아침식사는 우선 종류가 많지 않았고, ala carte 메뉴는 너무 밀려 받는데 한참 걸렸다.. 다만 빵종류와 과일은 다양해서 좋았다 이외 직원들은 여느 발리와 같이 항상 친절하고 좋았다, 방은 조금 오래되었지만 전반적으로 쾌적하였으며, 리조트 내 수영장은 다소 넓은 편이었다.

At surface level, it looks good but once you get settled in - it’s nothing more than your average hotel that prices itself as a 5-star hotel. The staff was very nice, and the activities available were nice to be able to participate in but the restaurant was over-priced for below-average food (minus the breakfast buffet, that was awesome), the pool was not well-maintained, and it was pretty far from everything.

Situated at a quiet area of Jimbaran. Rooms are nice and large although you can see a bit that the condition is not what it used to be. However is was very clean and the staff did everyday an excellent job! Also everyone was no nice, also with breakfast nothing is too much. Breakfast is however Asian oriented so for European people the availability of continental breakfast is not that much. The spa is highly recommended, we took a few times the massages and facial and we felt reborn.

Udmærket hotel som dog ligger lidt afsides. Personalet er meget venlig og hjælpsom. Der var myrer på vores værelse, da vi ankom, men det blev hurtig løst. Poolen trænger til en renovering. Da der er flere løse og manglende fliser.

Grand hôtel, piscine, personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec un large choix. L’hôtel vous propose des activités toute la semaine pour la grande majorité gratuites (yoga, cours de danse, cours de préparation de cocktails, cuisine balinaise.....) Je recommande !

Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

I stayed at the Royal Tulip resort for 6 days with my spouse and baby and we absolutely loved it. Booking this hotel was probably the best decision we made while staying in Bali, because it made life so much easier for us. We took the 2-bedroom family suite and had so much room; a dining area and kitchen with large fridge/freezer and kettle, each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, and a living room area where you could sit back and relax. The rooms here were super clean and the amenities were definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star resort and each day they’d provide us with plenty of drinking water bottles. What we loved the most was their exceptional breakfast which had so much variety including a made-to-order omelette station. The staff here are SUPER friendly and accommodating, and interacting with them was such a pleasure - especially with SRI at breakfast and the wonderful woman who oversees the play zone area for kids. They made our stay extra pleasant. We ended up liking the resort so much that one of the days we decided to just stay back and relax at the pool then get massages at the spa (which I highly recommend as well), and make a room order from their dinner menu. Their restaurant menu is also pretty good and the food is very hygienically cooked. If there was one thing I would want, it’s just to have a microwave in the family suite kitchen - other than that this hotel had everything we needed and more. Will be coming back here again for sure.

Not a great stay to finish our trip to bali. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped were they could but a few pointers and honest feedback. The gym and facilities are terrible, no cold water or towels in the gym. Couldnt even buy still water from the bar, they didnt have any on 3 occasions. Breakfast is horrendous, dirty tables, cutlery, floor is full of food. very limited options, no basics like porridge, Yoghurts, cant have a coffee from the barista only jug coffee. (I understand that latte, cappuccinos are charable but its standard to be given one with your Breakfast as part of the package, first place ive stayed in bali where you dont get at least one if not all coffees) bread area is stale, i saw a kid pick up a donut and he didnt want it so a waiter put it back on the tray. Again the staff are kind and friendly but they look rushed around, poorly run. Positives - beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are abit dated but clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at times. Laundry was good, picked up and dropped off in same day and reasonably priced. Overall i wouldnt come back to the hotel or recommend it. But thats just my opinion.

Wish the pool was cleaned more often throughout the day as there were leaves falling in. Wish they gave shower wash/gel every time they came to clean the room. We loved our hotelroom and the entrance. The staff is so nice and polite too! The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. The choice was okay but many times for example the pancakes were finished, or the bread or the croissants. Also you couldn’t get cheese by yourself but there was nobody behind the buffet to help. Scrambled egg tasted amazing! The pool was nice but the bed were quite dirty. The room is very big and everyday they cleaned it so nice and tidy. I felt very comfortable. We didnt realise the location was quite far from uluwatu so by cap it took somtimes over an hour to get there.

This property is overall okay if you plan to stay at the resort with family at the pool. Breakfast is ok. My family suite had mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The towels were old and stained. At least 15-30 minutes to any beach. There are two roads that you can drive to arrive at the hotel, one of the roads are in really bad shape. Nice restaurant/day club called locca near by. Did not enjoy my stay and unfortunately it was my last stop on the trip so was hoping for a nice ending.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Overall the rooms was beautiful but after a closer inspection there were broken things here and there, rust gathering places, etc. Just not quite the 5 star luxury advertised. However for the price of the stay though it was well worth it! We would likely stay here again.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war der Hammer!! Sehr große Auswahl, vielseitig. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Abflüsse im Bad muffelten etwas. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits. Zu Fuß nichts erreichbar.

Had an amazing stay at The Royal Tulip Springhill Resort at Jimbaran! It was the perfect place to rest while we spent the day doing tours and sightseeing. Very friendly staff, a beautiful room and lovely facilities

However is was very clean and the staff did everyday an excellent job! Also everyone was no nice, also with breakfast nothing is too much. Breakfast is however Asian oriented so for European people the availability of continental breakfast is not that much. The spa is highly recommended, we took a few times the massages and facial and we felt reborn.

This is an older property that needs some tlc here and there. Hotel is located in very quiet location and with great access to everything. Hotel restaurant is ok, local cousin is good, western is hit or miss. Brakefast on the other side was very good. Staff is exceptional and always going extra mile to make you feel comfortable. For the money we paid, we have no regrets staying here.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Overall the rooms was beautiful but after a closer inspection there were broken things here and there, rust gathering places, etc. Just not quite the 5 star luxury advertised. However for the price of the stay though it was well worth it! We would likely stay here again.

I stayed at the Royal Tulip resort for 6 days with my spouse and baby and we absolutely loved it. Booking this hotel was probably the best decision we made while staying in Bali, because it made life so much easier for us. We took the 2-bedroom family suite and had so much room; a dining area and kitchen with large fridge/freezer and kettle, each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, and a living room area where you could sit back and relax. The rooms here were super clean and the amenities were definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star resort and each day they’d provide us with plenty of drinking water bottles. What we loved the most was their exceptional breakfast which had so much variety including a made-to-order omelette station. The staff here are SUPER friendly and accommodating, and interacting with them was such a pleasure - especially with SRI at breakfast and the wonderful woman who oversees the play zone area for kids. They made our stay extra pleasant. We ended up liking the resort so much that one of the days we decided to just stay back and relax at the pool then get massages at the spa (which I highly recommend as well), and make a room order from their dinner menu. Great resort , I was unhappy with a hotel I booked in Ulluwatu, and changed to Royal Tulip. You are treated like Royalty, stunning resort, beautiful rooms, linen high grade. Beautiful buffet breakfast, high level of security , very very large rooms. Was upgraded when I arrived to pool access room. Yes location is not central, like you can just walk out the door to restaurants, you need a taxi or bike. But ! To be honest it was worth, resort is huge, it opened my eyes to choosing a high quality resort further away. 30 mins Drive to Single fin Ullawatu , maybe 10-15 mins to Jimbarin beach Such value for money ! I will be back, so safe , so beautiful, staff are exceptional

Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

Not a great stay to finish our trip to bali. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped were they could but a few pointers and honest feedback. The gym and facilities are terrible, no cold water or towels in the gym. Couldnt even buy still water from the bar, they didnt have any on 3 occasions. Breakfast is horrendous, dirty tables, cutlery, floor is full of food. very limited options, no basics like porridge, Yoghurts, cant have a coffee from the barista only jug coffee. (I understand that latte, cappuccinos are charable but its standard to be given one with your Breakfast as part of the package, first place ive stayed in bali where you dont get at least one if not all coffees) bread area is stale, i saw a kid pick up a donut and he didnt want it so a waiter put it back on the tray. Again the staff are kind and friendly but they look rushed around, poorly run. Positives - beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are abit dated but clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at times. Laundry was good, picked up and dropped off in same day and reasonably priced. Overall i wouldnt come back to the hotel or recommend it. But thats just my opinion.

We loved our hotelroom and the entrance. The staff is so nice and polite too! The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. The choice was okay but many times for example the pancakes were finished, or the bread or the croissants. Also you couldn’t get cheese by yourself but there was nobody behind the buffet to help. Scrambled egg tasted amazing! The pool was nice but the bed were quite dirty. The room is very big and everyday they cleaned it so nice and tidy. I felt very comfortable. We didnt realise the location was quite far from uluwatu so by cap it took somtimes over an hour to get there.

This property is overall okay if you plan to stay at the resort with family at the pool. Breakfast is ok. My family suite had mold in the bathroom ceiling and walls. The towels were old and stained. At least 15-30 minutes to any beach. There are two roads that you can drive to arrive at the hotel, one of the roads are in really bad shape. Nice restaurant/day club called locca near by. Did not enjoy my stay and unfortunately it was my last stop on the trip so was hoping for a nice ending.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war der Hammer!! Sehr große Auswahl, vielseitig. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Abflüsse im Bad muffelten etwas. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits. Zu Fuß nichts erreichbar.

Situated at a quiet area of Jimbaran. Rooms are nice and large although you can see a bit that the condition is not what it used to be. However is was very clean and the staff did everyday an excellent job! Also everyone was no nice, also with breakfast nothing is too much. Breakfast is however Asian oriented so for European people the availability of continental breakfast is not that much. The spa is highly recommended, we took a few times the massages and facial and we felt reborn.

We loved our hotelroom and the entrance. The staff is so nice and polite too! The breakfast was a bit dissapointing. The choice was okay but many times for example the pancakes were finished, or the bread or the croissants. Also you couldn’t get cheese by yourself but there was nobody behind the buffet to help. Scrambled egg tasted amazing! The pool was nice but the bed were quite dirty. The room is very big and everyday they cleaned it so nice and tidy. I felt very comfortable. We didnt realise the location was quite far from uluwatu so by cap it took somtimes over an hour to get there.

Grand hôtel, piscine, personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec un large choix. L’hôtel vous propose des activités toute la semaine pour la grande majorité gratuites (yoga, cours de danse, cours de préparation de cocktails, cuisine balinaise.....) Je recommande !

Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!!

This is an older property that needs some tlc here and there. Hotel is located in very quiet location and with great access to everything. Hotel restaurant is ok, local cousin is good, western is hit or miss. Brakefast on the other side was very good. Staff is exceptional and always going extra mile to make you feel comfortable. For the money we paid, we have no regrets staying here.

I stayed at the Royal Tulip resort for 6 days with my spouse and baby and we absolutely loved it. Booking this hotel was probably the best decision we made while staying in Bali, because it made life so much easier for us. We took the 2-bedroom family suite and had so much room; a dining area and kitchen with large fridge/freezer and kettle, each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, and a living room area where you could sit back and relax. The rooms here were super clean and the amenities were definitely what you’d expect from a 5-star resort and each day they’d provide us with plenty of drinking water bottles. What we loved the most was their exceptional breakfast which had so much variety including a made-to-order omelette station. The staff here are SUPER friendly and accommodating, and interacting with them was such a pleasure - especially with SRI at breakfast and the wonderful woman who oversees the play zone area for kids. They made our stay extra pleasant. We ended up liking the resort so much that one of the days we decided to just stay back and relax at the pool then get massages at the spa (which I highly recommend as well), and make a room order from their dinner menu. Their restaurant menu is also pretty good and the food is very hygienically cooked. If there was one thing I would want, it’s just to have a microwave in the family suite kitchen - other than that this hotel had everything we needed and more. Will be coming back here again for sure.

Not a great stay to finish our trip to bali. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, they helped were they could but a few pointers and honest feedback. The gym and facilities are terrible, no cold water or towels in the gym. Couldnt even buy still water from the bar, they didnt have any on 3 occasions. Breakfast is horrendous, dirty tables, cutlery, floor is full of food. very limited options, no basics like porridge, Yoghurts, cant have a coffee from the barista only jug coffee. (I understand that latte, cappuccinos are charable but its standard to be given one with your Breakfast as part of the package, first place ive stayed in bali where you dont get at least one if not all coffees) bread area is stale, i saw a kid pick up a donut and he didnt want it so a waiter put it back on the tray. Again the staff are kind and friendly but they look rushed around, poorly run. Positives - beds are clean and comfortable, the rooms are abit dated but clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at times. Laundry was good, picked up and dropped off in same day and reasonably priced. Overall i wouldnt come back to the hotel or recommend it. But thats just my opinion.

Staff are very friendly, the swimming pool and the green pastures around it are a beautiful scenery. The swimming pool are not too deep for 10 years old kid to be swimming by themselves.
