would give 5 stars.

the Pool was out of service, the free breakfast was mid, my AC buttons were not working so it stayed on and i was freezing all night, the tiles in the bathroom was loose... just over all needs updates asap

Our vehicle was one of approximately five or six had our windows broken out and items stolen out of them. Management wasn’t concerned and offered no help at all and acted as though this happened on a regular basis. They also stated that there were no cameras on the side of the building where it occurred. They offered no help or assistance and twenty four hours after it happened, police still didn’t have all the information from Hampton Inn. We were in town for a family function.

I was disappointed by the run down condition. The carpets are filthy in the hallways and bunched up. There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby and hallways. The sheets didnt fit or stay on, so half the night, we were trying to put the fitted sheet on. The lobby front doors are filthy. Overall, I was disappointed considering the price of the room.

It was alittle weird by each door on our floor the carpet was messed up and looked like black and moldy , then we had a team mates room who was covered in black mold, they had to change rooms. So I’m sure y’all are working on getting that fixed. Other than that making us alittle concerned, for sure. We were pleased :)

The walls were so thin, I think there was a door that I shared with the room next to me and I could hear everything like people snoring next to me. Very uncomfortable. At least if you have rooms like that why don't you keep one room empty? Breakfast was way below average as well

Can hear the traffic noise constantly. Noise from room next door. They had small kids who yelled screamed loudly. They made so much noise that I had to call the front desk to report it. This has been going on since I checked in to the room. It’s 10:36 pm and I think they are quiet now but people in the room above us is making noise now. Walking hard in the floor. If it wasn’t for the other guests this stay would be perfect.

Close to DFW airport, but never noticed any noise from airplanes. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and it was close to the people we were visiting. Easy in and out. Unique "barn door" that slides to cover the bathroom and closet openings. It only covers one or the other, so accessing the closet closes the bathroom and vice-versa. Not a fan of that arrangement, no matter how clever the design.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Seriously, I am thinking of buying the bed from their online store. Very, very new facility. Staff was a bit brusque, but the hotel itself was really great. Would definitely stay there again. (But I would get on the top floor since there were a lot of kids staying there and they could get noisy on the roof of my room.)

The road noise in this hotel is terrible. There are a lot of hotels in this area. I wonder if they all get that excessive highway noise. Not a very peaceful stay The room was modern and very clean but the hallway carpets are a wreck. Stained and wrinkled. Also the tv sits at a right angle to the bed We weren’t impressed with this feature at all.

The staff at this location is very disrespectful. We showed up at check in at 3 pm. I paid for my reservation weeks ago. So when we came at check the receptionist informed us our room wasn't ready. She said to come back in 10-15 minutes and that the room would be ready. Of course doing exactly what she asked, we returned only to be told that we needed to be patient and she had no idea when we would have a room. Like you are the one that told us to come back in 10-15 minutes? What is with the attitude. She was very sarcastic and condescending. I had two exhausted kids that needed a bed. She said it was an overbooking issue and the hotel come at first serve. I PAID for this reservation. I can absolutely be patient. But the attitude was unnecessary. I have seen other reviews regarding the staff and honestly I am not surprised. I will never come back to this hotel again.

I had an unpleasant experience at check-in. The front desk staff greeted me with a cold demeanor—no smile or friendly greeting. While I was waiting, I noticed she interacted differently with another customer, who happened to be white, treating them warmly with smiles and kindness. The property canceled my room because it was after midnight. I made reservation at 8pm and message property it would be 3-4am check in. They charged my cardbthen canceled it. Made me pay again a higher rate fornmy 6hr stay. The manager (Myisha) on property has no clue how to perform job. Said there was no way to honor rate or my reservation that i had and payed for. I would never stay at this property because they clearly have no ideah how to run a business!

On arrival there was noone at the reception. It was only 8pm. When the lady came out of the back she wasn't welcoming at all. The room was fine but the breakfast was not good and hot options cold along with the coffee at 7.30 am.

Feels like a 2nd home as much as we travel to the metroplex. It's close to our son's home. Convenient. Comfortable and peaceful environment. Great coffee. Good breakfast options. Indoor pool that has towels in the pool area. Secure and safe neighborhood.
