The place is older, but in good condition. Staff very friendly as well. You're close to everything and if you had to walk it's not bad at all. Quite room.

My stay was great. The manager was pleasant and friendly. The staff were very helpful when I did know where the ice machine was...she had a very friendly smile. The room was clean and neat....I was taken aback by the lack of bathroom amenities such as soap/shower gel(both dispensers were empty...but no real issues cause I had my own. My sleep was peaceful and restful. I was surprised that this location was directly across from a residual area...very peaceful and calming. Will make another reservation for this hotel on my next trip in the future.

It’s great that this place exists as an option for the broke. The beds are fine and the A/C was great. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was still broke, which I will be. There are roaches. My dad found a dead rodent in his room. The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall and the curtain was mildewed. The door has a deadbolt and that little hotel swing latch. However, the room key cards deactivated every morning and would only work about 1/4 of the time, which was infuriating, and having to go to the front desk several times a day to be asked to be let into my room was annoying as hell. I felt scared when my card wouldn’t work at night. Hotel staff said it was my fault for keeping my card near my phone. Feels slightly unsafe & I piled furniture in front of door at night. I guess for the price it was ok But pillow cases were dirty bed wasnt really made up just thrown together may s well had slept on the floor been as comfortable not the best area either it shared a area with townhomes not fancy ones either My first&last stay here.The original Red Roof location is now another motel that was great to stay at.If I had known I never would have stayed here.They fooled me a pic of the old location

It is a great no frills motel. Very clean with somewhat updated decor. Be aware that there is a row of full time occupancy townhouses that face the motel in the same parking lot. It is odd, but posed no problem during our stay. My only complaint is the non working internet. Per previous reviews, it seems to be an ongoing issue. I reported it and was told they frequently have issues with their provider, Spectrum. This was not a huge problem, but I was unable to get ahead on some work that I had planned on doing during my stay because the motel was listed as having wifi. Overall it was good. No major complaints. Also, be aware, the bed was firm. It was quite comfortable though, and I don't usually like firm mattresses.

IT WAS TERRIBLE !!!!!!!! i gagged when i walked in the room. it looked like a trap & smelled like one as well, it was just horrid . the bathroom was also disgusting and it looked like there was blood in the tub.

The outside of the property alone is sketchy! The clerk in the office was fairly nice and accommodating however, she explains that the room floor is a little wet, but all I had to do was open up the door and let it dry out for a few minutes! Upon entering rule was immediately Bombarded by the wreaking smell of mold and mildew! Very underwhelming and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay at this place, even if they offered it for free.

I felt scared when my card wouldn’t work at night. Hotel staff said it was my fault for keeping my card near my phone. Feels slightly unsafe & I piled furniture in front of door at night. Better than sleeping in a car. The TV shows televangelists and reruns of Gomer Pyle MC but most channels don’t have any sound. Better than sleeping in a car.

They did not clean our room one time in 3 days. Went to get coffee in the office at 7:30 am and it was closed with a night sign in the window. Their breakfast was apples,bananas and fruit loop cereal.

Very nice and attentive Management and Service. A couple small issues with the shower that were fixed within minutes, would definitely stay at again.

It was absolutely amazing the staff is phenomenal. We did have a roach problem though. But the staff switched us rooms in a different building.

Went to check in and found out that they gave away our nonsmoking room and all they had left was smoking rooms. Due to allergies, this would not work. The front desk was very helpful and suggested that we check with the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Luckily, they had a nonsmoking , double bed suite available for the nights we needed.

The place is older, but in good condition. Staff very friendly as well. You're close to everything and if you had to walk it's not bad at all. Quite room.

My stay was great. The manager was pleasant and friendly. The staff were very helpful when I did know where the ice machine was...she had a very friendly smile. The room was clean and neat....I was taken aback by the lack of bathroom amenities such as soap/shower gel(both dispensers were empty...but no real issues cause I had my own. My sleep was peaceful and restful. I was surprised that this location was directly across from a residual area...very peaceful and calming. Will make another reservation for this hotel on my next trip in the future.

I guess for the price it was ok But pillow cases were dirty bed wasnt really made up just thrown together may s well had slept on the floor been as comfortable not the best area either it shared a area with townhomes not fancy ones either My first&last stay here.The original Red Roof location is now another motel that was great to stay at.If I had known I never would have stayed here.They fooled me a pic of the old location

The outside of the property alone is sketchy! The clerk in the office was fairly nice and accommodating however, she explains that the room floor is a little wet, but all I had to do was open up the door and let it dry out for a few minutes! Upon entering rule was immediately Bombarded by the wreaking smell of mold and mildew! Very underwhelming and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay at this place, even if they offered it for free.
