Stayed 8 nights

Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. The hotel staff reported that other guests and staff were sick but that it was “stomach flu” that was in the resort. (Last year they claimed that it was gastroenteritis that was in the resort) We had four other friends on the holiday that we skied and socialised with who were staying elsewhere. They had no issues with sickness. I have had over forty skiing holidays in the Alps and have been sick twice, both in this hotel. This hotel clearly has a problem and the staff and management are denying it. We will not be back.

Location and staff are fantastic. Rooms are good; might benefit from better pillows and also Netflix on the TVs

Elevator takes 20 mins people got very frustrated, room smells like old lady perfume, and upon check in, I had an upset stomach and there were a lot of yogurts in a fridge and when I tried to take one, the lady at the desk said I can’t have it only for breakfast even when I offered to buy it. Terrible first impression and experience. Breakfast same everyday and terrible.

Stunning hotel, if I had all the money in the world I would still stay here. It’s sunny, truly ski in ski out, great staff, luxury rooms and a cozy bar. Could not love this place more❤️🙌
