Went here on my first ever solo trip and i have absolutely nothing but the finest praise! Big room with a fully functional kitchen! A very nice roomy and private bathroom. The bed is big and comfy and the armchairs right next to the big panorama windows were perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while enjoying the view from the 16th floor. When i go back to Linköping im definitely staying here again! It's located in easy walking distance from downtown AND a huge shopping centre/IKEA combo (I-HUSET). There's also plenty of options for groceries nearby. Despite being right next to the railway i was never bothered by any noise at all. The private (and free!) parking space is really nice and it's only 10 min away from the highway. Because of trouble with my second hotel, i decided to try to extend my stay here. The staff on the phone was very friendly and spoke great english. Got my extension and even got to stay in the same room! 10/10 pefect stay!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Parkplätze gibt es unweit des Hotels. Auch dass kein Personal vor Ort ist, ist absolut kein Problem. Lediglich die Betten (Bett als auch Schlafsofa) sind mittlerweile sehr durchgelegen und müssten in nicht all zu ferner Zukunft ausgetauscht werden. Aber das ist das einzige Manko. Selbst ist es dort sehr schön. Der Bahnhof ist sehr nah und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto schnell.

This was a great place to stay. Could walk into Linköping from there on the bike and walking path. The room was nice and the place was very safe feeling. However, we ended up getting a $40 parking ticket because we parked in the wrong lot. Coming in at night we didn’t see the sign to the hotel lot and even though they gave us a parking permit to keep in the car, there was no mention of where we should park with the permit and we missed the movable sign outside. When I messaged the company (there is no one onsite) I got no response. Still 3 days later no response from them.

L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux avec une très belle vue de 180° sur la région. Il est bien équipé, lave vaisselle compris. Cependant les assiettes et couverts sont limités, c’est bien dommage ! Une laverie est à disposition. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de réception a été un problème pour nous. À l’arrivée: - comment ouvrir un lien si nous ne captons pas internet? - comment téléphoner si on n’a pas de réseau? A la sortie: - comment rendre des vélos alors que la réception d’un autre hôtel du même nom est fermé et qu’on ne peut toujours pas téléphoner? Est-ce que la direction ne pourrait pas essayer d’améliorer le processus? Hormis l’enregistrement et le retour des vélos, notre séjour a été super.

Bra boende för dig som kommer med bil, då det är gratis parkering nära hotellet. Enkelt att ge sig ut och köra då det inte ligger mitt i stan utan lite i utkanten. Ca 15 min promenad till restauranger och affärer i innerstan. Ingen frukost men ett stort kök med allt som behövs. Enkel in-och utcheckning.

Bra lägenhetshotell med gångavstånd till centrum. Fin utsikt från rummet på våning 15. Dags att byta ut sängen i vårat rum som var rätt nerliggen, men annars bekvämt möblerad. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell för de som inte behöver ha frukost serverad, utan köpa egen och äta på rummet. Bra parkering.

Toppen hotell känns som man bor i en liten etta med tillgång till tvättstuga perfekt under längre vistelser. Gratis parkering, smidig incheckning och utcheckning. Nära till resecentrum, centrum och de stora handelsområdet.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel schön. Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Leider war das Bad nicht wirklich sauber als wir ankamen. Nach Kontakt mit der Hotline wurde jemand geschickt, doch besonders ein komischer roter Fleck blieb und auch sonst war nicht sauberer. Das Schlafsofa war sehr durchgelegen. Wegen der Sommerferien gab es kein Frühstück.

Location is very nice... we stayed for 4 night... its all good...it just we our room was not cleaned during our stay I dont know if we need to clean our own room and we were asked to clear own rubbish at the end of our stay....our stay was very good.

Dejligt stort værelse og alt hvad man behøver i form af køkken og bad. Sengen kunne godt være bredere, der er plads nok til det. Der manglede en brødrister. Når det er sagt, så er det et hotel uden vinduer, der kan åbnes, hvilket stiller store krav til ventilationen. den virkede også perfekt de første dage, men efter en brandalarm en morgen er det åbenbart meget svært og langvarigt at genstarte dette ventilationsanlæg. Et værelse uden ventilation viser sig at være knapt så dejligt. Det gør desværre at vores anmeldelse bliver kanp så god.

16. Sal med dejlig udsigt. Stort værelse dog er det kun en 140 cm seng hvilket er smalt til to, men det vidste vi fra sidst vi var der. Dejligt med opvaskemaskine.

Mycket bra sedan jag fick en nyckel till rummet, men processen innan dess med tel samtal x flera till Norge var inte bra för tilliten! Lådan gick inte upp pga för mycket saker som satts in! Detta måste ni fixa för att jag ska orka boka en gång till! Fick stöd av security personal, boende och Personen i Norge gjorde vad han kunde.

This was a great place to stay. Could walk into Linköping from there on the bike and walking path. The room was nice and the place was very safe feeling. However, we ended up getting a $40 parking ticket because we parked in the wrong lot. Coming in at night we didn’t see the sign to the hotel lot and even though they gave us a parking permit to keep in the car, there was no mention of where we should park with the permit and we missed the movable sign outside. When I messaged the company (there is no one onsite) I got no response. Still 3 days later no response from them.

Sorry we have been coming to this hotel for years and normally have very little issues. This time wow where do i start. 2 floors below were being. Completely refurbished, ceiling, windows, floors, doors the whole lot. Starting 7.30 - 8am to late afternoon, including a crane outside our window hoisting supplies. Only time work stopped was Sat/Sun. We were not told of any works, would have booked elsewhere (would not have booked the sister Hotel in the city due to noises there on prev occassion). Hotel offered 25% discount, but thought was an insult. They did not tell us of any planned work and I felt minumum 50% was more appropriate. I have since been ill so still not resolved. Feel like the minimu they should have informed us prior to arrival and prior to us unpacking. Ruined what should have been a celebration of a new life to the world and catching up with family after not being able to travel for 2 years!!!

Eine Papiertasche, die wurde vor den Hotelzimmer abgestellt, mit einen belegten Brötchen, einen kleinen Saft, einen Joghurt mit Müsli und einen kleines Stückchen Kuchen. Went here on my first ever solo trip and i have absolutely nothing but the finest praise! Big room with a fully functional kitchen! A very nice roomy and private bathroom. The bed is big and comfy and the armchairs right next to the big panorama windows were perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of coffee while enjoying the view from the 16th floor. When i go back to Linköping im definitely staying here again! It's located in easy walking distance from downtown AND a huge shopping centre/IKEA combo (I-HUSET). There's also plenty of options for groceries nearby. Despite being right next to the railway i was never bothered by any noise at all. The private (and free!) parking space is really nice and it's only 10 min away from the highway. Because of trouble with my second hotel, i decided to try to extend my stay here. The staff on the phone was very friendly and spoke great english. Got my extension and even got to stay in the same room! 10/10 pefect stay!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern gestaltet. Parkplätze gibt es unweit des Hotels. Auch dass kein Personal vor Ort ist, ist absolut kein Problem. Lediglich die Betten (Bett als auch Schlafsofa) sind mittlerweile sehr durchgelegen und müssten in nicht all zu ferner Zukunft ausgetauscht werden. Aber das ist das einzige Manko. Selbst ist es dort sehr schön. Der Bahnhof ist sehr nah und auch in die Innenstadt kommt man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto schnell.

Use this if you are driving around Sweden. Otherwise, it's far away from everything in Linkopping. The place itself is nicely equipped with a kitchenette. It's roomy, clean, and comfortable. Parking is available, close (but not *right next to*) the hotel - a very short walk.

Bra lägenhetshotell med gångavstånd till centrum. Fin utsikt från rummet på våning 15. Dags att byta ut sängen i vårat rum som var rätt nerliggen, men annars bekvämt möblerad. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell för de som inte behöver ha frukost serverad, utan köpa egen och äta på rummet. Bra parkering.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel schön. Die Zimmer waren schön groß. Leider war das Bad nicht wirklich sauber als wir ankamen. Nach Kontakt mit der Hotline wurde jemand geschickt, doch besonders ein komischer roter Fleck blieb und auch sonst war nicht sauberer. Das Schlafsofa war sehr durchgelegen. Wegen der Sommerferien gab es kein Frühstück.

Väldig bra vistelse med familj. Smidigt om man vill ha ett kök för frukost och eventuellt laga något trevligt. Vi gillade att ha ett extra rum för lite umgänge med familj på kvällen när barnet sov, något som man inte oftast får på ett vanligt hotell för det här priset. Smidig incheckning på egen hand. Enkelt att nå receptionen som låg i en annan fastighet nu under sommaren med frågor. Verkligen toppen alltihopa, vi kommer tillbaka.

Bra boende för dig som kommer med bil, då det är gratis parkering nära hotellet. Enkelt att ge sig ut och köra då det inte ligger mitt i stan utan lite i utkanten. Ca 15 min promenad till restauranger och affärer i innerstan. Ingen frukost men ett stort kök med allt som behövs. Enkel in-och utcheckning.

Bodde på detta lägenhetshotell även sommaren innan. Då fanns en varuautomat i nära anslutning till hissen. Nu borttagen, den saknade vi. Och gärna att det kan då finnas färsk frukt, och kvarg burkar.

Fullbokat så jag erbjöds det som fanns ledigt och det var en lägenhet där jag inte erbjöds frukost på hotellets matsal samt fick gå ut med sopor själv. Ok om jag hade blivit informerad på förhand vilket inte var fallet.

Location is very nice... we stayed for 4 night... its all good...it just we our room was not cleaned during our stay I dont know if we need to clean our own room and we were asked to clear own rubbish at the end of our stay....our stay was very good.
