Hotel novo, bem localizado, atendentes educados, otimo cafe da manha, aliás o café é o ponto forte da estadia. Quarto espaçoso, porém a limpeza não condiz com o local, o quarto estava com cheiro forte de suor, o chão empoeirado e o box do banheiro cheio de lodo. O corredor dos quartos incluindo o hall dos elevadores tambem muito sujo. Um dos grandes problemas do hotel são os elevadores, alem da espera ser demorada, ele para em quase todos os andares sem ninguem ter acionado. Outro ponto é a area da hidromassagem e da sauna (que nunca estava ligada), o ambiente que é pra ser de relaxamento nao existe, as pessoas ficam nos celulares com som alto e não respeitam o tempo de uso da banheira, além do cheiro de mofo no ambiente. O mesmo acontece com o serviço do Spa Milano, eles vendem uma coisa e entregam completamente outra, não vale a pena, o espaço tem sérios problemas de infraestrutura, sem acústica, ar condicionado e cheiro muito forte de mofo também. Se não fossem esses problemas, a estadia teria sido incrível.
