Incredible lodge. The rooms are magnificent, as are the grounds and the views. Wonderful access to the semi-private Playa Bonita. High-quality Euro-Argentine fusion food at the five star restaurant (The Stag) and wonderful Patagonian wines. (Try the Wapisa Malbec, which is affordable and delicious). And the staff tops it off with perfect service. Thank you!

Amazing, everything was better than I expected. The staff and services were superb. I will come back 100 times! The room was very spacious, with a private jacuzzi tub and a private sauna! Everything was clean. The mini fridge, electric kettle and microwave gave us a lot of freedom. On the days that we weren't hiking, we spent the day in the heated pool or going to the beach using the hotel's private entrance to the lake. Amazing in every way!

Everything was wonderful, the staff - Nico, Alejandra, and all the others as well - is incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel is located in front of the lake, spectacular view, excellent facilities, outstanding restaurant. The master room is a private spa, comfortable and cozy. I'll give it six stars if allowed.

Room was a spacious 500 sf., with separate sitting/dining area, kitchenette, outdoor deck with fabulous views of lake and mountains, jacuzzi tub, sauna, wood-burning stove, etc., etc. Too many special amenities to name. The location of this hotel is amazing and views are incredible. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I think the in room spa is not as useful as a large up to date spa facility. The breakfast was very good. The disappointment was that their pool /hot tub area was not on par for a luxury resort. Plastic lounge chairs. Old hot tub that wasn’t hot enough. They could make a huge upgrade by fixing that.

Property with a rustic interior reminiscent of the Swiss alps, and most rooms had a privileged view of the lake where you can hear the lapping waves. Breakfast menu was fixed everyday except for the eggs where you have several options to choose from so you could have a different style each day, nonetheless the food was delicious. However, service was rather inconsistent. With some staff, there were several communication lapses which diminished the quality of stay at this price point, for example forgetting our instructions to replenish the soap and shampoo. But other staff went the extra mile to brighten up your day and made communication, both in person and over WhatsApp, seamless.

Fantastic friendly staff. Found the rooms to be dated. Dinner was very good. Breakfast so so. We had an issue with the underfloor heating bento hot and had to sleep most the night with the ac on to cool us down.

Tudo otimo, equipe maravilhosa, ficamos em suite embaixo da recepcao, nos deu um pouco de dor de cabeca devido a ser casas de madeira, escutavamo muitos passos e arrastados de cadeira. Cafe da manha não se compara dos hoteis brasileiros, bem pouca coisa e simples. Mas vista incrivel, quartos excelentes, tudo em conformidades para viagem em casal.

El servicio del personal es increíble, nosotros reservamos el departamento con 3 habitaciones, en realidad son 2 y la tercera está en un tipo loft (no es ideal para adulto ya que no tiene puertas y poca privacidad), el personal resolvió esto y nos ofreció una habitación aparte para que cada quien tenga privacidad. Ya es un lugar antiguo y requiere mucho mantenimiento, sobretodo en las bañeras. Pero el premio es el EXCELENTE SERVICIO de todo el personal.

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The view from our room and also from the dining room was unbeatable. The only negative may be the many stairs to get to some rooms for people who have difficulty walking. We definitely would go back to this lodge and recommend it highly. We are experienced travelers.

This property is beyond beautiful. Charming is the perfect name for the hotel. Everything was great - from the rooms and views, to the location and impeccable landscaping. But the best part was the staff, especially Alejandra at the front desk. She was lovely to chat with and was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel.

Todos muito atenciosos. Pedi o upgrade que o site mencionou ser possível (hotéis.com gold) e que upgrade maravilhoso eles ofereceram! Suíte master, com saunas e banheira de casal! Café da manhã excelente e restaurante também, embora com opções restritas (como é a regra em Bariloche). Extremo conforto no quarto e muita privacidade também, pois os chalés são independentes. No último dia, meu marido precisou de atendimento médico e o hotel não nos cobrou as seis horas a mais que precisamos ficar. A equipe do hotel foi extremamente gentil em uma situação complicada. Não tenho dúvidas de que retorno para esse hotel em uma próxima estada em Bariloche.

The Charming Lodge is exactly that - charming! The location is wonderful. Close to town and easy access to other points of interest, as well. It is right on the lake and the views are breathtaking. La verdad todo 5 estrellas. Hotel muito bom. Pessoas muito solicitas e educadas, o quarto (suíte master 31) era excelente em todos os aspectos mas acredito que há outros com uma vista melhor já que a nossa era um pouco obstruída mas muito bonita também. Cama grande, confortável, bons travesseiros, muito espaço. Café da manhã bem gostoso. O restaurante do hotel é bom além de ficar bem perto do El Patagon que é um bom restaurante também. Recomendo e ficaria novamente principalmente em uma viagem de casal.
