Beautiful views from the balcony of the mountains and river. Close to food and shops. Only hard part was getting directions for didi to location as it is off the Main Street. Might be helpful to use the name of the restaurant on the corner next to the bridge to give to didi driver

Nice hotel, very good and friendly service (english speaking). Only downside is that there is no heating in the breakfast room, so it was quite cold to enjoy the breakfast at room temperature +3 Celsius. So, if you are travelling in the winter this is good to know.

The hotel driver to and from airport was outstanding. Staffs suggestion for dinner was excellent. They helped contact the tour guide who was late to arrive. View of the river was perfect

The staff were great at helping us plan our days and the room was great, be warned all the hotels have lobbys that are open to the outdoors so they are very cold in winter.

Thanks to their advice, we managed to see all the must-visit spots in just two days. One unique highlight was the hotel’s impressive collection of traditional outfits that guests can try on for free—such a fun and memorable experience! We also highly recommend booking a local tour guide, either Chinese or English-speaking, as it truly saves time and enhances your exploration of Zhangjiajie. Overall, Lee’s Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We strongly recommend this charming boutique hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Despite the language barrier, the staff was always trying to help and make my stay very comfortable. The heat was not working but htey got me 3 heaters and did all the efforts so i could be comfortable.

However, the best part of this hotel was the amazing staff who did everything to make me feel welcome and comfortable, including helping me plan my solo excursions into the park each day. If I ever visit Zhanjiajie again, this is the place that I’d stay. You should too.

This property was fronted by the river and close to shopping and many restaurants. Fortunately for me, it was also close to the medical clinic. The staff was kind. They lent me a walking stick and returned a borrowed wheelchair for me. When we had to depart earlier in the morning, they accommodated an earlier breakfast. When I had trouble getting out, they brought breakfast to my room. The breakfasts were plentiful with tasty scratch made fresh local foods. The dumplings were great! The Chinese style omelet was enough for 2 since there was so much other good food. There were a few quirks, like the fancy bidet toilet in our room was too long for the space so we had to sit sideways so our knees didn’t hit the vanity. But the room was as beautiful as the pictures. We really appreciated the soaking tub after the long hikes in the mountains. I brought epsom salts with me. Our Chinese speaking guide was really great, but we also managed at the hotel with translating apps when she wasn’t with us. However she was essentials when I had to communicate with the busy clinic doctor and figuring out the most efficient way to see all the many sites in the area. Despite my health issues, the logistics of getting around such an huge area (hiring a driver on some days was the key and a local guide to communicate with them and the Didi drivers and find great, clean, safe places to eat helped a lot) and the rain in April, we thought the area was the highlight of our trip to China. Amazing!

Rooms were very unique, and we loved this quirky little place. The hotel staff (all 3 of them) were delightful, and the location is great. Would have liked to know: 1) the hotel is located down a very narrow alley, and hard for larger cars to get to (better to have them drop you down the street); 2) we had some problems with A/C, sometimes worked great and other times not so much; 3) breakfast is cooked to order, you just check off what you want the night before.

I was very fortunate to find this hotel. I Love Lee's Boutique Resort. My room was a corner room to look out of both sides of the room. It had a huge bath tub (which is important to me), especially the staff was very accommodating. They arranged all the tours and transportation that I wanted. I think this particular hotel provided everything that was the reason for me to come to China in the first place.

Lee’s is a cute and somewhat quirky (in a good way) hotel. They are very helpful with recommendations and making reservations and providing general information about activities. They also helped us book our English speaking tour guide, who was very knowledgeable. The rooms are unique. Ours had a tree in it and a painted ceiling. I would recommend friends and family to stay there.

Breakfast is excellent to start the whole day hiking in the Zhangjiajie National Park. Definitely will return to stay with them for the next trip in the same area.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring this beautiful, green part of China called Zhangjiajie. It's only a 12 minutes walk to the 'East Gate' entrance to the amazing National Forest Park where one of the highlights is the Avatar Mountain. The hotel is very closed to many eateries as well as the Grand Threater (the nightly show is a must) with huge rooms even for China standard and all the staff are very friendly and will attend to your every needs. Highly recommend.
