We had a one bedroom suite for 4 people. Our room was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the indoor pool. It was cloudy and the air was so thick with a chemical smell that we decided not to risk it. Aside from that, terrific!

We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future.

We were on the third floor. While our room was very clean there had been a burst pipe in the fourth floor from a sewer or toilet line which. Dripped down into the third floor hall- smelling the entire floor up of raw sewage. The smell did come into our room. Not pleasant.

My bed had ceumbs on it and the outside seating area was dusty snd mon sonw as picking up cigarete filters off the table so it hasent been cleaned in a long time also the halways smely like burning electric near the elevator and my room was right next to the elevator so it kept waking me up

The hotel smell terribly of cigarette smoke. The fold out couch was dingy and smelled of mildew. The staff were courteous, breakfast was great, and we had no other issues. The major problem was the fact that all of us at headaches during our stage really strong odor of cigarettes.

The room needs updating. Cupboards are worn. Door looked like someone used a crowbar to break in at some point. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. They were double beds, not queen. Too small for a couple. The hotel is quiet and the breakfast was good, but I had no car and the distance to the bus stop is far. There are no shops within walking distance and there is nothing in that area, so definitely do not stay here if you do not have access to a vehicle. Uber cost $24.91 for a one way ride to a small mall 5 miles away.

We paid for a room for three people but the room didn't have bedding for the pull out bed. I had to go to the front desk twice and still didn't end up with proper bedding.

The room was very nice. The only real complaint would be the sofa and chairs we found uncomfortable to sit on. The sofa was difficult to get out of. They really need to be replaced. It's definitely showing it's age. There were 5 of us staying in the room and we really liked the space the room offered. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was very good, a nice variety. Would stay there again & hopefully by then they would have replaced the sofa.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Employees have exceptional customer service. Rooms are always clean and cozy. Amenities are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Huge kudos to all the staff and management for continued efforts. My family and I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it never disappoints. Hospitality nowadays goes SUCH a long way. All employees are so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. Well worth every hard earned penny.

We were so lucky to have Vince and Nicole and the whole staff. Half of our family was here for the Bills game but myself and daughter were not. We were at the hotel early and they were amazing getting us into a room. My 5 year old was pretty chill in the walls of room and my sanity was saved. The rooms were updated and clean. The staff were kind and easy to approach. They were always really on top of any ask we had and we have no complaints! The stay was great.

Great location and love having a microwave and refrigerator in room, especially helpful when located across from two grocery stores. Location is very quiet and feels safe. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was always super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great - food was really good. My second time staying here and I will stay again! The little apartment, AMAZING! It has everything you need and the front desk people are extremely professional especially Vincent! You are truly fortunate to have such an amazing worker like Vincent! My sink was cracked and the breakfast was a total, hot, processed, limited, disgusting mess however i enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back!

Employees have exceptional customer service. Rooms are always clean and cozy. Amenities are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Huge kudos to all the staff and management for continued efforts. My family and I have been coming to this location for 6 years and it never disappoints. Hospitality nowadays goes SUCH a long way. All employees are so welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. Well worth every hard earned penny.

Our one-night stay was very comfortable and restful for us after a long drive and visiting with our family at a memorial service for a much loved cousin. The suite was very clean and perfect for our stay. The staff was helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work our stove. The breakfast was fantastic.

The people at the front desk, when we first got there, were very helpful and quite nice! Breakfast was ok and the location was good for shopping and getting on the highway quickly.

Great hotel, we had a two room suite and it was really well appointed, large and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the attendants were really helpful and kept the buffet looking fresh and full. Would definitely recommend

Not 1 complaint about our 1 week stay at West Seneca Staybridge. It was truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve experienced in the US or CA. Our 1 bedroom suite was extremely clean, spacious and contained everything you could ask for, from the kitchen appliances , dishes,to the layout, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and TV in both the BR and LR made it easy for individual choice viewing with many,many channels to choose from. The pool was never too busy and clean towels were always available poolside. All staff were amazing and no request was not met without an answer, a fix and a smile. The breakfast was beyond superior and plentiful. This experience was so enjoyable, it will now be our “ go to” when visiting Buffalo.

The fitted bottom sheet wasn’t big enough to cover the thick mattress, so several times each night I had to re-make the bed. Also, the mattress pad kept bunching up making sleeping uncomfortable. Early in my visit the desk clerk gladly gave me a bag of ice. Later in my stay a lady clerk sleeping said the ice maker was broken, yet there were buckets of ice being used for the breakfast display.
