No elevators had to carry everything upstairs. Got to the room and shower floor was covered in hair. Air conditioner did not work very well. Beds were way too small. Also the metal frame of the bed was sticking out way to far. Didn’t look like things were cleaned very well. Smelled horrible. Only reason we stayed is because it was way too late to continue traveling. Breakfast was terrible hardly anything available.

It seems this older property is sort of being upgraded. It does need work but was functional and easy for us to be very near a family event in Washington. Our room was quiet and staff was very helpful as needed.

Maybe we need to have more lights in the back and maybe cameras

Convenient and easy to get to. It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility, but reeked of smoke on the second floor. When I asked the gal at the front desk about it I was told they do have a few smoking rooms. That's not a non-smoking facility!! Smelled terrible!!

It is a well maintained older property; it is clean & the beds are comfortable. The staff are helpful & friendly. It is a very good value.

This is an older hotel, but in good condition & very clean, the staff are very friendly. We always stay here when visiting family in the area because of the great location & they are pet friendly. It is a quiet, comfortable sleep. There is an amazing walking trail near this hotel also.

Desk chair, and other chair stained and dirty. Carpet needs cleaning made socks black when walking on. Toilet rocked and no water pressure as it only had a spray feature in sink. Staff very friendly which helped.

Beautiful place, decorated well. Housekeeping could use a little work.

We had contacted the property directly about having a service dog. Upon arrival, we told the manager at check in again that we had a service dog. He said that he would have to change our room because we have a dog. He said that he would have to do this because people may have dog allergies could rent the room after our stay. We assured him that our miniature schnauzer was a hypo allergic dog. He replied that the room we originally had booked was recently renovated and he wasn't going to deep clean it after we left because we had a dog in our room. So he gave us a room on the opposite wing that he assured us wasn't a dog room, however by the dog hair on the baseboards, it had indeed been a dog room. We had warm water in the tub/shower but excellent hot water at the vanity sink. We called the front desk and the manager came to our room and said that was like that in the whole hotel. We asked to check the water temperature in another room, and he said 110 percent all the rooms have the same water temperature in the tub/shower. He said that it was because of the pipe size. Being a professional plumber, I told him that had nothing to do with the water temperature and that the temperature of the water at the vanity should be the same as the tub/shower. I told him that the shower valve cartridge needed replaced. He told me that because of the Christmas holiday he couldn't get a plumber out to look into it.

Be warned that the water in the showers is hooked up backwards. If you want a warm shower, turn the faucet to the cold side.

The room was nice. The breakfast was average. The water in the shower was barely warm, so it was very cold taking a shower. They need to increase the temperature on their water heater.
